初中英語聽力高分解題技巧
聽是人們進(jìn)行言語交際的重要手段,是學(xué)習(xí)英語的重要途徑之一。英語聽力是對(duì)英語的聽和理解的總和,是初中英語學(xué)科考試的必考題型。在聽的過程中,學(xué)生語言基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)掌握的程度決定了其聽力能力。另外,要想在聽力測(cè)試中取得好成績(jī),解題技巧也是關(guān)鍵。
1、做聽力題時(shí),心理素質(zhì)非常重要。同學(xué)要有自信心,沉著冷靜。注意力要集中,必須將自己置身于語境之中,這樣才能清楚、準(zhǔn)確地聽到每個(gè)信息點(diǎn)。在聽力考試時(shí)同學(xué)們要始終保持良好的心態(tài),不要緊張。遇到聽不懂的地方不要死盯著不放,以致顧此失彼。
2、在試卷發(fā)下來之后,要抓緊時(shí)間將試題和選項(xiàng)瀏覽一遍。此時(shí)要將試題的類型、難易程度搞清楚,做到心中有數(shù),并對(duì)所要解答的問題做出一定的預(yù)測(cè),通過對(duì)選項(xiàng)和文字材料的分析搶先進(jìn)入語言環(huán)境,預(yù)測(cè)對(duì)話的話題和內(nèi)容,從而有的放矢地捕捉信息。
3、做題要果斷,不能浪費(fèi)時(shí)間。注意力一定要集中在對(duì)整體內(nèi)容的理解上,抓住文章或?qū)υ挼拇笠猓f不能停留在個(gè)別單詞或句子上,要把重點(diǎn)放在關(guān)鍵詞和與問題有關(guān)的內(nèi)容上。要快速根據(jù)所聽到的內(nèi)容對(duì)選項(xiàng)和材料進(jìn)行分析并找出正確答案。遇到?jīng)]有把握的問題就跳過去,因?yàn)槁犃︿浺舨粫?huì)停頓,要抓緊時(shí)間看下一道題。
4、如果遇到填空題,來不及將整個(gè)單詞或短語寫下來,就先寫下前幾個(gè)字母,等聽下一遍時(shí)再將整個(gè)單詞或短語補(bǔ)充完整。
初中英語聽力測(cè)試一般考查考生對(duì)日期、天氣、人物、特征、地點(diǎn)、圖表以及具體事件的整體理解和反應(yīng)能力。主要題型有:聽音辨詞,聽句子選擇圖畫,聽句子選擇答語,句子理解,對(duì)話理解、短文理解、聽音填詞等。
(1)聽音辨詞:這類試題主要是通過聽單詞或句子對(duì)近音詞、同音詞或近義詞進(jìn)行考查。這要求考生一定要聽清楚發(fā)音相近或易混淆的音素,如:sheep與ship,house與horse,除聽清楚發(fā)音外,還得聽懂句意,根據(jù)句意來選擇符合句意的同音詞。如: the earth goes around the sun.(c)a、son b、some c、sun my english teacher has a little son.(a)a、son b、some c、sun(2)聽句子選擇圖畫:做這類試題,要求考生首先將給出的圖畫看清楚,了解圖畫的大致意思,這樣在聽句子時(shí)才不至于手足無措。另外在聽句子時(shí),尤其要注意其中的名詞和動(dòng)詞。
(3)聽句子選擇答語:這類試題主要考查考生運(yùn)用英語進(jìn)行交際的能力,通過聽句子和對(duì)句子的理解,從所給的選項(xiàng)中選擇出適當(dāng)?shù)拇鹫Z。如:what’s the date today?(a)a、march 12 b、monday c、9:00 同學(xué)們?cè)谄綍r(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)中要多留意常用的交際用語,這對(duì)做好這類試題很有幫助。
(4)句子理解:這類試題主要是考查考生對(duì)句子的理解程度,要求考生從所給出的答案中選出與所聽句子意思相同或相近的選項(xiàng)。在做這類試題時(shí)要求考生一定要注意所給句子中表示動(dòng)作、時(shí)間的詞語。
(5)對(duì)話理解:這類試題主要有三種類型:一是聽對(duì)話和問題選擇適當(dāng)?shù)拇鸢?;二是聽?duì)話和問題選擇適當(dāng)?shù)膱D畫;三是根據(jù)所聽到的對(duì)話內(nèi)容用適當(dāng)?shù)脑~語完成句子。它考查考生對(duì)對(duì)話內(nèi)容和情景的理解。同學(xué)們?cè)谧鲞@類試題時(shí)一定要先將選項(xiàng)游覽一遍,看清它們之間的區(qū)別。在聽的時(shí)候要注意對(duì)話中的人物、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、方式、數(shù)字、原因等,可以做一些簡(jiǎn)單的記錄。有些試題難度較大,只有在全部聽完之后才能得出正確答案。
