      開(kāi)江中學(xué)直播班管理方案(草案)

      為更好利用優(yōu)質(zhì)教學(xué)資源,輻射全校教學(xué),提升開(kāi)中升學(xué)質(zhì)量和社會(huì)認(rèn)同感,加強(qiáng)統(tǒng)一管理,特做此方案。

      一、班制設(shè)立

      擬設(shè)立6個(gè)班級(jí),每個(gè)年級(jí)2個(gè)班,科類是一文一理;每班人數(shù)為40-50人,不得突破。

      二、招生及費(fèi)用

      (一)遵循家長(zhǎng)同意、學(xué)生自愿原則,如果不適應(yīng)也可以轉(zhuǎn)出到相應(yīng)層次班級(jí);

      (二)按年級(jí)總分從高到底擇優(yōu)錄取,直到每班錄滿40名為止,該部分學(xué)生免費(fèi)學(xué)習(xí)即不交直播費(fèi),其他費(fèi)用正常繳納;此外,前300名(分科后)或者前600名(未分科)的學(xué)生可申請(qǐng)并完善一定手續(xù)后方可入班學(xué)習(xí),但需繳納2500元/期的直播費(fèi)用(比免費(fèi)學(xué)生多交2500元/期),每班總?cè)藬?shù)不得突破50人;

      (三)每年初升高時(shí)專人宣傳并開(kāi)始招生,每期開(kāi)始時(shí)也可以招生;

      (四)具體按照哪次成績(jī),依據(jù)當(dāng)時(shí)情況確定;

      (五)相應(yīng)年級(jí)和處室積極支持配合;(六)教師子女可以免費(fèi)入班學(xué)習(xí);

      (七)資料費(fèi)按照標(biāo)價(jià)收?。ㄔ谖倪x書(shū)店購(gòu)買(mǎi)不打折),結(jié)余部分用于直播班日常開(kāi)支。

      三、教師確定

      (一)首先確定班主任,由班主任提名任課教師,然后由教務(wù)處和相應(yīng)年級(jí)討論確定;

      (二)班主任的確定由學(xué)生處、教務(wù)處和相應(yīng)年級(jí)討論確定。

      (三)班主任的更換由學(xué)生處、教務(wù)處或相應(yīng)年級(jí)提出并由三個(gè)部門(mén)共同討論決定;

      (四)任課教師的更換可由班主任、教務(wù)處或年級(jí)提出,然后由教務(wù)處和年級(jí)共同討論決定。

      四、管 理

      (一)直播班實(shí)行雙重管理即教務(wù)處和年級(jí)共同管理,以教務(wù)處為主;

      (二)其他管理要求和其他班級(jí)一樣,特殊情況視情況而定;

      (三)教務(wù)處設(shè)專人管理;

      (四)額外部分的津貼單獨(dú)造表和發(fā)放。

      五、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和考核

      (一)參加統(tǒng)一考試,按照開(kāi)江中學(xué)教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦法對(duì)任課教師實(shí)行進(jìn)行獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)考核;

      (二)如果和其他班級(jí)沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一考試,則按照網(wǎng)校統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果對(duì)任課教師進(jìn)行考核;上升1個(gè)名次起進(jìn)行獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),下降1個(gè)名次起進(jìn)行處罰,具體金額為當(dāng)月網(wǎng)班補(bǔ)助的百分比(下降10個(gè)名次,扣除補(bǔ)助總額的10%,下降20個(gè)名次為20%,依此類推,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)比例相同);

      (三)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和處罰的依據(jù)是第一次參加網(wǎng)校的成績(jī);

      (四)教學(xué)常規(guī)沒(méi)有達(dá)到70%以上的,考核辦法與教學(xué)成績(jī)考核辦法相同(常規(guī)考核以成都七中的數(shù)據(jù)為準(zhǔn));

      (五)班主任考核以整個(gè)班級(jí)在網(wǎng)校的排名進(jìn)行,考核數(shù)值是考核名次除以二的百分比(如下降10個(gè)名次,考核班主任補(bǔ)助金額的5%),依據(jù)是該班第一次參加網(wǎng)校的排名;獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦法和考核辦法相同。

