今年我擔(dān)任的是初三英語(yǔ)兩個(gè)班的教學(xué)工作,初三英語(yǔ)是初中英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的最后階段,時(shí)間緊,任務(wù)重。在教學(xué)過(guò)程中如何恰當(dāng)?shù)氖褂媒虒W(xué)策略指導(dǎo)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí),提高復(fù)習(xí)效率,就顯得至關(guān)重要。經(jīng)過(guò)幾年的教學(xué)摸索,我認(rèn)為要使教學(xué)扎實(shí)有效,可以從以下幾方面做起:
一、注重課堂教學(xué)過(guò)程的實(shí)效性
課堂教學(xué)是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的主渠道。所以教師的教學(xué)方法直接影響著學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效率。尤其是對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中的“ 弱勢(shì)群體 ”,他們一般學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣不好,上課不專(zhuān)心聽(tīng)講,久而久之,他們便感到學(xué)習(xí)越來(lái)越困難,甚至 “聽(tīng)不懂”老師講課。進(jìn)入初三以后,更是對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中表現(xiàn)出得過(guò)且過(guò)、安于現(xiàn)狀、不求上進(jìn)的態(tài)度。因此,我在課堂教學(xué)中始終把認(rèn)真鉆研教材和教法放在第一位,在有限的時(shí)間內(nèi)盡可能的為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)交際情景,讓學(xué)生理解語(yǔ)言的內(nèi)涵。
在初三下學(xué)期,新課已經(jīng)基本結(jié)束,在復(fù)習(xí)過(guò)程中我認(rèn)為仍然要備好每一節(jié)課,不管是復(fù)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),還是復(fù)習(xí)語(yǔ)法要點(diǎn);也不管是專(zhuān)題訓(xùn)練,還是試卷講評(píng),我都要對(duì)所教授的內(nèi)容認(rèn)真分析,精心準(zhǔn)備。在課前仔細(xì)鉆研教材與大綱,把握準(zhǔn)知識(shí)的廣度與深度。認(rèn)真的科學(xué)的分析試卷的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu);對(duì)試卷所考察的知識(shí)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行歸類(lèi)并對(duì)試題難度做出總的評(píng)價(jià)。其次,還要仔細(xì)分析學(xué)生的答題情況:試卷閱完后,要對(duì)學(xué)生的答題情況進(jìn)行認(rèn)真分析統(tǒng)計(jì),了解學(xué)生的得分和失分情況,從而在講評(píng)中知道哪些著重講解,哪些可以一帶而過(guò),并且要照顧好中等學(xué)生,充分利用課上45分鐘,向課堂要效率。
二、注重指導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法,提高學(xué)習(xí)效率
多數(shù)學(xué)生進(jìn)入初三開(kāi)始對(duì)考試成績(jī)很重視,容易產(chǎn)生急功近利的思想,但盲目苦讀,只能導(dǎo)致學(xué)生心理負(fù)擔(dān)過(guò)重,成績(jī)不理想。因此我在教學(xué)中注重對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法和自學(xué)能力的指導(dǎo)。蘇霍姆林斯基說(shuō):“在學(xué)生的腦力勞動(dòng)中,擺在第一位的并不是背書(shū),不是記住別人的思想,而是讓學(xué)生本人去思考?!庇纱丝梢?jiàn),教學(xué)歸根結(jié)底主要是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自學(xué)能力,在初三教學(xué)中,我自始至終有意識(shí)的引導(dǎo)學(xué)生自讀、思考、質(zhì)疑、討論和練習(xí)。培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主動(dòng)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,提出問(wèn)題并尋求答案的能力和分析、歸納、總結(jié)的能力。比如,我在初三的開(kāi)始教學(xué)中引導(dǎo)學(xué)生畫(huà)知識(shí)樹(shù),把英語(yǔ)知識(shí)進(jìn)行歸類(lèi),把初

生們?cè)诖罅康牧?xí)題面前表現(xiàn)得臨危不懼,面對(duì)習(xí)題中的得與失,他們能做到心中有數(shù),因?yàn)橹R(shí)樹(shù)可以幫他們找到問(wèn)題的癥結(jié)所在,從容的利用手中的資料找到突破口,避免了四面楚歌的尷尬局面,這就為發(fā)展學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造能力開(kāi)辟了廣闊的空間,為終身學(xué)習(xí)打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
