一個成功的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者必備要素
領(lǐng)導(dǎo),這個詞一聽就讓人心生向往,這是一個好職業(yè),不僅收入高,而且社會地位也比較高,可是,這也是大多數(shù)人膚淺的認(rèn)識,他們只看到了表面的東西,如果認(rèn)真研究一下,你就會發(fā)現(xiàn),原來領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不是那么好當(dāng)?shù)?,不是每一個人都有能力做的,我說的意思是做一個好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,而不是做一個毫無作為的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。我認(rèn)為作為一個成功的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,必須具備一下幾方面的素質(zhì)。
第一,淵博的知識。但凡一個成功的人士,大都是滿腹經(jīng)綸,學(xué)富五車,這是必須的,因為,在任何時代,在任何環(huán)境下,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者都要知道大局與形勢,沒有淵博的知識是不行的。舉個例子,就說我們看開國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人,偉大主席毛澤東,我們都知道,毛主席一生的決策很少失誤,那是什么原因呢,是因為主席飽讀詩書,知識淵博,計謀策略運用嫻熟。
第二,良好的個人素養(yǎng)。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的威信,是從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的個人魅力中建立的,現(xiàn)在的很多領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者個人素質(zhì)真的不敢讓人恭維,特別是一些行政單位的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),那作風(fēng),那說話的腔調(diào),那不像領(lǐng)導(dǎo),有時候更像個混混。離題了,言歸正傳,好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,辦事果斷,作風(fēng)正派,毅力堅定,不打官腔,平易近人。而魅力的培養(yǎng),多半來自對生活的體驗,對生命的態(tài)度。要提高個人素質(zhì),論語這本書是很值得看一看,讀一讀的。
第三,良好的交際和溝通能力。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者每天都要面對不同的人,不同的事,所以處理問題,在不違背原則的前提下,就應(yīng)該做到面面俱到,八面玲瓏,這絕對不是貶義的。大多數(shù)人都認(rèn)為太圓滑了,就是不誠實,不厚道,其實這是一種認(rèn)識的誤區(qū)。周總理,就是一個典范,可是誰能說總理不誠實正直呢。
第四,優(yōu)秀的管理能力。作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,所在的機構(gòu)比較龐大,只有有優(yōu)秀的管理能力,才能做到有條不紊,所以,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者一定要加強這方面的學(xué)習(xí)。
第五,要有處變不驚的能力。有一句古語對成功的政客做了很好的概括,說的是“心有驚雷而面如平湖”,這說的實在精彩。是的,作為一個成功的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,怎么能讓別人隨隨便便就看出自己的情緒變化呢,這對自己也是對組織極為不利的。所以,無論遇到什么問題,成功的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,都要做到處變不驚,方能贏得勝利。
以上,是我自己粗略的幾點不成熟的看法,但我相信這幾點是必不可少的。我想我們每個人都想做一個有作為的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,所以我們一起努力吧,不斷完善自我,提高自我,朝這目標(biāo)奮力前行吧。

摘要: 如何成為一個優(yōu)秀的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者?作為一個領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者必須具備哪些素質(zhì)?我想這是許多人都想知道的,不同的人會有不同的答案,每個人對優(yōu)秀領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的定義也不盡相同,那么在這里就談一下我對這個問題的觀點和看法,傳統(tǒng)理論認(rèn)為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是組織賦予領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的職位和權(quán)利,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者通過運用這些法定的權(quán)利帶領(lǐng)下級完成組織的任務(wù),實現(xiàn)組織的目標(biāo),新興的管理心理學(xué)則認(rèn)為,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是一種行為和影響力,不是指個人的職位,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就是領(lǐng)著運用這種影響力引導(dǎo)和帶領(lǐng)下級在一定條件下向組織目標(biāo)邁進的行為進程。本文針對當(dāng)前干部隊伍中存在的諸多問題及其所造成的社會影響,提出了提高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)這素質(zhì)的重要性。本文分析了成功領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者素質(zhì)的要求,包裹政治素質(zhì),知識素質(zhì),能力素質(zhì),以及心理和身體素質(zhì)。

一、政治素質(zhì)是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的核心領(lǐng)導(dǎo)素質(zhì)和靈魂