      六、待遇確定

      (一)管理費(fèi):按照20元/天進(jìn)行補(bǔ)助,人員待定,以月為單位發(fā)放,每期按照五個(gè)月計(jì)算;

      (二)班主任:按照20元/天補(bǔ)助,以月為單位發(fā)放,每期按照五個(gè)月計(jì)算;

      (三)任課教師:依據(jù)課時(shí)量,高一時(shí)大致分成三個(gè)等級(jí),語(yǔ)數(shù)外500元/月,理科綜合400元/月,政史地300元/月;高二高三時(shí),課時(shí)量發(fā)生變化,分兩個(gè)等級(jí),語(yǔ)數(shù)外500元/月,綜合科400元/月。以月為單位發(fā)放,每期按照五個(gè)月計(jì)算;

      (四)月考:監(jiān)考單價(jià)和其他班級(jí)一樣,閱卷是語(yǔ)文70元每科,其他60元每科,考務(wù)為每次考試總堂數(shù)金額的一半,因班主任要布置考場(chǎng),協(xié)調(diào)監(jiān)考教師,班主任算作考務(wù)人員;

      2014年8月12日,在李校長(zhǎng)的帶領(lǐng)下,我等一行25人奔赴成都七中學(xué)習(xí)遠(yuǎn)程直播教學(xué),雖然只學(xué)習(xí)了1天,但收獲頗大,反思良多。

      一.收獲方面:

      1.學(xué)校辦學(xué)理念:人本教育、開(kāi)放包容、資源共享、教育均衡。

      ①.人本教育。成都七中非常注意人本教育,以“人的發(fā)展”為核心目標(biāo),讓學(xué)生充分表達(dá)訴求,老師全面關(guān)注學(xué)生訴求并正確引導(dǎo),在張揚(yáng)學(xué)生個(gè)性、提高學(xué)生各項(xiàng)能力和技能的同時(shí),更注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生正確的“三觀”觀念。

      遠(yuǎn)程直播教學(xué)上課模式為“異地同堂”,教學(xué)過(guò)程中師師之間、師生之間、學(xué)校之間分工明確、合作緊密。教學(xué)組織者嚴(yán)密分工,又相互合作。即授課教師(成都七中一線教師)、把關(guān)教師(成都七中教育專家)、技術(shù)教師(成都東方聞道計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員)、學(xué)科教師(遠(yuǎn)端學(xué)校教師)“四位一體”各司其職、分工協(xié)作。授課教師與學(xué)生之間能開(kāi)展四種教學(xué)交互活動(dòng),即轉(zhuǎn)移交互、替代交互、虛擬交互、實(shí)時(shí)交互,學(xué)科教師與學(xué)生必須做好學(xué)前銜接、課中協(xié)同、課后管理工作,加強(qiáng)師生之間交流合作探究。學(xué)校之間做到“四個(gè)同時(shí)”,即同時(shí)備課、同時(shí)授課、同時(shí)作業(yè)、同時(shí)考試。3.先進(jìn)的教育教學(xué)工作

      ①.英語(yǔ)教學(xué)方面:全英語(yǔ)教學(xué)。從單詞、短語(yǔ)、句子、語(yǔ)法、文段,到聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)、譯,全方位培養(yǎng)和提高學(xué)生英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)和綜合運(yùn)用能力。從高一開(kāi)始就全方位的接觸高考,解讀高考,應(yīng)對(duì)高考。不僅要讓學(xué)生考高分,更要讓學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言能力適應(yīng)面向世界的需要,真正做到高分高能。

      ②.歷史教學(xué)方面:分階段教學(xué),讓學(xué)生感受學(xué)科的特色,從歷史中感悟生活。高一階段側(cè)重于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)歷史學(xué)科的興趣,對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行“三觀”的正確引領(lǐng),讓學(xué)生對(duì)歷史發(fā)展演變的規(guī)律有初步認(rèn)識(shí)。教學(xué)流程分六步完成,即預(yù)習(xí)、板書(shū)、課堂提問(wèn)、最后3分鐘(學(xué)科教師點(diǎn)撥總結(jié))、作業(yè)、考試。但由于課時(shí)太少,內(nèi)容太多,必修一上不完。學(xué)習(xí)資料及任務(wù):學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)科資料較多,任務(wù)較重,但都在學(xué)生 二.反思:

      1、學(xué)校要科學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)推動(dòng)全校教育教學(xué)研究的制度和激勵(lì)機(jī)制,鼓勵(lì)老師們專心教育,用心教學(xué),靜心教研,逐步形成促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的教研文化。

      2、學(xué)科教師們要轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,正確定位。學(xué)科教師不是“旁觀者”、“聽(tīng)課者”,是教學(xué)組織者、管理者,要提前到位進(jìn)入教室組織教學(xué)活動(dòng),要“站到位”(站講臺(tái)前),要精心備課,對(duì)學(xué)生適時(shí)點(diǎn)撥、提醒,對(duì)問(wèn)題適時(shí)板書(shū),課后輔導(dǎo)落實(shí)到人,確保直播班學(xué)生突破距離差距,縮小本校學(xué)生與成都七中學(xué)生成績(jī)差距。同時(shí)還必須認(rèn)識(shí)到要當(dāng)優(yōu)秀教師必須養(yǎng)成思考的習(xí)慣、研究問(wèn)題的習(xí)慣、反思和解剖自己的課例的習(xí)慣、寫(xiě)文章的習(xí)慣,要不斷提高自己的研究水平,不斷提升自己的專業(yè)能力。

      3、組織全體教師參與成都七中年級(jí)集體備課,更新教師觀念,提升教師業(yè)務(wù)能力是學(xué)校教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量提高的有效途徑。

      4.學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的糾正和培養(yǎng)。好習(xí)慣是開(kāi)啟成功大門(mén)的鑰匙。本校的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣較差,急需所有教師齊抓共管學(xué)生的行為習(xí)慣問(wèn)題,幫助學(xué)生糾正不良習(xí)慣,養(yǎng)成良好的生活和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。

      5.學(xué)生生源:我校和成都七中之間差距最大的之一是學(xué)生生源方面,我校的生源幾乎完全集中在縣內(nèi)而且成績(jī)都較差,而成都七中卻集中了全省的最優(yōu)秀生源。如果我校不在生源方面積極尋求突破的話,結(jié)果將不容樂(lè)觀。

      總之,我校的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭是很好的,但也隱含了許多不利因素,我們要堅(jiān)持積極的“走出去,請(qǐng)進(jìn)來(lái),新陳代謝,持續(xù)發(fā)展”的發(fā)展思路,在教學(xué)中相信成都七中,但不能迷信成都七中,可以借助成都七中的資源,但更應(yīng)依靠本校師生的奮斗。我堅(jiān)信,在所有十一中人的共同努力下,我校一定會(huì)成為百年名校的!

      你們好。我是來(lái)自勐海一中的物理教師何玫芳。今天,我要與大家分享的是我校勐海一中網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播教學(xué)的苦于樂(lè)。

      時(shí)間飛逝,歲月如梭,轉(zhuǎn)眼間,成都七中東方聞道網(wǎng)?!ほ潞R恢型骄W(wǎng)絡(luò)直播班的直播教學(xué)已經(jīng)走過(guò)了3個(gè)年頭?;仡欉@不平凡的3年,我們感概萬(wàn)千。

      幾年前,隨著西雙版納州重點(diǎn)扶持州級(jí)中學(xué)政策出臺(tái),我們勐??h的優(yōu)質(zhì)生源紛紛外流,使勐海一中的生源每況愈下,教育陷于低谷。在這樣的情況下,勐海一中領(lǐng)導(dǎo)通過(guò)考察、學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒,找到了一條辦好勐海一中教育的新舉措,那就是向成都七中學(xué)習(xí),舉辦“成都七中同步網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播班”,辦出特色,留住優(yōu)生,培養(yǎng)教師隊(duì)伍,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

      首先,請(qǐng)?jiān)试S我介紹我校的“成都七中同步網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播班”。成都七中遠(yuǎn)程直播教學(xué)采用現(xiàn)代通訊技術(shù),將成都七中本部的課堂教學(xué)完整地在我校網(wǎng)絡(luò)教室內(nèi)共享。教師的圖像、聲音、文字,圖片,多媒體動(dòng)畫(huà),視頻材料等在同一時(shí)間呈現(xiàn)在成都七中與勐海一中,使我校的直播班學(xué)生實(shí)時(shí)參與成都七中的教學(xué)活動(dòng),并與七中教師進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)雙向交流。

