“孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”由孔子學(xué)院總部設(shè)立，旨在鼓勵(lì)世界各國(guó)學(xué)生、漢語(yǔ)教師來(lái)華學(xué)習(xí)和研究漢語(yǔ)言文化。

一、頒發(fā)對(duì)象

1、各國(guó)孔子學(xué)院（課堂）的優(yōu)秀學(xué)員；

2、在海外從事或計(jì)劃從事漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)者；

3、參加孔子學(xué)院總部主辦的各類漢語(yǔ)考試且成績(jī)優(yōu)異者；

4、“漢語(yǔ)橋”世界大、中學(xué)生中文比賽優(yōu)秀參賽選手；

5、國(guó)外有關(guān)高校漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)者；

6、符合孔子學(xué)院總部特定協(xié)議規(guī)定條件的人士。申請(qǐng)人須為非中國(guó)籍公民，身體健康。

二、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金類別及相應(yīng)申請(qǐng)資格要求

1、進(jìn)修獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金

獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金期限一般分為四周、一學(xué)期和一學(xué)年。申請(qǐng)人原則上應(yīng)具備一定漢語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)，年齡一般不超過(guò)55周歲。

2、學(xué)位獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金

申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)參加過(guò)漢語(yǔ)水平考試（HSK）并獲得3級(jí)以上漢語(yǔ)水平證書(shū)。

學(xué)士學(xué)位獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：期限4-5學(xué)年。申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)具有相當(dāng)于中國(guó)高級(jí)中學(xué)畢業(yè)的學(xué)歷，通過(guò)中國(guó)大學(xué)入學(xué)考試或經(jīng)推薦被中國(guó)大學(xué)免試錄取，年齡一般不超過(guò)35周歲。

碩士學(xué)位獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：期限2-3學(xué)年。申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)具有學(xué)士學(xué)位或相當(dāng)學(xué)歷，年齡一般不超過(guò)45周歲。

博士學(xué)位獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：期限3-4學(xué)年。申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)具有碩士學(xué)位或相當(dāng)學(xué)歷，年齡一般不超過(guò)45周歲。

三、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金內(nèi)容、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

1、提供注冊(cè)費(fèi)、學(xué)費(fèi)、基本教材費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)

2、按月發(fā)給獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生活費(fèi)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：

a． 進(jìn)修生：1400元

b． 學(xué)士學(xué)位生：1400元

c． 碩士學(xué)位生：1700元

d． 博士學(xué)位生：2000元

3、發(fā)給一次性安置費(fèi)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：

a.在華學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間滿一學(xué)年（含）的:1500元

b.在華學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間在一學(xué)期（含）以上但不滿一學(xué)年的： 1000元。

4、提供來(lái)華留學(xué)生綜合保險(xiǎn)：為在華獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生所投付的綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)。主要用于學(xué)生因大病住院或發(fā)生人身意外傷害所支付的費(fèi)用。

四、申請(qǐng)途徑

申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)向如下獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金招生單位提交申請(qǐng)文件：

1、駐各國(guó)的中國(guó)使、領(lǐng)館教育（文化）處（組）

2、各國(guó)孔子學(xué)院

3、孔子學(xué)院總部設(shè)在海外的各類漢語(yǔ)考試考點(diǎn)

4、孔子學(xué)院總部指定的其他機(jī)構(gòu)

五、申請(qǐng)材料

申請(qǐng)人須按如下要求向獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金招生單位提交相關(guān)材料（均為一式兩份）：

1、《孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)表》，需使用中文或英文完整填寫(xiě)或打印。此表可從國(guó)家漢辦網(wǎng)站和網(wǎng)絡(luò)孔子學(xué)院網(wǎng)站下載，下載地址：http:// ；

2、護(hù)照照片頁(yè)復(fù)印件；

3、申請(qǐng)陳述。包含申請(qǐng)人漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)背景、來(lái)華學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃及目標(biāo)等，不少于200字，用中文或英文打印并附申請(qǐng)人簽名。申請(qǐng)攻讀碩士、博士學(xué)位者請(qǐng)?jiān)斒鰜?lái)華學(xué)習(xí)和研究計(jì)劃（可另附紙）；

