一、工時(shí)研究的含義

工時(shí)研究，是在一定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)定條件下，確定操作著作業(yè)活動(dòng)所需時(shí)間總量的一套方法。

公私分明是每一個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部在最初時(shí)的打算，但是為什么會(huì)隨著時(shí)間的增長(zhǎng)，官齡越久公私越來越不分。這個(gè)問題法人深思，說明假公濟(jì)私、貪污受賄已經(jīng)成了一種傳統(tǒng)觀念深深的扎根官場(chǎng)，為了謀取私利，政壇人員就會(huì)利用手中的金錢賄賂政壇取得一定的權(quán)利，在用既得的權(quán)利開始更大的以權(quán)謀私，一環(huán)扣一環(huán)。