      成都七中網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播班的教學(xué)模式非常獨(dú)特,我們稱之為“四位一體”和“四同時(shí)”的教學(xué)模式?!八奈灰惑w”是指我校的學(xué)科教師和成都七中的授課教師、把關(guān)教師、技術(shù)教師共同協(xié)作完成直播教學(xué);“四同時(shí)”是指我校與七中教師同時(shí)備課、同時(shí)授課,兩校學(xué)生同時(shí)作業(yè)和同時(shí)考試。

      承蒙校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的信任與厚愛(ài),3年前剛剛大學(xué)畢業(yè)走上工作崗位的我有幸擔(dān)任了勐海一中首屆網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播班的物理教師。當(dāng)時(shí)我得知這一結(jié)果,內(nèi)心激動(dòng)萬(wàn)分。我激動(dòng)是因?yàn)槲疑钪?,成都七中東方聞道網(wǎng)校有著一流的授課教師,專家級(jí)別的把關(guān)教師等優(yōu)質(zhì)的教學(xué)資源。我激動(dòng)是因?yàn)槲沂切疫\(yùn)的,剛剛走上工作崗位的我能向名校的教師學(xué)習(xí),這必定會(huì)有利于我的迅速成長(zhǎng)。我激動(dòng)是因?yàn)槲矣卸分荆辈ソ虒W(xué)再苦再累,我也會(huì)珍惜這個(gè)平臺(tái),奉獻(xiàn)青春,揮灑汗水。

      作為直播教學(xué)的遠(yuǎn)端教師,我們的主要任務(wù)是實(shí)施班級(jí)、個(gè)人管理,組織教學(xué)和輔導(dǎo)等一系列工作,工作的重點(diǎn)概括起來(lái)就是三個(gè)字“備,助,輔”。

      課前備好課是上好課的關(guān)鍵。我校非常重視教師的備課工作,尤其重視直播教師的備課環(huán)節(jié)。直播教師備課有三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié):自主備課、集中備課和課前備課。直播班的直播科目每周進(jìn)行一次聯(lián)網(wǎng)集中備課會(huì),前端授課教師與遠(yuǎn)端學(xué)科教師共商一周教學(xué)安排,探討教法和學(xué)法。在每節(jié)直播課前,我們務(wù)必提前從網(wǎng)校網(wǎng)站下載提前課件,進(jìn)行課前再次備課。我校還鼓勵(lì)非直播教師參與直播集中備課,共享七中的教學(xué)資源。學(xué)校對(duì)直播教學(xué)的常規(guī)管理也非常細(xì)致,如制定了備課簽到制度,教案檢查制度,聽(tīng)課制度,學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)制度等等。

      直播教學(xué)使教師的角色發(fā)生了很大變化。以前是各科教師主講,而現(xiàn)在是配合教學(xué),以輔導(dǎo)為主。

      在直播課堂上,我們會(huì)在關(guān)鍵的地方對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行恰當(dāng)?shù)狞c(diǎn)撥,并針對(duì)自己學(xué)生的情況,記錄下重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)以及學(xué)生不能及時(shí)消化的知識(shí)點(diǎn),以便在直播課后更有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo)。我校的非直播科目教師也常常到直播班觀摩直播課,課后向我們提出教學(xué)建議。

      七中的教學(xué)特點(diǎn)是“高起點(diǎn),高標(biāo)準(zhǔn),快節(jié)奏,大容量?!?與七中相比,我們的學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)相對(duì)較差,就必然會(huì)導(dǎo)致學(xué)生在直播課堂上不能完全消化。曾經(jīng),我們教師和學(xué)生都非常著急。經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的實(shí)踐,我們積累了一些方法。如加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生預(yù)習(xí)的指導(dǎo),把學(xué)生的預(yù)習(xí)工作放在首位。在起點(diǎn)低的情況下,我們更需保證學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間,加強(qiáng)課后輔導(dǎo)。我的家鄉(xiāng)在廣西,大學(xué)畢業(yè)之后來(lái)到西雙版納,我深深地喜歡上了這片美麗的土地。我喜歡這里美麗的景色,淳樸的人民,獨(dú)特的民族風(fēng)情。西雙版納的潑水節(jié)也一直是我所向往的。然而,開(kāi)展直播教學(xué)以后,為保證與七中教學(xué)同步,直播班的師生不再享受潑水節(jié)假期。直到今天,我依然沒(méi)能親身感受過(guò)賽龍舟、放高升地民俗節(jié)目。這也成了我心中無(wú)比遺憾的事。我們直播教師三年來(lái)自愿放棄周六休息時(shí)間,為學(xué)生做無(wú)償?shù)妮o導(dǎo)。在平時(shí)的教學(xué)中,直播教師還主動(dòng)延長(zhǎng)晚自習(xí)時(shí)間,為有需要的同學(xué)進(jìn)行個(gè)別輔導(dǎo)。我們的直播教師不辭辛苦,不計(jì)報(bào)酬,三年來(lái)默默無(wú)聞地充當(dāng)著直播教學(xué)中的“配角”。