(6)短文理解:這類試題主要是考查考生對(duì)整篇文章的理解和判斷能力,一般以選擇正確答案或判斷正誤兩種形式出現(xiàn)。在聽短文之前應(yīng)該將所給的題目及選項(xiàng)流覽一遍,做到對(duì)短文的基本了解,同時(shí)也能抓住文章的主要信息,為選擇正確答案提供依據(jù)。在聽短文的過程中,要特別注意人物、動(dòng)作、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)和原因等要素。如遇到生詞要根據(jù)上下文去猜或跳過,等全文聽完后再去思考它。千萬不能因小失大,影響整篇文章的理解和分析。

整合初中英語聽力材料,提高英語水平
聽是人們進(jìn)行言語交際的重要手段,是學(xué)習(xí)英語的重要途徑之一。里弗斯(Rivers)的研究表明,聽占整個(gè)言語交際活動(dòng)總量的45%。由此可見,訓(xùn)練聽力有助于全面提高學(xué)生的英語交際能力。在英語教學(xué)中,向?qū)W生提供大量的聽力材料、開展聽的活動(dòng)是擴(kuò)大學(xué)生語言輸入量的好途徑,反過來又有助于提高學(xué)生的聽力理解水平,培養(yǎng)他們的語感。那么,該如何有效地上好英語課中的聽力部分呢? 經(jīng)過幾年的摸索,我認(rèn)為,教學(xué)中最為重要的就是教師要根據(jù)學(xué)生的學(xué)力,對(duì)英語教材中的聽力材料進(jìn)行適時(shí)合理的調(diào)整或補(bǔ)充,或降低難度,或增大難度,貼近學(xué)生的生活,激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣,使聽力材料的作用得到最大程度的發(fā)揮。
一、調(diào)整聽力材料難易度的原因
“Go for It”教材增加了聽力訓(xùn)練的內(nèi)容。聽力練習(xí)由原來的每單元一次變成每單元兩次,分別安排在Section A和SectionB中。兩部分聽力訓(xùn)練都緊扣單元的主題,通過訪談、對(duì)話、獨(dú)白、打電話等多種多樣的真實(shí)語言材料來培養(yǎng)學(xué)生聽的能力,促進(jìn)學(xué)生吸取語言和文化信息。在聽力材料的使用過程中,教師可以根據(jù)實(shí)際情況和學(xué)生已有的聽力水平,對(duì)聽力材料進(jìn)行適當(dāng)調(diào)整。這主要基于以下兩個(gè)方面的考慮。
1.教學(xué)的一個(gè)重要原則就是因材施教,“創(chuàng)造適合學(xué)生的教育”已成為當(dāng)今推行素質(zhì)教育的共識(shí)。在英語聽力教學(xué)中,如果教師不顧教學(xué)實(shí)際,盲目加大聽力材料的難度,學(xué)生的聽力學(xué)習(xí)就會(huì)受挫,英語學(xué)習(xí)的積極性會(huì)受到影響;而聽力材料過于簡(jiǎn)單,又會(huì)使學(xué)生產(chǎn)生倦怠心理,也無法提高學(xué)生的聽力水平。
2.統(tǒng)一的教材無法照顧到城鄉(xiāng)之間、重點(diǎn)中學(xué)與普通中學(xué)之間的種種差異。為此,《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(實(shí)驗(yàn)稿)》指出,教師在使用教材的過程中,可以根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況對(duì)教材內(nèi)容進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充或刪減,靈活地和有創(chuàng)造性地使用教材;在不影響教材的完整性和系統(tǒng)性的前提下,對(duì)教材的內(nèi)容、編排順序和教學(xué)方法等方面進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)娜∩峄蛘{(diào)整,以使教材的內(nèi)容更加符合學(xué)生的需要和貼近學(xué)生的實(shí)際生活。由此可見,聽力材料的適當(dāng)調(diào)整是必要的,也應(yīng)該是可行的。
二、簡(jiǎn)化聽力材料,降低難度
在日常教學(xué)中遇到難度大的聽力材料時(shí),教師可采用下面幾種方法簡(jiǎn)化聽力材料,降低難度,提高教學(xué)效果。
1.利用插圖展開討論,引出聽力材料中的部分生詞,并簡(jiǎn)單解釋生詞的詞義。
“Go for It” 教材中的八年級(jí)下Unit 5 Section B部分的聽力內(nèi)容是介紹Michael和代理人及父母之間對(duì)于是否加入足球隊(duì)的一些看法。材料的難點(diǎn)在于詞匯(包括單詞發(fā)音)和話題,因此教師首先應(yīng)該考慮如何幫學(xué)生掃除這些障礙。聽力練習(xí)提供了兩幅插圖,教師可要求學(xué)生依據(jù)插圖,展開討論,進(jìn)行“看圖說話”。例如第一則對(duì)話是關(guān)于agent的意見。教師應(yīng)先解釋該生詞,說明其身份,然后提出一些問題,讓學(xué)生在熱身時(shí)就理解并學(xué)會(huì)“travel around the world”等生詞,這樣就降低了聽力材料的難度。