4、漢語(yǔ)水平證明?？蔀闈h語(yǔ)水平證書(shū)及成績(jī)單、或其他漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)和教育證明；

5、學(xué)歷證明和成績(jī)單（須由所在學(xué)校教務(wù)單位直接出具并加蓋公章）；申請(qǐng)學(xué)習(xí)本科專業(yè)者，須提供經(jīng)過(guò)公證的高中會(huì)考成績(jī)單。中英文以外文本需附經(jīng)公證的中文或英文的譯文；申請(qǐng)攻讀碩士、博士學(xué)位者，須提交兩名教授或副教授的推薦信，用中文或英文書(shū)寫(xiě)；

6、年齡不滿18歲的申請(qǐng)人，需提交監(jiān)護(hù)人保證書(shū)及應(yīng)急聯(lián)系方式；

7、《外國(guó)人體格檢查記錄》。此表格由中國(guó)衛(wèi)生檢疫部門(mén)統(tǒng)一印制，僅限于來(lái)華學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間超過(guò)6個(gè)月者，須用英文填寫(xiě)。缺項(xiàng)、未貼有本人照片或照片上未蓋騎縫章、無(wú)醫(yī)師和醫(yī)院簽字蓋章的《外國(guó)人體格檢查記錄》無(wú)效。

上述申請(qǐng)材料由各招生單位于2009年5月31日前送抵孔子學(xué)院總部?？鬃訉W(xué)院總部暫不受理個(gè)人申請(qǐng)。

六、學(xué)習(xí)院校選擇

申請(qǐng)孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金來(lái)華學(xué)習(xí)，可從孔子學(xué)院總部認(rèn)可的普通高等學(xué)校和中學(xué)中選擇三所志愿學(xué)校。相關(guān)學(xué)校名單請(qǐng)登錄國(guó)家漢辦/孔子學(xué)院網(wǎng)站查詢。查詢地址：http://。

孔子學(xué)院總部鼓勵(lì)申請(qǐng)人提前自行聯(lián)系學(xué)校，如申請(qǐng)人已獲得學(xué)校邀請(qǐng)信，請(qǐng)?jiān)谏暾?qǐng)材料中附上。

七、錄取

1、孔子學(xué)院總部將對(duì)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)人的申請(qǐng)材料進(jìn)行審核，并有權(quán)對(duì)申請(qǐng)人所選擇的學(xué)校和學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)限進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整。經(jīng)孔子學(xué)院總部審核合格的申請(qǐng)材料將轉(zhuǎn)送有關(guān)學(xué)校，由學(xué)校決定是否錄取。

2、已就讀于孔子學(xué)院總部認(rèn)可的中國(guó)普通高等學(xué)校和中學(xué)的申請(qǐng)人，由所在學(xué)校推薦，經(jīng)孔子學(xué)院總部批準(zhǔn)后可獲得孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格。

3、孔子學(xué)院總部在2009年6月底前將獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金錄取結(jié)果通知獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生招生單位。

八、報(bào)到

獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者須按錄取學(xué)校規(guī)定的時(shí)間到指定接收單位報(bào)到。無(wú)法按期報(bào)到者，獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格原則上不予保留。

Application Procedures for Confucius Institute Scholarship

（2009）

“Confucius Institute Scholarship” is established by Confucius Institute Headquarters, with a goal of encouraging students and teachers worldwide, who are studying and/or teaching Chinese as a second language, to study Chinese language and culture in China.Eligibility

1.Outstanding students from Confucius Institutes(Classrooms)worldwide;

2.Foreign teachers who are teaching or planning to teach Chinese as a second language;

3.Students who received distinguished grade from the Chinese Examination series held by Confucius Institute Headquarters;

4.Outstanding Contestants in “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition;

5.Students studying Chinese as a second language in overseas universities or colleges;

6.Applicants who meet the requirements of other of Confucius Institute Headquarters’ agreements.Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.Categories and Specific Criteria