政治素質(zhì)是社會的政治理想、政治信念、政治態(tài)度和政治立場在人的心理中形成的并通過言行表現(xiàn)出來內(nèi)在品質(zhì),是人的綜合素質(zhì)的核心。人的政治素質(zhì)的高低是社會政治文明發(fā)展水平的重要標(biāo)志,政治素質(zhì)主要包括政治理論知識、政治心理、政治價值觀和政治信仰。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的政治素質(zhì)是指作為一個政治角色的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者對政治尤其是對自己所承擔(dān)的政治權(quán)力和政治義務(wù)的理解、把握、反應(yīng)以及見諸于行動等情況的總和,是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者長期在政治關(guān)系和政治生活中接受培養(yǎng)、熏陶以及對特定政治事件的感受中形成的個體特質(zhì)。
(一)、堅定正確的政治方向
政治方向,對于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)來說,是最基本的。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的政治方向,必須是明確的,堅定的,這是關(guān)系到黨和國家命運的大問題。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者政治方向的堅定性,是以對共產(chǎn)主義目標(biāo)的科學(xué)理解為基礎(chǔ)的。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者應(yīng)把遠大的政治目標(biāo)同現(xiàn)實具體目標(biāo)統(tǒng)一起來,把社會主義初級階段歷史任務(wù)與實現(xiàn)共產(chǎn)主義聯(lián)系起來。政治方向是通過路線、方針、政策來體現(xiàn)的,它以一定歷史時期內(nèi)的客觀事實為依據(jù)、以科學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo)、以整體利益為目的,代表了全局意志和愿望,具有突出的群眾性和應(yīng)用性。
在市場經(jīng)濟環(huán)境下,解決復(fù)雜多變的國際環(huán)境、國家間的合作與沖突、改革開放帶來的新問題等等都需要有正確的政治方向。而這些政治經(jīng)濟活動中,以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者為決策執(zhí)行者的社會單元都是重要的參與者。因此,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者擁有堅定正確的政治方向,能充分發(fā)揮社會單元的主動性和創(chuàng)造性,齊心協(xié)力推動全局向既定目標(biāo)前進。
(二)、講正確的政治立場
政治立場,也就是我們在社會生活中,觀察事物和處理問題應(yīng)處于何種地位、持何種態(tài)度、維護誰的利益。基
于這一政治立場,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者必須堅定地站在當(dāng)和國家民族根本利益的立場上。無論在什么情況下,都要把黨的利益、國家的利益、置于高于一切的位置。
(三)、具高度的政治敏銳性
政治敏銳性,也是一種政治鑒別力,是一種有著更高時效要求的政治鑒別力,不僅要求能透過表象,識別本質(zhì)的鑒別力,還要求能及時敏銳捕捉和斷定政治是非的能力。保持高度的政治敏銳性,能及時從一些萌芽狀態(tài)的問題中,發(fā)現(xiàn)和確定其趨勢、走向、性質(zhì),從而有針對性地采取有效措施。國際、國內(nèi)政治的發(fā)展變化直接影響著企業(yè)單位的發(fā)展和未來,作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,應(yīng)當(dāng)保持高度的政治敏銳性,跟緊和把握風(fēng)云變幻的國際、國內(nèi)形勢,正確的作出企業(yè)的經(jīng)營決策,并且學(xué)會運用政治軍事策略在激烈的全球市場競爭中攻守自如、收放自如。
二、知識素質(zhì)是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者成功的基石
知識是與實踐密切聯(lián)系的概念,是人們在改造世界的實踐中獲得的認(rèn)識與經(jīng)驗的總和,包括感性知識和理性知識。一個現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在知識素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)上應(yīng)當(dāng)有更高的要求,這是由其復(fù)雜的內(nèi)外部結(jié)構(gòu)所決定的。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的知識素質(zhì)是構(gòu)成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動中不可缺少的因素,在關(guān)鍵時刻,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的知識儲備的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量。作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部應(yīng)該有淵博的知識和豐厚的文化底蘊,除了要掌握與自己本職工作相關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)知識以及現(xiàn)代的思維知識之外還要掌握一定的歷史知識和法律知識??傊?,我們的干部必須具備復(fù)合型人才的要求。
(一)、精通管理知識
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者應(yīng)掌握管理的基本原理方法及有關(guān)專業(yè)管理知識,掌握經(jīng)濟理論、市場營銷理論,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)、經(jīng)濟法、財政金融等方面的基本知識,了解國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)今理論的發(fā)展方向。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者對管理知識不能只是一般了解,至少要掌握,這樣才能更好擔(dān)當(dāng)起領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的角色。掌握精通不僅是書本的內(nèi)容,還應(yīng)是建立在實踐經(jīng)驗融會貫通。