此外,我向?qū)W生講授了科學(xué)有效的記憶方法,并在實(shí)際的教學(xué)當(dāng)中指導(dǎo)學(xué)生摸索學(xué)習(xí)技巧,使他們不但獲得知識(shí)信息,而且轉(zhuǎn)化為長(zhǎng)期記憶。我們都知道,現(xiàn)代英語(yǔ)測(cè)試的主要方面是對(duì)能力的測(cè)試,如閱讀能力、寫(xiě)作能力、聽(tīng)力等。因此,在復(fù)習(xí)過(guò)程中,我指導(dǎo)學(xué)生利用早上的時(shí)間做一些聽(tīng)力練習(xí)并對(duì)聽(tīng)力的每一個(gè)步驟加以訓(xùn)練,并定期做閱讀訓(xùn)練,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)抓住文章中的關(guān)鍵詞及中心句,歸納出句子的意思及文章的中心思想;指導(dǎo)學(xué)生排除障礙;對(duì)一些看似復(fù)雜的句子,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生斬去枝葉,找出其主干部分,更快、更準(zhǔn)確的對(duì)文章進(jìn)行理解,從而有效的完成規(guī)定的答題。在這一過(guò)程中,我注意提醒學(xué)生切勿死記硬背,重在開(kāi)闊視野,培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)感,摸索技巧。
三、注重情感在初三英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中的作用
有人曾說(shuō),“需要和情感是英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的催化劑”并有過(guò)具體的調(diào)查,其結(jié)果表明,那些在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)方面取得較好成績(jī)的學(xué)生,他們?cè)诓煌姆矫娑碱I(lǐng)略過(guò)成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn),從不同的角度滿足了自己的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)方面的成就感。我想這所謂的成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)或成就感也許就來(lái)自一次優(yōu)異的考試成績(jī)或老師的一個(gè)贊許的眼神。初三,把學(xué)生推到了人生的轉(zhuǎn)折關(guān)口,學(xué)生、老師、家長(zhǎng)都處于很大的壓力之下,在這個(gè)階段,家長(zhǎng)抱著“恨鐵不成鋼”的念頭很容易說(shuō)一些過(guò)頭話,采取一些過(guò)激的行動(dòng),殊不知,這會(huì)給學(xué)生的總復(fù)習(xí)帶來(lái)負(fù)面影響。這時(shí)我們老師要學(xué)會(huì)隨時(shí)平和自己的心態(tài),更要做好學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)的心理疏導(dǎo),要讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都能感覺(jué)到自己在老師眼里是受重視的。因此,在教學(xué)過(guò)程中,就需要我們從每一個(gè)學(xué)生的實(shí)際出發(fā),對(duì)學(xué)生有一個(gè)整體的、正確的評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)點(diǎn)滴的成績(jī)要及時(shí)表?yè)P(yáng),對(duì)成績(jī)不理想的學(xué)生決不能挖苦諷刺,而是要耐心加以輔導(dǎo),幫助他重新樹(shù)立信心,盡可能地讓學(xué)生(尤其是學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)差的學(xué)生)都能不同層次地感受到成功的喜悅,以此激勵(lì)他們?nèi)シe極主動(dòng)的爭(zhēng)取成功,逐漸形成自我學(xué)習(xí)自我教育的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)部動(dòng)力機(jī)制和成功心理,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)教育的最終目的。
四、注重形成性評(píng)價(jià),及時(shí)調(diào)整學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃
形成性評(píng)價(jià)是對(duì)學(xué)生日常學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中的表現(xiàn)、所取得的成績(jī)以及所反應(yīng)出情趣、態(tài)度、策略、等方面的發(fā)展做出評(píng)價(jià)。它可以有多種形式,最常見(jiàn)的有階段性評(píng)價(jià)和終結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià),例如,我們可以就一堂課學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行評(píng)比,可以采取問(wèn)卷調(diào)查讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行自我評(píng)價(jià),也可以通過(guò)期末考試、畢業(yè)考試等檢測(cè)學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言的發(fā)展過(guò)程。其目的是鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、幫助學(xué)生有效控制自己的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程,通過(guò)評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程特別是自我評(píng)價(jià),學(xué)生對(duì)自己在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)和疏漏之處進(jìn)行認(rèn)真反思。