1．Scholarships for Short-term Study

Duration for these scholarships is generally divided into 4 weeks, 1 semester and 1 academic year.Applicants are required to have a basic knowledge Chinese language level, and under the age of 55.2.Scholarships for Degrees

Bachelor’s Degree Scholarship：4-5 academic years.Applicants are required to have a diploma comparable to a Chinese high school certificate, pass the Chinese university admission examination or be admitted by recommendation and without taking an admission exam, and under the age of 35.Master’s Degree Scholarship: 2-3 academic years.Applicants are required to have a bachelor degree or a diploma comparable to a bachelor degree, and under the age of 45.Doctorate Degree Scholarship: 3-4 academic years.Applicants are required to have a master’s degree or a diploma comparable to a master degree, and under the age of 45.Details of the Scholarships

Applicants are suppose to submit their application materials to the following institution:

1.The Education(Culture)Department(Section)in local Chinese Embassy and Consulate overseas.2.Confucius Institutes worldwide.3、Overseas Chinese Proficiency Tests centers recognized by Confucius Institute Headquarters。

4.Other institutions specified by Confucius Institute Headquarters.Application Materials

Applicants must submit application materials to the recruiting institutions according to the following requirement(in duplicate)：

1.Completed “Application Form for Confucius Institute Scholarship”，filled and printed, both in Chinese and English.The form can be downloaded fromthe Hanban website and/or the Confucius Institute Online at http:// ；

2.A Photocopy of the passport page with your photo on it;

3.Personal statements, indicating the applicant’s Chinese learning background, study plan and goals in China, etc.The statement should be no less than 200 words, printed in either Chinese or English and signed by the applicant.Detail research and study plan(additional paper can be attached)are required for students applying formaster’s or doctorate degree；

4.Certificates of Chinese Proficiency, could be Chinese Proficiency Certificates and

transcripts, or other certificates of Chinese language learning and/or education;

5.Diploma and transcripts(issued directly by the educational administration office of the school/university, and with a school cache）；Applicants for undergraduate studies are required to provide notarized copy of senior high school transcripts.Documents in language other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English;Applicants for Master’s or Doctorate Degree are required to submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associated professors;

6.Applications under the age of 18 should submit letters of approval and provide emergent contact of their legal guardians;

7.Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form(printed by Chinese quarantine authority and only for those whose period of studies in China lasts up to six months)filled in English.Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid.The above application materials should reach Confucius Institute Headquarters via the recruiting institutions by May 31th, 2009.Individual applications will not be accepted by the Confucius Institute Headquarters.Selection of Institutions

2.Recommended by their current institution, scholarship applicants currently attending Chinese secondary schools or higher institutions could be officially awarded the Confucius Institute Scholarship;

Registration

2018年9月入學(xué)，資助期限為2年。

具有大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷。漢語(yǔ)考試成績(jī)達(dá)到HSK（五級(jí)）210分、HSKK（中級(jí)）60分。提供畢業(yè)后擬任教機(jī)構(gòu)工作協(xié)議或相關(guān)證明者優(yōu)先。

2．一學(xué)年研修生(漢語(yǔ)言文學(xué)課程)

2018年9月入學(xué)，資助期限為11個(gè)月。不錄取在華留學(xué)生。漢語(yǔ)考試成績(jī)達(dá)到HSK（四級(jí)）180分、HSKK（中級(jí)）60分。3．一學(xué)期研修生（漢語(yǔ)言文學(xué)課程）

2018年9月、2019年3月入學(xué)，資助期限為5個(gè)月。不錄取護(hù)照上有X1、X2簽證者。

漢語(yǔ)考試成績(jī)達(dá)到HSK（三級(jí)）210分，具有HSKK成績(jī)。

三、辦理流程

2018年3月1日起，申請(qǐng)者可登錄孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金網(wǎng)站（cis.chinese.cn）申請(qǐng)孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。