(二)、具一定社會科學(xué)知識
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者為了做好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作,當(dāng)然是知識面越寬越好。一般說來,還應(yīng)具有人才學(xué)、心理學(xué)、社會科學(xué)等方面的知識。這樣才能用這些知識指導(dǎo)自己的工作,在調(diào)動組織員工的工作積極性,協(xié)調(diào)好組織內(nèi)部的關(guān)系,建設(shè)和諧內(nèi)部人員,形成良好的文化范圍。
三、能力素質(zhì)是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)素質(zhì)中所有能動成份的精華聚合俗話說,“兵熊熊一個,將熊熊一窩”,這是對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力素質(zhì)的最好詮釋。能力素質(zhì)是指所有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)素質(zhì)在行動層次上釋放能量時所賴以進行的行為機能的總和,是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者素質(zhì)中所有能動成份的精華聚合。能力素質(zhì)事關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者行為的質(zhì)量和效果,事關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的作用、成就、貢獻、和價值的大小,事關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動的成敗。
(一)、分析判斷與決策能力
決策是為了達到一個既定的目標(biāo),提出的若干方案,并從中選擇一個方案的分析判斷過程。若決策的目標(biāo)是模糊的,甚至是模棱兩可的,則無法以目標(biāo)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來評價方案,決策貫穿于管理的過程決定了管理活動的成敗。作出決策,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者都必須在錯綜復(fù)雜的內(nèi)外因素中透過現(xiàn)象看清問題的矛盾,運用嚴(yán)密的邏輯思維的方法進行分析,從而做出正確的決策以實現(xiàn)目標(biāo)。因而,改進管理決策提高決策水平,應(yīng)當(dāng)是一個成功的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者經(jīng)常注意的重要問題之一。
(二)、組織指揮與控制能力
組織指揮與控制能力是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進行管理工作的日常的重要職能。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者應(yīng)根據(jù)組織的實際情況設(shè)計符合組織結(jié)構(gòu),善于運用組織的力量,指揮與協(xié)調(diào)企業(yè)的人力、財力,發(fā)現(xiàn)運行中存在的問題,通過指導(dǎo)采取控制等措施解決問題,已達到工作效果,提高運行的效能。
(三)、知人善用的能力
在企業(yè)管理基本完善的情況下人是最具有能動性的資源。一個組織能否興旺發(fā)展、能否選撥培養(yǎng)運用一環(huán)扣著一環(huán),而發(fā)現(xiàn)人才、培養(yǎng)人才、使用人才都要求領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人具有知人善任的能力。千里馬常有,而伯樂不常有,就說明
了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者知人善任的重要性。
四、良好的心理素質(zhì)和身體素質(zhì)是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的必備條件
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者都肩負(fù)著復(fù)雜、繁重的工作任務(wù),因此,只有具備良好的心理和身體素質(zhì),才能擔(dān)負(fù)其重任。
(一)、成熟的心理素質(zhì)
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作復(fù)雜緊張,沒有穩(wěn)定的情緒,成熟的新浪,很難干好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作,對于大是大非的沖擊,自己的付出和效益有心理平衡感,心理容量要大,在眾人面前能自覺的控制行為。一不要有攀比心態(tài)。一些領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部不能正確對待先富與后富的關(guān)系,滋長了一種盲目的攀比心理。有的與個體戶、大款、大腕比,甚至與某些搞以權(quán)謀私等不正之風(fēng)的人相比,總覺得自己在物質(zhì)利益上吃虧了。二不要有補償心態(tài)?,F(xiàn)實中,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部隨著職務(wù)的變動,權(quán)力增大,頭上的“桂冠”多了,聽到的恭維聲、贊揚聲就會逐漸增多,如果不經(jīng)常提醒自己,不從嚴(yán)要求自己,就很容易沉醉于鮮花和掌聲之中,輕則剛愎自用,重則居功自傲.(二)、健康的體魄
身體健康是每位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者必須具備的條件,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作非常繁重,如果沒有健康的體魄,即使有好的思想,科學(xué)的思維,恐怕只會覺得力不從心,無法發(fā)揮領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能,更無法完成工作任務(wù),所以首先要有個好的心態(tài),然后就是要均衡自己的飲食,再就是要做適當(dāng)?shù)倪\動,最后就是要保證高質(zhì)量的睡眠.這幾個方面說起來容易,但堅持做下來并不是很容易,所以還要時刻樹立健康的意識,一年至少一次全面體檢.
