一.首先弄明白你初次去找客戶的目的。這個(gè)問題猛一看,簡直是廢話,去找客戶就是想把產(chǎn)品賣出去,還能去做什么。但如果你是這么想的話,那么你就錯了。我在拜訪客戶的時(shí)候總會遇到一些新業(yè)務(wù)員,在接觸客戶的時(shí)候比較緊張,面對客戶總是默默無語,或干巴巴等客戶問一句回答一句,最后就開始介紹起產(chǎn)品,等采購聽完后,就對他說:好的,你的產(chǎn)品我差不多了解了,你先回去吧,我考慮一下再和你聯(lián)系。然后就一直等采購的電話,或不停地給采購打電話,最終無法做成生意。這些情況就是業(yè)務(wù)員在和客戶初次接觸時(shí),不知道到底第一次來是做什么的,把產(chǎn)品賣出去難道就那么容易,就是和采購介紹一下產(chǎn)品和回答采購幾個(gè)問題這么簡單嗎?要是這樣生意也輪不到你做,早給人家做完了。那么初次去和客戶接觸的目的是什么呢,我告訴你。你初次去和客戶接觸就是去讓他對你感興趣,讓他對你和對你的產(chǎn)品感興趣。那么怎么樣才能讓他對你感興趣呢,想知道就接著往下看。
二.找出客戶感興趣的話題。在你確認(rèn)到你初次接觸客戶就是想讓他對你敢興趣的時(shí)候,要想讓他對你感興趣最好的辦法就是參與到他的興趣中去。加深人與人之間感情的最好方法,就是找到彼此都感興趣的共同話題和嗜好,這些對于初次和他接觸的你,尤為重要,更能使客戶對你的防范之心減少。可是又有朋友問了,怎么知道對方對什么話題感興趣呢,又怎么知道他都有什么嗜好呢?這個(gè)就簡單了,你是有嘴巴的嘛,你可以問呀,換著問,只要他兩眼發(fā)亮,那么就對了,跟著他的話聊下去,只要他愿意說你聽就是了,他說的都是他感興趣的話踢。問出來了,你的初次接觸客戶就成功一半了。
不過要要提醒你一下,并不是什么事情都可以問的,也不是什么話題都可以和客戶去聊的,以下幾點(diǎn)你千萬不要和客戶談:1。不談?wù)巍?。不談比賽或有輸贏的話題。不談客戶的忌諱和缺點(diǎn)(比如容貌,身材)。3。不談不景氣,或失敗的話題。4。不談競爭對手的壞話。5。不談你的老板或同事。6。不談你別的客戶的秘密。7。不談自己的業(yè)績,不過分浮夸。掌握好這些話題,那么你就成功一半了。
三.為再訪做準(zhǔn)備。當(dāng)你找出客戶的興趣后,你會發(fā)現(xiàn)客戶和你感情增進(jìn)了許多,對你的態(tài)度也改變了不少,那么接著你要做的事就是為下次來訪找借口了,你可以任意找出一個(gè)

初次見面談話內(nèi)容:
1、以親切的語調(diào)向客戶打招呼問候,X經(jīng)理,您好。
2、說明公司名稱及自己姓名并將名片雙手遞上,交換名片后,對客戶見自己表達(dá)謝意。這是我的名片,謝謝您能抽出寶貴時(shí)間讓我見到您?。ǜ郊樱何沂悄块T的**介紹來的,聽他說,你是一個(gè)很隨和的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。)
3、表明自己所能做的范圍,引出客戶的需求點(diǎn),然后給出肯定的回答。

與客戶談話需了解內(nèi)容順序:
1、項(xiàng)目的需求點(diǎn)。
2、我們的產(chǎn)品能夠給客戶解決哪些問題及能給客戶帶來什么方便和好處——節(jié)能、高效、集成各大系統(tǒng)集中管理(看客戶反映情況重點(diǎn)深入)。
3、了解項(xiàng)目背景、資金、啟動時(shí)間、摸索決策鏈、深化關(guān)系。
注意事項(xiàng):
1、營銷人自己的角色,只是一名學(xué)生和聽眾;有時(shí)也是個(gè)很好的導(dǎo)師要去引導(dǎo)客戶了解產(chǎn)品的各個(gè)性能,2、讓客戶出任的角色,一名導(dǎo)師和演講者;
3、表明談的時(shí)間很短,大約只需要五或十分鐘;
4、巧妙運(yùn)用詢問術(shù),切記不要封閉話題,讓客戶一次說個(gè)夠;通過詢問客戶來達(dá)到探尋客戶需求的真正目的,這是營銷人員最基本的銷售技巧。
5、對客戶談到的要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)并確認(rèn);
6、結(jié)束拜訪時(shí),約定下次拜訪內(nèi)容和時(shí)間;在結(jié)束初次拜訪時(shí),應(yīng)該再次確認(rèn)一下本次來訪的主要目的是否達(dá)到,然后向客戶敘述下次拜訪的目的、時(shí)間。
第一次見客戶的時(shí)候,不需要說太多的話,首先跟客戶做一個(gè)自我介紹,然后雙手遞上自己的名片,如果客人有意向了解你的產(chǎn)品,可以適當(dāng)?shù)慕榻B一下,當(dāng)然得綜合客戶對產(chǎn)品的需求度(所以很重要的一點(diǎn),在拜訪客戶之前得要做足功課,把客戶的企業(yè)文化,如果能夠了解負(fù)責(zé)人的脾氣、性格,喜好那就更好,投其所好),如果客戶表現(xiàn)出不耐煩,那你就趕緊想借口告辭,先撤吧,告辭之前預(yù)約好下一次的面談時(shí)間,這個(gè)時(shí)候,客人一般都會答應(yīng)得很爽快,所以一定要把握好每一次的面談機(jī)會!切記不說空話,大話。
這些都是我們見客戶所要注意的細(xì)節(jié),首先要贏得對方的信任,好感,這樣才有可能交流下去。第一次見面交流的時(shí)間也不要太久,不然別人就會反感了
重要的一點(diǎn)是,不能說同行壞話,這樣不禮貌!