登錄孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金網(wǎng)站，查詢推薦機(jī)構(gòu)與接收院校；在線提交申請(qǐng)材料，關(guān)注申請(qǐng)進(jìn)程、審核意見(jiàn)與獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審結(jié)果；獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者與接收院校確認(rèn)辦理來(lái)華留學(xué)手續(xù)，在線打印獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)；按接收院校錄取通知書(shū)規(guī)定的時(shí)間入學(xué)報(bào)到。

申請(qǐng)截止日期為：

1．6月20日（9月入學(xué)）。

2．12月20日（2019年3月入學(xué)）。

漢辦集中評(píng)審，擇優(yōu)資助，于入學(xué)前2個(gè)月完成獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審工作，公布評(píng)審結(jié)果。

四、關(guān)于漢語(yǔ)橋獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)?/p>

在各類漢語(yǔ)橋比賽中獲得2018“孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金證書(shū)”者，登錄孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金網(wǎng)站，憑獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金證書(shū)向目標(biāo)接收院校提交申請(qǐng)材料。

附錄1.孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助內(nèi)容及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助內(nèi)容包括：學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)、生活費(fèi)（四周研修生除外）和綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)。

1．學(xué)費(fèi)由接收院校統(tǒng)籌用于獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生的培養(yǎng)與管理，開(kāi)展文化活動(dòng)，組織參加漢語(yǔ)考試。學(xué)費(fèi)不包含教材費(fèi)和旅游景點(diǎn)門(mén)票。

2．住宿費(fèi)由接收院校統(tǒng)籌使用，為學(xué)生提供免費(fèi)宿舍，一般為雙人間；經(jīng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生申請(qǐng)、接收院校批準(zhǔn)，選擇校外住宿者，由學(xué)校按月或季度發(fā)放住宿費(fèi)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為700元人民幣/月。3．生活費(fèi)由接收院校按月發(fā)放。本科生、一學(xué)年和一學(xué)期研修生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為2500元人民幣/月；漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士生為3000元人民幣/月。

獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生按接收院校錄取通知書(shū)規(guī)定的時(shí)間入學(xué)報(bào)到，否則取消獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格。當(dāng)月15日（含15日）前到校注冊(cè)者，當(dāng)月發(fā)放全額生活費(fèi)；15日以后注冊(cè)者，當(dāng)月發(fā)放半月生活費(fèi)。

獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生在學(xué)期間（不含寒暑假）因個(gè)人原因離開(kāi)中國(guó)時(shí)間超過(guò)15天者，停發(fā)離華期間生活費(fèi)。

獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生因個(gè)人原因休學(xué)、退學(xué)或受接收院校紀(jì)律處分者，停發(fā)自休學(xué)、退學(xué)或接到處分通知之日起的生活費(fèi)。

畢（結(jié)）業(yè)生的生活費(fèi)發(fā)放至學(xué)校確定的畢（結(jié)）業(yè)日期后的半個(gè)月。4．綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)參照中國(guó)教育部來(lái)華留學(xué)有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行，由接收院校統(tǒng)一購(gòu)買。四周研修生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為160元人民幣/人，一學(xué)期研修生為400元人民幣/人，一學(xué)年以上標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為800元人民幣/年/人。附錄2.孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)材料清單

一、與所有申請(qǐng)者有關(guān)的證明材料 1．護(hù)照照片頁(yè)掃描件。

為支持孔子學(xué)院建設(shè)，促進(jìn)漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際推廣和中國(guó)文化傳播，培養(yǎng)合格的漢語(yǔ)教師和漢語(yǔ)人才，孔子學(xué)院總部/國(guó)家漢辦（以下簡(jiǎn)稱漢辦）設(shè)立獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，資助外國(guó)學(xué)生、學(xué)者和漢語(yǔ)教師到中國(guó)有關(guān)大學(xué)（以下統(tǒng)稱“接收院?！保W(xué)習(xí)。

本招生類別是漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士、一學(xué)年研修+漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士、漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育本科、一學(xué)年研修生、一學(xué)期研修生和四周研修生。招生對(duì)象為非中國(guó)籍人士，身體健康，年齡一般在16至35周歲之間（在職漢語(yǔ)教師可放寬至45周歲、本科年齡在20歲以下）。

The 2016 Confucius Institute Scholarship Categories are:

1.Scholarship for Master’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(MTCSOL)Students 2.Scholarship for one-Academic-Year Study + MTCSOL Students 3.Scholarship for Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(BTCSOL)Students 4.Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study Students 5.Scholarship for One-Semester Study Students 6.Scholarship for Four-Week Study Students Application is open to applicant who owns a non-Chinese citizenship, aged between 16 and 35, in good health condition,(Applicant is currently working in a Chinese language teaching position shall not exceed the age limit of 45.Undergraduate student shall not exceed the age limit of 20).1.漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士 資助期限為2學(xué)年。申請(qǐng)者須具有學(xué)士學(xué)位或相當(dāng)學(xué)歷，漢語(yǔ)水平不低于HSK五級(jí)180分、HSKK中級(jí)50分，提供畢業(yè)后擬任教機(jī)構(gòu)工作協(xié)議或相關(guān)證明者優(yōu)先。

1.Scholarship for Master’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(MTCSOL)Students This category provides a sponsorship for 2 academic years.Applicant should own a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 5), and a minimum score of 50 in HSKK Test(Intermediate Level).Applicant who is able to provide the employment agreement or certification upon finishing the study from designated working institutions is preferred.2.一學(xué)年研修+漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士

資助期限為3學(xué)年。申請(qǐng)者須提供與孔子學(xué)院或擬任教單位簽訂的協(xié)議，具有學(xué)士學(xué)位或相當(dāng)學(xué)歷，漢語(yǔ)水平不低于HSK三級(jí)180分、HSKK初級(jí)60分。

2.Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study + MTCSOL Students This category provides a sponsorship for 3 academic years.Applicant should provide the employment agreement from a designated Confucius Institute or a prospective working institution.Applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 3), and a minimum score of 60 in HSKK Test(Beginner Level).3.漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育本科 資助期限為4學(xué)年。申請(qǐng)者須為具有高中以上學(xué)歷，漢語(yǔ)水平不低于HSK三級(jí)180分、HSKK中級(jí)40分。

3.Scholarship for Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(BTCSOL)Students This category provides a sponsorship for 4 academic years.Applicant should hold a high school diploma or above, a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 3), and a minimum score of 40 in HSKK Test(Intermediate Level).4.一學(xué)年研修生 資助期限為11個(gè)月。面向孔子學(xué)院（課堂）學(xué)員，海外本土漢語(yǔ)教師、中文專業(yè)學(xué)生、HSK考試成績(jī)優(yōu)秀者，不招收在華留學(xué)生。漢語(yǔ)水平不低于HSK三級(jí)180分、HSKK初級(jí)60分，或者不低于BCT（A）180分、BCT（口語(yǔ)）180分。

4.Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study Students

This category provides a sponsorship for 11 months.Application is open to Confucius Institute(Classroom)students, overseas Chinese language teachers, Chinese language major students and excellent performers in HSK test.International students who are now studying in China are not eligible for the scholarship.Applicant should have a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 3), and 60 in HSKK test(Beginner Level).Alternatively, applicant should hold a minimum score of 180 in BCT(A), and a minimum score of 180 BCT(Speaking).5.一學(xué)期研修生 資助期限為5個(gè)月。申請(qǐng)者無(wú)來(lái)華留學(xué)經(jīng)歷，漢語(yǔ)水平不低于HSK二級(jí)120分、HSKK初級(jí)40分，或者不低于BCT（A）100分、BCT（口語(yǔ)）120分。

5.Scholarship for One-Semester Study Students This category provides a sponsorship for 5 months.Applicant should have no prior experience of studying in China, but have a minimum score of 120 in HSK Test(Level 2), and a minimum score of 40 in HSKK(Beginner Level).Alternatively, applicant should have a minimum score of 100 in BCT(A), and a minimum score of 120 in BCT(Speaking).6.四周研修生

資助期限為四周，以研修漢語(yǔ)為主。面向孔子學(xué)院（課堂）學(xué)員、HSK/BCT優(yōu)秀考生和《孔子學(xué)院》期刊讀者俱樂(lè)部?jī)?yōu)秀會(huì)員。申請(qǐng)者須提交HSK或BCT成績(jī)報(bào)告，無(wú)來(lái)華留學(xué)經(jīng)歷。