政治、知識、能力、心理和身體素質(zhì)是我們現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者所應(yīng)具備的基本素質(zhì),但要成為一個成功的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,還需要在具體工作實踐中將這些素質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化為實實在在的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,素質(zhì)只是代表一種潛力,真正的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作是基于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)素質(zhì),蘊含著領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方法、技巧和經(jīng)驗。
結(jié)語:在我的論文將完成之際心里不免有一種如釋重負(fù)的感覺?;厥锥虝旱膶W(xué)習(xí)生活,不禁感慨萬千。這份畢業(yè)設(shè)計。猶豫經(jīng)驗的匱乏,難免有許多考慮不周全的地方。在工作上的忙碌、學(xué)業(yè)上的壓力,常常讓我感到精疲力竭,難以招架,好在有學(xué)院導(dǎo)師的教導(dǎo)、同學(xué)的鼓勵、朋友的關(guān)心、同事的幫助、家人的支持,終于使我度過了那些痛苦而又難忘的日子。在此,我要向那些給予我關(guān)心、幫助和支持的人們表示我最誠摯的謝意。

領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)頂?shù)纳矸菔窍嗷プ饔玫?,一方面,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者注定是要被其他人領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的,另一方面,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者也必須激勵保障員工獲得相應(yīng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),由此獲得更多時間和精力來集中注意力完成工作,為此,他需要有目的得指導(dǎo)與改善他的一些表達方式、意見和行為。,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者應(yīng)該是讓員工意識到他們是知識淵博的,以此來提升他們的自我價值感,因此,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是一項需要溝通的管理活動。但是,在現(xiàn)實生活中,由于各部門、各組織甚至是員工與客戶之間存在各種各樣的隔閡因此,在現(xiàn)階段,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者最應(yīng)該要做的就是打破這種隔閡,創(chuàng)造良好的溝通環(huán)境。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者不僅要懂得人們的生活的分類、善于表達自己想法還要要求他的行為必須滿足團隊需要,完成團隊目標(biāo)。少數(shù)人認(rèn)為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者是天生的,他們是無法后天培訓(xùn)和學(xué)習(xí)而練成的。其實這些人的想法是錯誤的,因為每個人內(nèi)心的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者形象是需要被喚醒的,也需要在未來進行培訓(xùn)的。
A leader is destined a person who is leaded by the other persons.On the other hand, a leader is also must consequential to motivate security to get followers a leader hence they should to have concentrate, aim, and guidance and improve them with some expressions, opinion and action.Leadership is a mostly about a management activity which like communication and personally will control it and will be afford to achieve the company s goals.Other than that, the leader is knowledgeable to make people satisfied with themselves by accretion their self esteem.It is important to shatter down hurdles and create links, which is to demonstrate hurdles among departments, organisations, employees and customers.The leader s challenge is to build and spend in relationships and also makes a communication environment to his followers.The leadership s actions must help the team to get done the objectives, and fulfilling needs.A leader has to classify about the human nature life, and be skilled to express people reducing the team s doubts about ensuing.A few people assume that a leader is born for that way and there is no any additional way to practicing or learning to create a leader.They are thinking in the wrong way because inside of all human being there is a leader waiting to be awake and holding on a prospect to appear.The characteristics of a leader
A few extraordinary characteristics are wanted to be developed inside the body of an individual, which no disbelief, have got to build a person good leader by outlook, gesture and performs.Different leaders have different kinds of natural characteristics and give the consciousness of being either energetic, proud, angry, kindly, soft natured or emotional.However there is something wanted to be overcome by all as common characteristics of a leader.Each one of the leaders happens to be honoured with some unique idiosyncrasies, called as a special characteristic of a leader.We are presenting over here a few obvious characteristics needed to be developed inside the individual as the general characteristics of a leader.One of the strange characteristics of a leader is he/she admitting his/ her disadvantages, weaknesses and failures.Such kind of characteristics expose respective leader s willingness to believe in high standard, victory and activity, which gives him/her the pleasure, praise and esteem or support from all walks of life.A leader should have a power of intuiting and taking precautionary steps in order to tame the challenging situations efficiently and successfully.Intuition, being one of the best characteristics of a leader, forecasts everything waited.It helps the respective leader to apprise public, in advance, a situation to cause its vigorous impact on the people perilously or constructively.In other words a good leader can arouse the sentiments against as well as in favor of individual, regime and power.An efficient leader should be equipped with a characteristic of predetermining the actions needed to be taken, in the time to come, in order to cope with contrary situations efficiently.Great ability to evaluate appropriate timing for the course of action is one of the crucial characteristics of a leader.Ability to develop a data of information on administrative structure, management, defense, budget, economy, relations, bureaucracy and analyzing them prolixly for their utilization are some of the additional characteristics needed to be developed by a leader.Managing, controlling and motivating/ persuading the arm forces or the public also are the required characteristics of a leader.Instead of asking the people to do something special, a good leader is needed to present an example before the public.It is a important characteristic of a good leader.Good leader should control his emotions and anger in public.He should motivate the public through his words and deeds without causing an impression that it may hurt common person as well.Seven personal qualities found in a good leader