      經(jīng)過(guò)3年的直播教學(xué),我們慢慢摸索出一套促進(jìn)教學(xué)、提高成績(jī)的可行方案,如形成了“分層輔導(dǎo)”方案,“培優(yōu)輔差”方案,“尖子生成績(jī)追蹤”方案,“教師承包尖子生”等方案。為了加強(qiáng)對(duì)直播教學(xué)的管理、監(jiān)督和檢查,學(xué)校逐漸出臺(tái)了很多措施。如校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)隨堂聽(tīng)課,檢查直播教師的備課情況、上課情況,測(cè)評(píng)課堂中學(xué)生的參與度。抽查作業(yè)布置情況、批改情況。建立調(diào)查制度,對(duì)直播教師的教學(xué)能力、學(xué)生的接受情況等進(jìn)行調(diào)查。在師生中征求對(duì)直播教學(xué)的意見(jiàn),不斷改進(jìn)工作。為了更快、更好地開(kāi)展直播教學(xué),我校安排領(lǐng)導(dǎo)前往直播教學(xué)取得巨大成功的學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)、取經(jīng),安排部分師生前往成都七中本部學(xué)習(xí)、交流。正是有了這些制度的保障,有了校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子的大力支持,直播教學(xué)才得以健康、平穩(wěn)地發(fā)展。

      舉辦直播教學(xué)以來(lái),我們?cè)诿髦星斑M(jìn),也曾遇到過(guò)困難,受到過(guò)質(zhì)疑。慶幸的是,我校始終堅(jiān)定不移的堅(jiān)持走直播路線,直播教師也承受住了巨大的壓力。3年之后的收獲季節(jié),在生源嚴(yán)峻的情況下,我們?nèi)〉昧丝上驳某煽?jī)。高考成績(jī)公布的那一天,全校師生將高考喜訊奔走相告。

      帶著種種疑問(wèn)和滿懷期望我們于12月30日早上8點(diǎn)踏進(jìn)了成都七中的校門(mén)。首先進(jìn)入眼前的是用行楷刻在石頭上的“卓爾不群,大器天下”八個(gè)大字?!按笃魈煜隆庇玫谜媸菤鈩?shì)磅礴,抬眼一看整個(gè)校園緊湊而又錯(cuò)落有致,倒也大氣。在去教導(dǎo)處的一路上,看見(jiàn)有學(xué)生在掃地和拖地,給人感覺(jué)很認(rèn)真,不像是在完成任務(wù),也不斷有學(xué)生向我們問(wèn)好,很誠(chéng)心的那種。整個(gè)校園肅靜但又不乏有學(xué)習(xí)的聲音。教室和辦公室不顯豪華沒(méi)有什么非常特別之處,只是所有教室的前后門(mén)上面中間有一個(gè)直徑約為30厘米的玻璃洞,我覺(jué)得設(shè)計(jì)還比較科學(xué),我估計(jì)既可以增加教室的明亮度,又便于從外面觀察里面的情況,當(dāng)然主要是班主任。另外,教室的前面都有“班級(jí)新視角”,是一塊小白板,上面記錄著遲到的,受表?yè)P(yáng)的和批評(píng)的等等人和事。這一點(diǎn)有意義,完全可以借鑒。我是教數(shù)學(xué)的,上午聽(tīng)了兩節(jié)九年級(jí)和一節(jié)七年級(jí)的數(shù)學(xué)課。他們上課都在多媒體教室,每節(jié)課教師都是用筆記本電腦備的教案,學(xué)生都有一份學(xué)案。下來(lái)我和一起來(lái)的同數(shù)學(xué)組的同事都認(rèn)為:那就是一堂除了硬件設(shè)施好一點(diǎn)的普通數(shù)學(xué)課,沒(méi)有其他特別的和沒(méi)有花架子。學(xué)生大部分基礎(chǔ)可以,也有差的,調(diào)皮的;教師有年輕的也有年老的;教學(xué)課堂有分組學(xué)習(xí)的,也有師生互動(dòng)一起學(xué)習(xí)的。