6.Scholarship for Four-Week Study Students This category provides a sponsorship for 4-week study which is mainly focusing on Chinese language.Application is mainly open to Confucius Institute(Classroom)students, excellent performers in HSK test, and outstanding club members of Confucius Institute Magazine.Applicant should submit a HSK or BCT score report, and have no prior experience of studying in China.已獲2016“孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金證書(shū)”的漢語(yǔ)橋獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)?，憑證書(shū)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)注冊(cè)辦理入學(xué)手續(xù)。

“Chinese Bridge”(Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students)Winners who have been awarded the 2016 “Confucius Institute Scholarship Certificate” can apply for admission according to the scholarship specified in the certificate.二、學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)、接收院校和入學(xué)時(shí)間

II.Majors, Host Institutions & Admission 本委托150所中國(guó)大學(xué)培養(yǎng)孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生，學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)有漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育、漢語(yǔ)言文學(xué)、中國(guó)歷史、中國(guó)哲學(xué)，中醫(yī)，中國(guó)音樂(lè)、中國(guó)舞蹈等。申請(qǐng)者可登錄獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金網(wǎng)站（http://cis.chinese.cn）申請(qǐng)表中查詢有關(guān)學(xué)校。

This year, 150 Chinese universities are entrusted as the host institutions of the scholarships which provide various subjects including Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, Chinese Language and Literature, Chinese History, Chinese Philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Music, Chinese Dance, etc.For more detailed information of the host institutions, please find the Application Form on the Confucius Institute Scholarships Website(http://cis.chinese.cn).漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士、一學(xué)年研修+漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士、漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育本科、一學(xué)年研修生、一學(xué)期研修生均可選擇在2016年9月1日或2017年3月1日入學(xué)。

Admission for students of MTCSOL, one-Academic-Year Study + MTCSOL, BTCSOL, one-Academic-Year Study, and one-Semester Study is either on September 1st, 2016 or March 1st, 2017.四周研修生課程安排在2016年7月15日至8月14日，或2016年12月15日至2017年1月14日。需單獨(dú)開(kāi)班，一般10人以上，可另外安排學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間，孔子學(xué)院（課堂）須提前3個(gè)月提出申請(qǐng)。

III.Scholarship Coverage, Criteria and Academic Assessment 孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金全額資助內(nèi)容包括：學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)、生活費(fèi)和綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)。

The Confucius Institute Scholarship provides full coverage on tuition fee, accommodation fee, living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.學(xué)費(fèi)由學(xué)校統(tǒng)籌用于獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生培養(yǎng)與管理，組織獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生參加漢語(yǔ)水平測(cè)試（HSK/HSKK），開(kāi)展文化活動(dòng)。

Tuition fee is under the overall planning and utilization of host institutions to provide teaching, management, Chinese language proficiency tests(HSK/HSKK), and cultural and social activities for scholarship holders.住宿費(fèi)由接收院校統(tǒng)籌使用，為學(xué)生提供免費(fèi)宿舍，一般為雙人間；經(jīng)學(xué)校批準(zhǔn)，選擇校外住宿的，可按月或季度獲得學(xué)校發(fā)放的住宿費(fèi)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：700元人民幣/月/人。

Accommodation fee is under the overall planning and utilization of host institutions which should provide scholarship holders with free dormitory rooms(usually double rooms).For those who live off campus with the permission of host institutions are entitled to accommodation allowance from host institutions on by month or by quarter.The allowance criteria are RMB700 per person on monthly basis.生活費(fèi)由接收院校按月發(fā)給。本科生、一學(xué)年和一學(xué)期研修生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為2500元人民幣/月；漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士生3000元人民幣/月。接收院校按每學(xué)期注冊(cè)學(xué)籍，當(dāng)月15日（含15日）前到校注冊(cè)的，發(fā)給全月生活費(fèi)；十五日以后報(bào)到的，發(fā)給半月生活費(fèi)；畢業(yè)生的生活費(fèi)發(fā)至學(xué)校確定的畢業(yè)之日以后半個(gè)月；獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生在學(xué)期間（正常假期外）因個(gè)人原因離開(kāi)中國(guó)時(shí)間超過(guò)15天，停發(fā)離華期間生活費(fèi)；因個(gè)人原因休學(xué)、退學(xué)的，停發(fā)生活費(fèi)。

