      然而,在我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放成就舉世矚目,中國(guó)正大踏步邁向小康社會(huì)的時(shí)候,我們也不得不注意到,社會(huì)上正在形成一股輕視勞動(dòng)、鄙視勞動(dòng)者、多勞并不多得的怪現(xiàn)象。這一現(xiàn)象,主要來(lái)源于一定范圍內(nèi)的官僚腐敗以及分配機(jī)制的不合理。從官僚腐敗的角度來(lái)看,灰色收入與權(quán)力尋租現(xiàn)象正在侵蝕我國(guó)社會(huì)主義正

      常的分配體系,如果不及時(shí)控制,必將使整個(gè)社會(huì)分配機(jī)制的公平性與公正性受到極大的挑戰(zhàn)。

      從分配機(jī)制的不合理來(lái)說(shuō),勞動(dòng)占據(jù)收入的比例偏低,資本占據(jù)收入的比例過(guò)大。少數(shù)資本所有者占有大量社會(huì)價(jià)值,而普通勞動(dòng)者的勞動(dòng)收入在社會(huì)財(cái)富中的比例越來(lái)越少;第二,城鄉(xiāng)差距、區(qū)域差距與行業(yè)差距正在不斷擴(kuò)大;東部發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)與中西部欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的人均收入有不斷拉大的趨勢(shì);第三,壟斷行業(yè)的壟斷性收入及優(yōu)厚的福利待遇大大超出行業(yè)勞動(dòng)者的平均水平。如果這一現(xiàn)象得不到有效扼制,將極大地挫傷普通勞動(dòng)者的建設(shè)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的積極性。

      “讓廣大勞動(dòng)群眾實(shí)現(xiàn)體面勞動(dòng)”,正是基于當(dāng)前種種腐敗現(xiàn)象及社會(huì)分配機(jī)制的不合理而言。其內(nèi)涵至少包括兩層:其一是“讓勞動(dòng)者最光榮成為社會(huì)共識(shí)”,即個(gè)人或集體的體統(tǒng)、身份獲得社會(huì)的普遍認(rèn)同與尊重,這是從外部的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)判斷;其二是“讓勞動(dòng)者更自豪更光榮”,即勞動(dòng)者對(duì)自身的所作所為會(huì)感到光榮、光彩,充滿自豪感,這是從自身的認(rèn)同度來(lái)判斷。

      對(duì)于前一個(gè)層面來(lái)說(shuō),是要在社會(huì)上大力培育和弘揚(yáng)勞動(dòng)光榮、勞動(dòng)偉大的浩然正氣,在華夏大地奏響起熱愛(ài)勞動(dòng)、多勞多得、誠(chéng)實(shí)勞動(dòng)創(chuàng)造美好生活的公平正義之歌。對(duì)后者來(lái)說(shuō),則需要在全社會(huì)樹(shù)立正確的價(jià)值觀與勞動(dòng)觀,讓誠(chéng)實(shí)勞動(dòng)成為社會(huì)的主旋律,讓普通勞動(dòng)者為自己的勞動(dòng)而自豪,讓普通勞動(dòng)者的勞動(dòng)能夠轉(zhuǎn)化成實(shí)實(shí)在在的收入,讓普通勞動(dòng)者能親身見(jiàn)證自己的勞動(dòng)正在創(chuàng)造美好的社會(huì)與生活。

      中國(guó)在建設(shè)小康社會(huì)與和諧社會(huì)的歷史進(jìn)程中,每一項(xiàng)事業(yè)的成功,都離不開(kāi)廣大普通勞動(dòng)者的辛勤付出與努力工作。正如胡錦濤同志所說(shuō):“要實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、進(jìn)而基本實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的宏偉目標(biāo),必須依靠全體人民熱愛(ài)勞動(dòng)、勤奮勞動(dòng),必須依靠全社會(huì)尊重勞動(dòng)、保護(hù)勞動(dòng),必須使通過(guò)誠(chéng)實(shí)勞動(dòng)創(chuàng)造美好生活成為億萬(wàn)人民的共同追求。”只有在全社會(huì)確立勞動(dòng)光榮、勞動(dòng)者自豪的價(jià)值觀與勞動(dòng)觀,我們的社會(huì)主義事業(yè)才能不斷推向前進(jìn)。

      Dear I.D.: No doubt about it, leaving right after a promotion is awkward.But, unless you have an employment contract that says otherwise, “everybody's a free agent,” notes Howard Seidel, a partner at Boston-based executive coaching and outplacement firm Essex Partners.“Companies terminate employees all the time, and the flip side is that people are free to quit.You absolutely should not feel bad about doing what's in your own best interests.”
