高級翻譯“薪”形勢

日益擴大的對外文化交流已在中國催生出巨大翻譯市場，2009年中國翻譯市場產(chǎn)值有望超過400億人民幣，隨著外企語言本地化的增多，對語言翻譯的需求也將進一步增強，市場上對日、韓、法、俄、德、西班牙等小語種翻譯人才的需求尤為迫切。普通談話類翻譯的日薪在400-600元，商務談判類翻譯的日薪在600-800元，同聲傳譯薪金最高6000-8000元/天，旺盛的需求和充滿誘惑力的薪酬，正在激發(fā)著更多有一定外語基礎的人加入到翻譯行業(yè)中。

某高校就業(yè)指導老師告訴記者：“對于已有一兩年翻譯工作經(jīng)驗的人來說，想找到一份月薪在4000-5000元的翻譯工作不是很難，但作為剛畢業(yè)的大學生，雖然基本都獲得了英語專業(yè)八級或小語種考試的相關資格認證，但也要重視企業(yè)對學生進行的短期崗前培訓，重視日常用語和商務會話的能力，要有堅持學習的態(tài)度，熟悉掌握行業(yè)內(nèi)術語?！?/p>

難覓高級翻譯人才

從相關外企了解到，人才的缺乏已讓企業(yè)不得不降低選拔標準，甚至對翻譯的要求放到了無經(jīng)驗也可的地步。盡管天津每年參加口譯證書考試的人不在少數(shù)，但具有實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗的高級翻譯人才仍是鳳毛麟角。

據(jù)天津翻譯專修學院焦雨石院長介紹，目前各個層次的翻譯人才都比較緊缺，高層次的翻譯人才需求雖然是少數(shù)，但是他們基本都是零失業(yè)，市場空缺仍然存在。低層次的翻譯人才雖然人才數(shù)量巨大，但隨著近幾年來眾多外企落戶天津，對這部分人才的需求也已超過了實際的儲備量。

人才稀缺癥結何在首先，培養(yǎng)翻譯人才的機制沒有完全形成，翻譯人才的培養(yǎng)與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展并沒有完全接軌。其次，近幾年我市招商引資成果顯著，濱海新區(qū)經(jīng)濟迅猛發(fā)展，很多外資企業(yè)落戶，對翻譯人才的需求驟增以致緊缺。再者，以前翻譯隊伍中魚龍混雜，缺乏統(tǒng)一、全面、客觀公正的人才衡量標準，翻譯市場不規(guī)范，懂一點外語的人就能通過各種關系包攬業(yè)務，但翻譯質量如何也沒人來認定，客觀上也造成翻譯人才的缺失。

目前，我市翻譯人才主要是從各大院校外語專業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)出來的，但這些學生到了高年級才開設翻譯課，很多學生的詞匯和語法不夠扎實，很難成為優(yōu)秀的翻譯人才，因此高校需加大力度建立長期有效的翻譯人才培養(yǎng)機制。

第二篇：高級翻譯

林國本簡介（出生于日本華僑商人家庭，18歲回國。在《北京周報》社日文版從創(chuàng)刊（1963年8月）工作到退休（1995年）。在中譯外的崗位上實踐了30多年。退休后仍擔任中國網(wǎng)和《北京周報》日文網(wǎng)改稿專家）

一． 堅持每天閱讀《人民日報》等各種報刊，及時掌握國家的方針政策和國際形勢，以便在政治翻譯工作中做到更加準確和游刃有余。

二． 反復閱讀，長期抄寫。林先生說，他年輕的時候，曾每天抄寫《朝日新聞》的“天聲人語”，堅持了6年。這對他日文的歷練起到了相當大的作用。另外，林先生還接受一位朋友的建議，反復閱讀一本好書，做到讀精、讀透。某一本書，他曾反復讀了50多遍。他說：“今天我做同聲傳譯95％得益于這本書。我是在說，而不是在譯。”

三．借他山之石以攻玉。隨著改革開放的不斷發(fā)展，我們國家的各個方面都在逐漸與國際接軌，政府的人大工作報告的內(nèi)容近年來也日趨專業(yè)化。為適應形式發(fā)展，林先生開始研究、學習《美國經(jīng)濟白皮書》（日譯版）和日本政府公文中的相關文書，并結合我國公文的特點，在翻譯環(huán)節(jié)保持了同步。

Why, when I was here last time we were quite alone, desperately alone, and we had been so for five or six months.We were poorly armed.We are not so poorly armed today;but then we were very poorly armed.We had the unmeasured menace of the enemy and their air attack still beating upon us, and you yourselves had had experience of this attack;and I expect you are beginning to feel impatient that there has been this long lull with nothing particular turning up!