Living allowance is granted by the host institutions on monthly basis.The allowance criteria per person are: ? BTCSOL, One-Academic-Year Study, One-Semester Study: RMB2,500 per month ? MTCSOL: RMB3,000 per month Enrollment status is based on semesters of host institutions.Students who are enrolled before the 15th(or on the 15th)of the admission month, are entitled to the full allowance of that month.Students, who are enrolled after the 15th of that month, are only entitled to half of the allowance.The living allowance for the month of graduation will be granted half a month later upon confirming the graduation status by host institutions.During the study, for any students who is absent from China of personal reasons for more than 15 days(excluding legal holidays), the allowance will be suspended during absence.Allowance will be terminated in case of schooling suspension or dropping out for personal reasons.綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)。由學(xué)校參照中國(guó)教育部來(lái)華留學(xué)有關(guān)規(guī)定統(tǒng)一購(gòu)買，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為800元人民幣/人/年。

Comprehensive medical insurance is purchased by the host institutions in accordance to relevant regulations on international students stipulated by the Ministry of Education of China.The insurance fee per person is RMB800 per year.所有學(xué)歷生須參加評(píng)審，學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)和漢語(yǔ)水平測(cè)試達(dá)到優(yōu)秀者可在第二學(xué)年繼續(xù)享受全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，達(dá)到良好者 獲得部分獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，其余停發(fā)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。部分獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助內(nèi)容是：學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)和綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)。一學(xué)年和一學(xué)期研修生結(jié)業(yè)前參加一次漢語(yǔ)水平測(cè)試。漢語(yǔ)測(cè)試報(bào)名費(fèi)均由學(xué)校報(bào)銷。

The degree scholarship program applicants(Category 1, 2, 3)are subject to annual academic performance review.Only those who achieve outstanding records in academic and Chinese language proficiency are entitled to a full scholarship for the following year;those who achieve average academic records are entitled to partial scholarships;the others will not be entitled to scholarship any longer.Partial scholarships consist of tuition fee, accommodation fee and comprehensive medical insurance.The One-Academic-Year Study and One-Semester Study programmers is required to attend Chinese language proficiency test before graduation.Test fee is reimbursed by host institutions.四、招生流程

2.Entrusted by Hanban, Confucius Institutes(independent Confucius Classrooms)in different countries, overseas Chinese language testing centers, educational and cultural sections of Chinese embassy and consulate, and host institutions in China are working as recommending institutions to engage in the applicant selection, materials review, host institutions connection, and collecting and handing over applicants’ documents to host institutions.3.申請(qǐng)材料經(jīng)過(guò)漢辦獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金處確認(rèn)有效后，由接收院校審核入學(xué)資格，并向漢辦提交預(yù)錄取人選。

3.Once application materials are verified by the Division of Scholarships of Hanban as valid, host institutions will then review the eligibility of applicants and submit the admission list to Hanban.4．漢辦對(duì)符合條件者進(jìn)行綜合，擇優(yōu)錄取。評(píng)審結(jié)果一般在申請(qǐng)材料確認(rèn)有效后45個(gè)工作日內(nèi)發(fā)布。

4.Hanban will conduct an overall assessment of all applications and admit applicants on the basis of competitive selection.Normally, the admission results will be announced within 45 working days after the application materials are confirmed as valid.5．接收院校與學(xué)生確認(rèn)留學(xué)意向后，須在15個(gè)工作日內(nèi)將《錄取通知書(shū)》、《外國(guó)留學(xué)人員來(lái)華簽證申請(qǐng)表》（JW202表）和獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金證書(shū)復(fù)印件等寄達(dá)推薦機(jī)構(gòu)。