初次開車注意事項(xiàng)
1、時(shí)刻掌握腳剎狀況
上路提速前輕點(diǎn)一下腳剎,行駛時(shí)間長了輕點(diǎn)一下腳剎,下坡前輕點(diǎn)一下腳剎,接近路口、道口前輕點(diǎn)一下腳剎。做到時(shí)時(shí)掌握腳剎狀況,一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)異常,立刻用減檔和手剎減速停車。
2、帶檔剎車
電噴車幾乎不用熱車。這里熱車是指啟動潤滑系統(tǒng)。停車超過3小時(shí),發(fā)動機(jī)點(diǎn)著火后,怠速10秒以上,轉(zhuǎn)速表下降到1000左右,再發(fā)車。北方嚴(yán)寒天氣適當(dāng)延長怠速熱車時(shí)間。加油時(shí)發(fā)動機(jī)產(chǎn)生牽引力,帶擋剎車時(shí)發(fā)動機(jī)產(chǎn)生制動力,并且能控制兩個(gè)驅(qū)動輪同步,防止剎車時(shí)跑偏。特別重要的是,空檔時(shí)剎車助力器的輔助力會大大降低。所以任何情況下都要帶檔踩剎車,當(dāng)車快要停下時(shí),再踩下離合,退到空檔,以防憋滅火。
3、學(xué)習(xí)看儀表指示

5、打火之后不需要預(yù)熱
在之前,通常汽車點(diǎn)火之后需要預(yù)熱幾分鐘,這個(gè)招式已經(jīng)過時(shí),著車后預(yù)熱幾分鐘在氣候酷熱的廣州更不需要。
對很多電噴車來說,車輛在翻開點(diǎn)火鑰匙時(shí),行車電腦都會停止電腦自檢,以消除行車時(shí)的平安隱患,其反省項(xiàng)目通常包括ABS、制動系統(tǒng)、光滑系統(tǒng)、ESP系統(tǒng)等多項(xiàng)。汽車電腦自檢的工夫通常比較短,大約三四秒鐘,此時(shí)最好不要啟動,只需沒有毛病燈亮,待各項(xiàng)儀表都正常后,就可以照常行駛。
起步時(shí)要看手剎燈,及時(shí)解除手剎。
行車進(jìn)程中,用余光看后視鏡、車內(nèi)鏡等三境,并確認(rèn)能否是在本人的車道下行走,確認(rèn)正確的參照物,此外,不要很長一段時(shí)間內(nèi)占用右邊的另一則的超車道。
6、保留車距,養(yǎng)成全盤掌握車況的習(xí)慣
無論是行車還是停車,都要保留車距,由于新手上路往往分寸掌握不好,遇有堵車或紅燈時(shí),剎車過晚,致使車頭離后面車輛太近,加之起步要領(lǐng)操作不熟,經(jīng)常過于耐心,很容易在重新起步時(shí)撞上前車。此外,假設(shè)前車司機(jī)也是新手,起步時(shí)呈現(xiàn)倒溜,也容易撞上你的車。停車時(shí)也是一個(gè)道理,一定要保留車距。尤其需要留意的是,專業(yè)車時(shí),腳的地位通常放在油門的地位,并且保留外8字斜放在油門上,便于及時(shí)踩剎車,一旦遇到緊急狀況,右腳就會下認(rèn)識分開油門踩剎車,如此就不會釀成錯踩油門的喜劇。此外,還要久不久用眼的余光看看儀表盤,養(yǎng)成全盤隨時(shí)掌握車況的習(xí)慣,由于車輛的一切信息都集中在儀表上。
7、開車時(shí)與方向盤保留間隔

加速帶盡量不要高速沖過,一是維護(hù)輪胎;二是關(guān)于車的懸掛、膠類件和銜接件也起到維護(hù)作用。
再就是行車時(shí)盡量避讓水坑,一是不曉得水深和面積,一旦很深就費(fèi)事了,由于有些坑是“無底洞”,十分風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。當(dāng)然,假如后面有車經(jīng)過了就可以跟進(jìn),但一定要提早加速。不能高速沖過,由于,過水坑時(shí)的輪胎抓地力會變差,此時(shí)剎車間隔會長很多,一旦遇到緊急狀況,無法及時(shí)剎車。此外,過水坑后,要輕踩幾腳剎車,把剎車盤下面的水甩干,防止剎車盤生銹。
8、熄火形態(tài)下腳剎不要重復(fù)踩
