（3）點(diǎn)餐用餐結(jié)帳等服務(wù)用語(yǔ)的角色扮演。（6課時(shí)）；

（5）寫一封家書匯報(bào)本學(xué)期的在校學(xué)習(xí)生活情況（4課時(shí)）

考核辦法

由指導(dǎo)教師根據(jù)學(xué)生實(shí)踐的參與程度、實(shí)際動(dòng)手動(dòng)口的操作情況，實(shí)踐任務(wù)的完成情況以及實(shí)踐報(bào)告撰寫情況綜合評(píng)定，具體參照以下評(píng)定方法評(píng)定：

（1）根據(jù)小組的實(shí)際完成情況：包括餐廳菜單設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量，及旅游景點(diǎn)介紹宣傳單的翻譯質(zhì)量，等，對(duì)開發(fā)小組的整體工作有一個(gè)評(píng)判，以此鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生發(fā)揚(yáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，和相互協(xié)作能力。此項(xiàng)成績(jī)占學(xué)生最后成績(jī)的40％。

（2）根據(jù)學(xué)生個(gè)人在團(tuán)隊(duì)中所承擔(dān)的任務(wù)，進(jìn)行個(gè)人評(píng)分，包括一封家書匯報(bào)的完成質(zhì)量和提交的實(shí)踐報(bào)告完成質(zhì)量，此項(xiàng)成績(jī)占學(xué)生最后成績(jī)的60％。

《關(guān)于軟件性質(zhì)、規(guī)模、目標(biāo)的報(bào)告書》

一、軟件名稱：

網(wǎng)上外賣訂餐系統(tǒng)

二、軟件性質(zhì)：

本軟件系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的是網(wǎng)上外賣的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。使用面向?qū)ο蟮拈_發(fā)過程。開發(fā)中使用java語(yǔ)言。本軟件主要使用了UML進(jìn)行面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計(jì)和建模。利用面向?qū)ο蟮乃枷?，從?xiàng)目需求分析到系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，畫了大量UML模型。更加直觀具體地體現(xiàn)了本系統(tǒng)的功能亮點(diǎn)。

三、軟件規(guī)模：

本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)人數(shù)為四人，屬于小型的軟件系統(tǒng)，開發(fā)目標(biāo)代碼在兩千~五千行。開發(fā)周期為兩周。

四、軟件要實(shí)現(xiàn)的目標(biāo)：

本系統(tǒng)主要針對(duì)高校的外賣訂餐流程和對(duì)訂單處理實(shí)行信息化而構(gòu)建出來的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)，學(xué)生通過瀏覽器上網(wǎng)訪問訂餐網(wǎng)站可以實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)上瀏覽菜式和訂餐功能，店員通過后臺(tái)管理登陸實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)訂單的處理，通過信息化處理給學(xué)生訂餐帶來方便更給外賣店管理人員帶來了長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益。

五、題目來源、選題背景

進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來，餐飲行業(yè)以年均20%的增長(zhǎng)速度，成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的發(fā)展最快的行業(yè)之一。隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高，人們甚至想要不出門就能吃到可口的飯菜——這就是外賣。在我國(guó)高校內(nèi)餐飲行業(yè)外賣行業(yè)更是發(fā)展最快的一個(gè)行業(yè)，在內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)每年都有幾間新的外賣店的產(chǎn)生。外賣訂餐已經(jīng)成為內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)學(xué)生生活中不可缺的一部分，而訂餐的方式也隨著學(xué)生們的要求提高，不斷的多樣化和成熟化。

依靠電話訂餐是目前最主要的訂餐方式，使用電話訂餐方式有不少的缺陷，比如：時(shí)效問題、打電話的成本等等。目前內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)外賣訂餐行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀分析如下：

1)外賣店數(shù)量眾多，各店競(jìng)爭(zhēng)較大。

2)外賣店多數(shù)實(shí)行人工方式訂餐，即打電話訂餐登記。這種訂餐方式造成訂餐很不方便特別在訂餐高峰期，經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)打電話打不通的現(xiàn)象。

3)外賣店多數(shù)沒有實(shí)行市場(chǎng)分析，一些菜式在頂峰期出現(xiàn)缺菜現(xiàn)象，而一些菜式卻出現(xiàn)積累現(xiàn)象，造成了資源的浪費(fèi)和經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。

4)外賣店沒有對(duì)外賣進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)管理，造成對(duì)店內(nèi)資金管理不明確和店員濫用資金的可能。

5)無法為店內(nèi)管理層提供準(zhǔn)確的決策信息，掌握及時(shí)的市場(chǎng)消息。

通過分析外賣行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，不難發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)內(nèi)高校的外賣店大多數(shù)都是依靠手工的管理方式，沒有實(shí)行外賣訂餐管理的信息化，所以造成了不少問題。