      第三節(jié)課間操,全部學(xué)生和班主任都在操場(chǎng)里,主席臺(tái)上有專人主持站隊(duì)列,班主任做輔導(dǎo)和糾正,然后在做操。除了全部是穿校服以外,讓人感到很整齊很規(guī)范。11點(diǎn)過(guò)我們繼續(xù)帶著疑惑在會(huì)議室聽(tīng)了教導(dǎo)處丁主任對(duì)學(xué)校的介紹,以及我們宜賓師培中心劉部長(zhǎng)和我校侯校長(zhǎng)帶領(lǐng)大家與丁主任的交流。成都七中目前大致可以從這樣幾個(gè)方面概括:第一,學(xué)校占地僅僅20畝,但生源多,達(dá)3000多名學(xué)生。以各種競(jìng)賽(如省級(jí)、國(guó)家級(jí)數(shù)學(xué)、物理競(jìng)賽)、科創(chuàng)作品、論文發(fā)表、升學(xué)率升重率(達(dá)91℅)而領(lǐng)先同類學(xué)校和出名。第二,自97年改制后,學(xué)校取得一系列成就的原因主要是:班子成員的齊心協(xié)力,要求與時(shí)俱進(jìn)不能慢;評(píng)價(jià)教師既要看分?jǐn)?shù),還要看教育教學(xué)是否適合學(xué)生的身心健康和學(xué)生發(fā)展的理念;過(guò)程中學(xué)生、學(xué)校、家長(zhǎng)既要共同分擔(dān)又要共同分享。第三,教學(xué)方面主要是大的課程觀,統(tǒng)一備課資源共享。要求30+10要大于40,就是一節(jié)課30分鐘教師講10分鐘留給學(xué)生,但效果要多于40分鐘的內(nèi)容。語(yǔ)文實(shí)行梯度教學(xué),數(shù)學(xué)實(shí)行學(xué)、究、講、用等,課堂有三講三不講,作業(yè)有三布置三不布置。讓我感到最有意義的是,每周七八年級(jí)有一節(jié)選修課,那就是教師根據(jù)自己的特長(zhǎng)開(kāi)設(shè)自然、人文、藝體、生活等方面的專題講座,比如最火爆的是“二戰(zhàn)金典”、“雯雯談金庸”。另外考核教師主要是以三年的教學(xué)成績(jī)和學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)的量化評(píng)價(jià)。學(xué)校是制度管理,更在于自覺(jué)管理。

      末了,我們一至要求丁主任和我們共進(jìn)午餐,丁主任婉言謝絕了,她要準(zhǔn)備下午的課,還要排練明天的元旦活動(dòng),說(shuō)明天的元旦活動(dòng)師生一起上臺(tái)表演,很有趣。整個(gè)學(xué)校就儼然是一個(gè)整體,沒(méi)有什么非常特別之處,沒(méi)有等級(jí),也沒(méi)有界限,是大家共同學(xué)習(xí)共同進(jìn)步而造就了今天赫赫有名成都七中。這次的參觀和學(xué)習(xí)雖然只看到冰山的一角,但還是感到形成冰山絕非一日之功,一人之力。對(duì)于我而言,班級(jí)管理和數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)方面都有觸動(dòng)和借鑒的,還有開(kāi)闊了視野,讓我真正體會(huì)到站在不同角度看待問(wèn)題,和站在另一個(gè)高度看待問(wèn)題。

