一、工業(yè)和信息化部全國信息技術(shù)水平考試特點

（一）政府部門組織實施的國家級認證考試。2004年下半年，工業(yè)和信息化部根據(jù)《行政許可法》要求，已廢止了一批信息化方面的考試認證，決定繼續(xù)保留工業(yè)和信息化部全國信息技術(shù)水平考試?？荚囆畔⒓白C書可在工業(yè)和信息化部教育與考試中心網(wǎng)站(004km.cn)查詢。

（二）國家權(quán)威的考試認證。國家統(tǒng)一組織實施、統(tǒng)一考試時間、統(tǒng)一考試大綱、統(tǒng)一考試命題、統(tǒng)一合格標準、統(tǒng)一頒發(fā)證書。考試與國際認證接軌，不斷跟蹤最新實用的技術(shù)，打造國內(nèi)IT考試精品品牌。保持客觀公正、中立權(quán)威，面向就業(yè)市場，涵蓋各行業(yè)各領(lǐng)域，直接為信息技術(shù)人才培訓(xùn)提供統(tǒng)一、客觀的標準。