三、辦理流程

2018年3月1日起，申請(qǐng)者可登錄孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金網(wǎng)站申請(qǐng)孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。

登錄孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金網(wǎng)站，查詢推薦機(jī)構(gòu)與接收院校；在線提交申請(qǐng)材料，關(guān)注申請(qǐng)進(jìn)程、審核意見(jiàn)

與獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審結(jié)果；獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者與接收院校確認(rèn)辦理來(lái)華留學(xué)手續(xù)，在線打印獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)；按接收院校錄取通知書(shū)規(guī)定的時(shí)間入學(xué)報(bào)到。申請(qǐng)截止日期為： 1.4月20日（7月入學(xué)）。2.6月20日（9月入學(xué)）。3.9月20日（12月入學(xué)）。

4.12月20日（2019年3月入學(xué)）。

漢辦集中評(píng)審，擇優(yōu)資助，于入學(xué)前2個(gè)月完成獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審工作，公布評(píng)審結(jié)果。

附錄1.孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助內(nèi)容及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金按資助內(nèi)容分為全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金和部分獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金包括學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)、生活費(fèi)（四周研修生除外）和綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)；部分獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金包括：學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)和綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)。

1.學(xué)費(fèi)由接收院校統(tǒng)籌用于獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生培養(yǎng)與管理，開(kāi)展文化活動(dòng)，其中學(xué)費(fèi)（一學(xué)期研修生的學(xué)期學(xué)費(fèi)）包含一次漢語(yǔ)水平考試（HSK）和一次漢語(yǔ)水平口語(yǔ)考試（HSKK）費(fèi)用，供研修生結(jié)業(yè)前，以及學(xué)歷生評(píng)審及畢業(yè)前參加上述兩項(xiàng)考試使用。學(xué)費(fèi)不包含教材費(fèi)和旅游景點(diǎn)門(mén)票。

2.住宿費(fèi)由接收院校統(tǒng)籌使用，為學(xué)生提供免費(fèi)宿舍，一般為雙人間；經(jīng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生本人申請(qǐng)、接收院校批準(zhǔn)，也可選擇校外住宿。選擇校外住宿者，由學(xué)校按月或按季度發(fā)放住宿費(fèi)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：700元人民幣/月/人。

3.生活費(fèi)由接收院校按月發(fā)放給全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生。本科生、一學(xué)年和一學(xué)期研修生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為2500元人民幣/月；漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士生為3000元人民幣/月。

3.1 獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生按學(xué)校每學(xué)期規(guī)定報(bào)到日期到校注冊(cè)學(xué)籍，否則取消獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格。

3.2當(dāng)月15日（含15日）前到校注冊(cè)者，該月發(fā)放全月生活費(fèi)；十五日以后注冊(cè)者，該月發(fā)放半月生活費(fèi)；畢（結(jié)）業(yè)的生活費(fèi)發(fā)放至學(xué)校確定的畢（結(jié)）業(yè)日期之后的半個(gè)月；

3.3 在學(xué)期間（不含寒暑假）因個(gè)人原因離開(kāi)中國(guó)時(shí)間超過(guò)15天者，停發(fā)非在華期間生活費(fèi)； 3.4 因個(gè)人原因休學(xué)、退學(xué)或受學(xué)校紀(jì)律處分者，接收院校應(yīng)停發(fā)自休學(xué)、退學(xué)或接到處分通知之日起的生活費(fèi)。

4.綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)參照中國(guó)教育部來(lái)華留學(xué)有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行，由接收院校統(tǒng)一購(gòu)買。四周研修生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為100元人民幣/人，一學(xué)期研修生為400元人民幣/人，一學(xué)年以上有關(guān)學(xué)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為800元人民幣/人/年。

5.每學(xué)期新生、老生注冊(cè)報(bào)到表，取消獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格、停發(fā)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生活費(fèi)的處理報(bào)告，新生購(gòu)買獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生保險(xiǎn)證明等材料，應(yīng)在開(kāi)學(xué)后30日內(nèi)報(bào)漢辦考試與獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金處備案。
