老年單純收縮期高血壓，又稱動(dòng)脈硬化性高血壓，主要是老年人大血管彈性差引起。

1、低鹽、低脂、高鈣飲食，多吃谷類、乳制品、魚、水果、蔬菜，經(jīng)常補(bǔ)充水分，防止血粘度升高。