      MRS.OBAMA:(Applause.)Nihao.It is truly a pleasure to be here at theNumber Seven School.Thank you so muchfor your warm welcome.Now, before I get started, on behalf ofmyselfand my husband, I want to say that our hearts go out to all those withlovedones on Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.As I said this past weekend when Ispoke at Peking University, we arevery much keeping allof them in our thoughts and our prayers at thistremendously difficult time.So now, let me start by thankingyourPrincipal, Principal Liu, and your classmate, Ju Chao, for thatwonderfulintroduction.Your English, Ju Chao, isexcellent, and you shouldbe very proud.Thank you so much.(Applause.)And I want tothankall of the students here today, both those of you here in person and thoseofyou joining remotely from across the region.I’m thrilled to be visiting yourwonderful school.Now, in preparation for this visit, beforeIleft the U.S.I visited the Yu Ying School.It’s a public school near the White House in Washington, D.C., andallof the students at this school study Chinese.And I met with thesixth-grade class, kids who are 11 and 12 yearsold.They had recentlytaken a trip hereto China,and they were bursting with excitement.They were eager to tell me abouteverythingabout what they had seen.But they admitted that before their trip,theyhad all kinds of misconceptions about China.They thought theywould see palaces andtemples everywhere they went, but instead they found massivecities filled withskyscrapers.They weren’t sure thatthey’d like the food here inChina, but they actually loved it, and theylearned how to use chopsticks.And inthe end, one of the students told me –-and thisis his quote--he said,“Coming home was reallyexciting, but was at the same time sad.”

      Now, meeting these students reminded methatwhen we live so far away from each other, it’s easy to develop all kindsof misconceptions and stereotypes.It’seasy to focus on our differences –-how we speak different languages and eatdifferent foods andobserve different traditions.But as I travel the world, and I meetyoungpeople from so many countries, I’m always struckby how much more we have incommon.And that’sbeen particularlytrue during my visit here in China.You see, the truth is that I grew up likemanyof you.My mom, my dad, my brotherand I, we lived in a tiny apartment in Chicago, which is one of the largestcities in America.My father worked atthe local water plant.And we didn’thave much money, but our little homewas bursting with love.Every evening, my family would laugh andsharestories over dinner.We’d playcard games and havefun for hours.Andon summer nights, I remember, when our apartment gottoo hot, we’d all sleepoutside on our back porch.Family meant everything to us, includingourextended family.My grandparentslived nearby, and my elderly great auntand uncle lived in the apartmentdownstairs from us.And when theirhealthstarted to decline my parents stepped in, helping my uncle shave anddress eachmorning, dashing downstairs in the middle of the night to check onmy aunt.So in my family, like in so many ofyourfamilies, we took care of each other.And while we certainly weren’t rich, my parents had big dreams formeand my brother.They had only a highschool education themselves, butthey were determined to send us both touniversities.So they poured all of their love and alloftheir hope into us, and they worked hard.They saved every penny.And Iknow that wasn’t easyfor them, especially for my father.You see, my father had a seriousillnesscalled multiple sclerosis.And as he gotsicker, it got harder forhim to walk, and it took him longer to get dressed inthe morning.But no matter how tired he felt, no matterhowmuch pain he was in, my father hardly ever missed a day of work, because hewasdetermined to give me and my brother a better life.And every day, likeso many of you, I felt theweight of my parents’ sacrifices on my shoulders.Every day, I wanted to make themproud.So while most American kids attendpublicschools near their homes, when it was time for me to attend high school,I tookan exam and got into a special public high school where I could get abetter education.But the school was very far from my home, soI had toget up early every morning and ride a bus for an hour, sometimes anhour and ahalf if the weather was bad.And every afternoon, I’d ride that same bus back home andthenimmediately start my homework, often studying late into the night--andsometimes I would wake up at 4:30 or 5:00 in the morning to study even more.And it wasn’t easy.But whenever I got tired or discouraged, Iwould justthink about how hard my parents were working for me.And I would remembersomething my motheralways told me –-she said: “A goodeducation is something that no one can take away from you.”