2.引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在聽之前對(duì)聽力材料做預(yù)測(cè)。
在聽力教學(xué)中,教師可以利用標(biāo)題、插圖或某一情節(jié),創(chuàng)設(shè)一些懸念,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生對(duì)將要聽到的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),并在隨后的教學(xué)活動(dòng)中予以驗(yàn)證。例如,八年級(jí)上Unit 2 “What’s the Matter?”Section A中的聽力材料描述了幾種不同的病情和相應(yīng)的建議。教師可先讓學(xué)生根據(jù)插圖預(yù)測(cè)該人物的病情并提出自己的建議,讓學(xué)生先自由想象、體驗(yàn),再通過聽相關(guān)材料,找出答案。這些預(yù)測(cè)活動(dòng)使學(xué)生始終處于積極的思維狀態(tài),有利于聽力練習(xí)的順利完成。
3.設(shè)計(jì)由淺入深的練習(xí)。
八年級(jí)上Unit 6 Section B中的聽力部分是一段Holly 和Maria的對(duì)話,講述了他們和各自朋友的共同點(diǎn)和不同點(diǎn)。教材里設(shè)計(jì)了兩個(gè)練習(xí):(1)根據(jù)對(duì)話內(nèi)容寫出他們分別喜歡怎么樣的朋友;(2)根據(jù)內(nèi)容細(xì)節(jié)寫出他們和各自朋友的共同點(diǎn)及不同點(diǎn)。這樣的要求,我的學(xué)生顯然是達(dá)不到的。于是,我把第二部分的問答題重新設(shè)計(jì),改編成填空題,以這種方式把聽力材料提供給學(xué)生,既降低了題目的難度,又培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生捕捉細(xì)節(jié)的能力。而后,讓學(xué)生在大致掌握材料內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上回答問題。
4.抓要點(diǎn),舍細(xì)節(jié)。
“Go for It”教材的每單元有兩個(gè)甚至三個(gè)聽力練習(xí)。如果將每個(gè)練習(xí)都作為精聽內(nèi)容,勢(shì)必會(huì)加重教師教和學(xué)學(xué)的負(fù)擔(dān)。因此,教師可以采用泛聽來處理部分聽力材料,側(cè)重訓(xùn)練學(xué)生對(duì)整篇材料,或?qū)φ麄€(gè)句子意思的理解,而不拘泥于某個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)。例如七年級(jí)下Unit 4 Section B中聽力材料是關(guān)于Betty,Jenny和Sam的理想職業(yè)及原因。具體內(nèi)容涉及到了以后的工作場(chǎng)所等其它方面并有個(gè)別生詞在其中。所以,在實(shí)際教學(xué)中,我對(duì)聽力要求作了調(diào)整,只要求學(xué)生填出關(guān)鍵詞即可。
三、由易到難,增加聽力材料的難度
在日常教學(xué)中遇到較淺顯的聽力材料時(shí),教師可以采用下面的方法增加聽力的難度,以激發(fā)學(xué)生求知的欲望,增添學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。
1.有選擇地精聽。
教師可讓學(xué)生復(fù)述所聽到的重要段落的大意,也可讓學(xué)生逐詞逐句地復(fù)述,或者把聽到的句子完整地記錄下來。通過精聽,學(xué)生對(duì)于語音、語調(diào)、單詞發(fā)音在句子中的變化,如連讀、同化、弱化、失去爆破等,以及重音、口語習(xí)慣表達(dá)方法、語法結(jié)構(gòu)等有更好的把握,聽的技能也能不斷提高。因?yàn)槿绻麑W(xué)生能較好地掌握語調(diào)和語氣的變化,就能較好地理解對(duì)話的內(nèi)容,猜測(cè)出對(duì)話中人物之間的關(guān)系等。
2.聽說結(jié)合。八年級(jí)上Unit 4 Section B部分的聽力內(nèi)容是關(guān)于“How does Nina get to school?”。此部分聽力題目只是從兩幅圖中選擇其中一條路線,對(duì)于程度好的學(xué)生而言過于簡(jiǎn)單,因此在回答此題時(shí),要求學(xué)生看圖口述Nina的上學(xué)路線,這樣就加大了聽力的難度,并且可以檢測(cè)學(xué)生是否真正聽懂了。