如:在這一段時(shí)間內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)和思想狀態(tài)如何?情緒是否穩(wěn)定?學(xué)習(xí)上有哪些困難?如何解決這些困難?與以往相比有哪些進(jìn)步?學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃是否完全適合自己?需要哪些調(diào)整?通過(guò)這種形式學(xué)生就可以及時(shí)調(diào)整自己的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),修正學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃,使計(jì)劃更適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)狀況,更具有針對(duì)性、指導(dǎo)性和實(shí)效性,從而收到更好的學(xué)習(xí)效果。
忙碌的一年過(guò)去了,回頭想想可以總結(jié)的東西還遠(yuǎn)不止這些,希望通過(guò)一點(diǎn)一滴的感受幫助提高自己的教學(xué),豐富自己的教學(xué)。

一、建立內(nèi)在、穩(wěn)定的心理優(yōu)勢(shì)

二、制定復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃
初中英語(yǔ)三年共五本書(shū),語(yǔ)言知識(shí)復(fù)雜,內(nèi)容繁多,而復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)間卻很短暫,要在最后升學(xué)考試中取得好的成績(jī),就應(yīng)制訂一個(gè)周密的計(jì)劃。首先,教師對(duì)《大綱》要有透徹、全面的理解,要了解學(xué)生的思想狀況、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、知識(shí)層次高低等。其次,針對(duì)教學(xué)實(shí)際整理復(fù)習(xí)資料,最后把握中考要求及考試范圍。具體做法大概分以下幾個(gè)步驟:
1、重視課本基礎(chǔ)知識(shí):
主要包括:因標(biāo)、拼讀規(guī)則、單詞、詞組、短語(yǔ)等,用一個(gè)月時(shí)間把五冊(cè)書(shū)的單詞、詞組、短語(yǔ)進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納。
2、整理歸納知識(shí)點(diǎn)
在復(fù)習(xí)的第二步,教師應(yīng)高度概括初中英語(yǔ)知識(shí),那整個(gè)初中英語(yǔ)分成幾個(gè)部分進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納,使學(xué)生完善知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu),弄清每個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)之間縱橫的聯(lián)系,形成知識(shí)的結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。例如:名詞的復(fù)數(shù)。人稱(chēng)代詞的各種形式,基數(shù)詞和序數(shù)詞,形容詞的比較級(jí)和最高級(jí),動(dòng)詞的 第三人稱(chēng)單數(shù),現(xiàn)在分詞,過(guò)去式和過(guò)去分詞等等。
3、搞好專(zhuān)題訓(xùn)練
經(jīng)過(guò)前兩部的復(fù)習(xí),學(xué)生掌握的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)已比較全面、系統(tǒng)、完整。但為了突出重點(diǎn),突破難點(diǎn),強(qiáng)化易錯(cuò)點(diǎn),專(zhuān)題訓(xùn)練是必不可少的。選擇專(zhuān)題,既要考慮只是又要考慮能力,教師要站在一定的高度去審視研究手頭的資料,不要讓資料牽著鼻子走,要選用有一定的典型性,代表性和針對(duì)性,既能考察能力又能考查知識(shí)的題目。如(1)單項(xiàng)填空選擇:選題要突出知識(shí)、能力綜合測(cè)試的原則,要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在具體的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境總靈活運(yùn)用語(yǔ)法知識(shí),注意詞語(yǔ)意義的辨析、習(xí)慣用法、固定搭配及情景交際。(2)
完型填空:選題要突出訓(xùn)練對(duì)文章上下文語(yǔ)境中邏輯意義的理解,分析其特點(diǎn)和解題思路。(3)閱讀理解:引導(dǎo)學(xué)生掌握閱讀技巧,提高解題思路和質(zhì)量。(4)看圖說(shuō)話:引導(dǎo)學(xué)生會(huì)看圖猜意,用準(zhǔn)詞形詞義,避開(kāi)難點(diǎn),盡可能寫(xiě)出簡(jiǎn)單而正確的句子。
3、模擬訓(xùn)練,綜合提高
要求教師要選取高質(zhì)量的模擬訓(xùn)練題,對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行實(shí)戰(zhàn)演練,然后進(jìn)行講評(píng),找出學(xué)生出錯(cuò)較多的地方,幫助學(xué)生找出出錯(cuò)原因。講評(píng)不能就題論題,而是應(yīng)該抓住試題中的典型題目,講清原理,歸納方法,總結(jié)規(guī)律,并對(duì)典型題目進(jìn)行引申、推廣。
三、變學(xué)生的弱項(xiàng)為強(qiáng)項(xiàng)
由于教師平時(shí)不注重對(duì)學(xué)生書(shū)面表達(dá)的訓(xùn)練和指導(dǎo),一提寫(xiě)作學(xué)生就犯暈,久而久之,寫(xiě)作往往成為學(xué)生的弱項(xiàng)。那么怎樣才能培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作能力呢?