      And when it was time for me to applytouniversity, I had many options, because in America, there are many kindsofuniversities.There are four-yearuniversities.There aretwo-yearcommunity colleges which are less expensive.There areuniversities where you take classes at night while workingduring the day.So you don’t have to beatop student to attend a university.And even if your parents don’t have much money or you live in a tinytown in a rural area, inAmerica, you can still attend university.And you can get scholarshipsand governmentloans to help pay your tuition.So I attended Princeton University formyundergraduate degree, and I went on to Harvard University for mygraduatedegree in law.And with those degrees Iwas able to become alawyer at a large law firm, and then I worked as anexecutive at a cityhospital, and then I was the director of an organizationthat helped disadvantagedyoung people.And my story isn’t unusual in America.Some of our most famousathletes, like LeBronJames, and artists, like the singer Janelle Monae, camefrom strugglingfamilies like mine, as do many business leaders--like HowardSchultz.He’s the head of a company calledStarbucks,which many of you may have heard of.When Mr.Schultz was a boyhis father lost his job, leaving their familydestitute.But Mr.Schultzworkedhard.He got a scholarship to auniversity, and eventually built thelargest coffeehouse company in the world.And then there’s this other guy I know whowas raised by a single mother whosometimes struggled to afford food for theirfamily.But like me, this guygotscholarships and loans to attend universities.He became a lawyer and aprofessor, and then he was a state senator andthen a national senator.And then, hebecame President of the United States.This guy I’m talking about is my husband, Barack Obama.(Applause.)

      These stories are the stories of somanyAmericans, and of America itself.Because in America, we believe thatno matter where you live or how muchmoney your parents have, or what race orreligion or ethnicity you are, if youwork hard and believe in yourself, thenyou should have a chance tosucceed.We also believe that everyoneisequal, and that we all have the right to say what we think and worship aswechoose, even when others don’t like what we say or don’t always agreewith whatwe believe.Now of course, living up to these idealsisn’t always easy.And there havebeentimes in our history where we have fallen short.Many decades ago,there were actually laws inAmerica that allowed discrimination against blackpeople like me, who are aminority in the United States.But overtime,ordinary citizens decided that those laws were unfair.So they heldpeaceful protests andmarches.They called on governmentofficials tochange those laws, and they voted to elect new officials whoshared their views.And slowly but surely, Americachanged.We got rid of those unjustlaws.And today, just 50 years later, myhusbandand I are President and First Lady of the United States.And that isreally the story of America –-how over the course of our short history, through so many trialsand struggles,we have become more equal, more inclusive, and more free.And today in America, people of everyrace,religion and ethnicity live together and work together to build a betterlifefor their children and grandchildren.And in the end, that deepyearning to leave something better for thosewho come after us, that issomething we all truly share.In fact, there’s a Chinese saying that I lovethatsays, “To achieve true happiness, help the nextgeneration.”

      And like so many of your parents, myparentssacrificed so much so that I could have opportunities they neverdreamedof.And today, as a mothermyself, I want even more opportunities for myown daughters.But of course, as I always tell my daughters,withopportunities come obligations.And that is true for all of you aswell.You all have the opportunity toreceive an education from this wonderful school,and you all have an obligationto take the fullest advantage of thisopportunity.And I know that’s exactly what you all aredoing.You’re winning prizes in math andscience.Here, you are stagingmusicalperformances around the world.You’revolunteeringin your communities.Andmany of you are working hard to get an educationyour parents never dreamed of.So you all have so much to offer –-andthat’s agood thing, because the world needs your talent.The world needs yourcreativity and energymore than ever before.Because we facebig challengesthat know no borders –-like improving the quality ofour airand water, ensuring that people have good jobs, stopping the spreadofdisease.And soon, it will all fall toall of you to come together withpeople on every continent and solve theseproblems together.Now, fortunately, here at thiswonderfulschool, you’realready well on your way.For more than a decade, you’ve been building special relationships with aAmerican school in--an American high school, and many of you will attenduniversities in America orfind other ways to reach out beyond your borders.So in the years ahead, much like you and Iaredoing here today, you will be creating bonds of friendship across the globethatwill last for decades to come.Andover the past week, as I have seen boththe ancient wonders and the modernachievements of your fascinating country, andas I’ve met withextraordinary youngpeople like all of you, I am more confident than ever beforein our sharedfuture.And I cannot wait to seeeverything that you willachieve here in China and around the world.Thank you again for hosting me and myfamily atthis extraordinary school, and I wish you all the best of luck inyour journeyahead.Xie-Xie.(Applause.)