1、激發(fā)學(xué)生寫(xiě)作興趣
興趣是最好的老師。寫(xiě)作的教學(xué)成功,會(huì)使學(xué)生不一寫(xiě)為苦,而是一些為樂(lè)。要提高學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作興趣,首先要消除學(xué)生的畏懼情緒,寫(xiě)作初期要放寬要求,降低難度,以保證學(xué)生寫(xiě)作的順利完成。評(píng)價(jià)中多采用鼓勵(lì)性語(yǔ)言,使每位學(xué)生都有成功的體驗(yàn)??死蕦W(xué)生把自己的英語(yǔ)作文經(jīng)修改后匯編成書(shū),再班中展出,相互傳閱。其次開(kāi)展多種形式的寫(xiě)作訓(xùn)練,如寫(xiě)日記、寫(xiě)賀卡、英語(yǔ)手抄報(bào)和黑板報(bào)競(jìng)賽,英語(yǔ)作文競(jìng)賽,演講比賽等。
2、寫(xiě)作訓(xùn)練要循序漸進(jìn)
英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作與其它技能、技巧一樣,需要一個(gè)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的發(fā)展和訓(xùn)練過(guò)程才能臻于成熟和穩(wěn)固,而且這個(gè)過(guò)程應(yīng)遵循由形式到內(nèi)容,按照由簡(jiǎn)到繁,由易到難的原則逐步展開(kāi)。在入門(mén)階段可要求學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)課文中出現(xiàn)的一些句群表述進(jìn)行模仿寫(xiě)作,介紹自己或好友。如My name is??I am in Class
Two,Grade One。要求不要過(guò)高,句子數(shù)量可不作明確的規(guī)定,學(xué)生能寫(xiě)幾句就寫(xiě)幾句。隨之可進(jìn)行一些看圖作文、自畫(huà)自寫(xiě)作文訓(xùn)練等。如讓學(xué)生畫(huà)自己大房屋等。然后再用句型表述出來(lái),這樣的寫(xiě)作既有趣,又新穎,學(xué)生很喜歡。初三學(xué)生可加強(qiáng)多種綜合練習(xí),特別是命題作文的訓(xùn)練,充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造性,使每名學(xué)生最大限度地把自己所掌握的詞匯、語(yǔ)法、句型等運(yùn)用于作文中去,寫(xiě)出具有個(gè)人特色的英語(yǔ)作文。
3、養(yǎng)成良好的習(xí)慣,掌握正確的方法
英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作是一個(gè)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)者綜合能力的體現(xiàn)。學(xué)生只有養(yǎng)成良好的英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作習(xí)慣,才有提高英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作水平的可能。(1)要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生規(guī)范、清楚、美觀、快速的書(shū)寫(xiě)技能,給讀者以一種舒適的感覺(jué)。(2)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)思維的良好習(xí)慣。寫(xiě)作時(shí)不要先想漢語(yǔ),后想英語(yǔ),更不要一句一句的翻譯成英語(yǔ),要從構(gòu)思起就進(jìn)入英語(yǔ)世界。
四|、在復(fù)習(xí)中要注意兩個(gè)問(wèn)題
1、面對(duì)英語(yǔ)成績(jī)參差不齊的學(xué)生,教師在上復(fù)習(xí)課時(shí),心中
一定要有把尺子。我認(rèn)為在復(fù)習(xí)階段一味滿足好學(xué)生不利于大面積提高英語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量,易使差學(xué)生產(chǎn)生破罐子破摔的想法,甚至放棄英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)。所以復(fù)習(xí)要“抓兩頭帶中間”,善于發(fā)現(xiàn)他們的的一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)進(jìn)步并及時(shí)進(jìn)行表?yè)P(yáng),從而堅(jiān)定他們能學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的信心,促使他們抓住初中最后一次機(jī)會(huì),努力把英語(yǔ)學(xué)好。
2、要處理好教師的主導(dǎo)作用和學(xué)生的主體作用
復(fù)習(xí)課上很多教師喜歡以教師自己為中心,這樣,學(xué)生只是被動(dòng)的聽(tīng)。教師整理好的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)讓學(xué)生抄錄在筆記本上。這復(fù)習(xí)方式有它的優(yōu)點(diǎn)既節(jié)省時(shí)間,又一目了然,但也存在著最大的弊端,就是忽視了學(xué)生的主觀能動(dòng)性。如果經(jīng)過(guò)學(xué)生自己動(dòng)腦思考整理過(guò)的內(nèi)容往往記得很牢固。整理過(guò)程中既能增加對(duì)課本的理解,又能發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的不足。因此,教師在復(fù)習(xí)的過(guò)程中同時(shí)指導(dǎo)學(xué)生充分發(fā)揮他們?cè)趶?fù)習(xí)中的主體作用,引導(dǎo)他們整理初中階段的主要知識(shí)點(diǎn)、語(yǔ)言點(diǎn),讓學(xué)生成為課堂中的主角。
