調(diào)劑要具備兩前提

進(jìn)行考研調(diào)劑，不是所有考生都有的機(jī)會(huì)，安徽大學(xué)一位老師說，想進(jìn)行調(diào)劑考生必須具備兩個(gè)前提條件，首先是考試分?jǐn)?shù)已經(jīng)達(dá)到調(diào)劑目標(biāo)院校所在省市的國(guó)家分?jǐn)?shù)線，其次是目標(biāo)調(diào)劑院校要求考生參加的入學(xué)考試統(tǒng)考科目中，有兩科與所調(diào)劑專業(yè)的考試科目完全相同，兩科專業(yè)考試科目相同或相近。對(duì)于一些已經(jīng)通過國(guó)家分?jǐn)?shù)線，但沒有成功進(jìn)入第一志愿目標(biāo)院校復(fù)試范圍的考生而言，一定要把握住時(shí)機(jī)進(jìn)行調(diào)劑。2011年研究生考試初試分?jǐn)?shù)一般在3月左右公布，在初試結(jié)束到成績(jī)公布，考生可以充分利用好這兩個(gè)月的空閑時(shí)間，抓緊時(shí)間收集相關(guān)重要信息，評(píng)估自己的大概分?jǐn)?shù)，對(duì)自己的考試有個(gè)大概了解，為下一步的復(fù)試或調(diào)劑做好準(zhǔn)備。

調(diào)劑機(jī)會(huì)要認(rèn)真把握

一般來說，考研分?jǐn)?shù)出來前后，調(diào)劑信息會(huì)第一時(shí)間在網(wǎng)上公布，所以考生要密切關(guān)注各個(gè)學(xué)校研招網(wǎng)，以及中國(guó)研究生招生信息網(wǎng)，一旦收集到足夠多的信息，明確目標(biāo)院校后，就要抓緊時(shí)間與該校招辦聯(lián)系，詢問是否有調(diào)劑名額，自己情況是否符合調(diào)劑要求等，從各高校研究生網(wǎng)上下載并填寫調(diào)劑申請(qǐng)作為預(yù)報(bào)名。

簡(jiǎn)歷是面試的敲門磚，在參加工作面試之前，我們首先要把簡(jiǎn)歷提交給面試官，由他們來決定是否繼續(xù)接下來的面試。在簡(jiǎn)歷中你要填寫很多內(nèi)容包括最基本的人口調(diào)查學(xué)內(nèi)容，比如性別民族等，這往往不是面試官關(guān)心的內(nèi)容，所以簡(jiǎn)歷中更重要的是你的專業(yè)技能、你的教育背景、工作經(jīng)歷、取得的成就。怎樣組織這一部分的信息呢？今天我們就針對(duì)這個(gè)問題來跟大家討論。

為什么要填寫簡(jiǎn)歷？

要想寫好簡(jiǎn)歷，大家一定得先了解為什么用人單位要求填寫簡(jiǎn)歷。簡(jiǎn)單的來說，簡(jiǎn)歷就是為了篩選公司需要的人。如果所有前來求職的人都要經(jīng)過面試，那將會(huì)浪費(fèi)很多人力物力，所以公司要先對(duì)簡(jiǎn)歷進(jìn)行審核，選擇那些在基本硬件上符合公司要求的人，比如公司要招一個(gè)程序員，那么非計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)的人將很難取得面試的機(jī)會(huì)。簡(jiǎn)歷就成為了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)便快捷的篩選工具。所以，在簡(jiǎn)歷中陳述事實(shí)遠(yuǎn)比堆砌辭藻要有用的多。

不要漏掉你的缺點(diǎn)

我們寫簡(jiǎn)歷往往羅列自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，使簡(jiǎn)歷顯得非常的做作，不真實(shí)。我們應(yīng)當(dāng)在敘述完自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)以后加上自己的缺點(diǎn)?；蛘邇?yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn)穿插起來介紹自己。能夠從正反兩個(gè)方面來介紹自己可以顯示出你人格上的成熟，小孩子通常能夠說出自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)但是卻說不出自己的缺點(diǎn)，這就是不成熟。

簡(jiǎn)歷不要復(fù)雜化

有些人的簡(jiǎn)歷就是一本書，幾十頁的內(nèi)容拿在手里就讓人感覺煩。人事部門的工作人員還要一頁一頁的翻找自己需要的信息。曾經(jīng)看到過一份簡(jiǎn)歷，里面包括了大學(xué)四年的各種榮譽(yù)證書的復(fù)印本。這是一個(gè)完全沒有必要的事情。當(dāng)然你有必要強(qiáng)調(diào)自己在學(xué)校內(nèi)多有優(yōu)秀獲得過多少獎(jiǎng)，但是，你最好把這些內(nèi)容放在簡(jiǎn)歷的最后，用文字列出自己的榮譽(yù)，不要復(fù)印那些誰都不看的證書。

事件相關(guān)的敘事方式

最重要的是寫好簡(jiǎn)歷的首尾

任何一篇文章、任何一個(gè)段落的首尾是最能給人留下深刻印象的，這是心理學(xué)中所研究的短時(shí)記憶的特點(diǎn)，最能代表你的能力的經(jīng)歷一定要放在開始的位置，末尾更加注重你的態(tài)度和語氣，為了顯示出自己的謙虛和真誠(chéng)，你需要在末尾添加一些自身的缺點(diǎn)，并且，表達(dá)出自己希望得到面試機(jī)會(huì)的愿望。例如，你可以這樣結(jié)束你的簡(jiǎn)歷：雖然有些地方不太滿足公司的期望，但是我希望能有這個(gè)工作的機(jī)會(huì)，我相信通過自己的努力，會(huì)得到公司的認(rèn)可的。有一點(diǎn)非常重要，在你敘述自己的缺點(diǎn)的時(shí)候，你要保證自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)足夠好，否則你就會(huì)顯得不自信。

用事實(shí)說話

簡(jiǎn)歷的每一個(gè)字必須是有用的，如果你說到描述性的詞語“擅長(zhǎng)社交”，這樣的文字是沒有價(jià)值的，把這樣的語句用事實(shí)來代替，你可以說“主持過學(xué)校的迎新晚會(huì)”。為了使你所說的事實(shí)更加可信，你需要在這些事實(shí)前面加上具體的時(shí)間地點(diǎn)，你可以這么寫“2012年主持教育學(xué)院迎新晚會(huì)”。

Good morning and thank you(Good morning),my question is that I think I have done a pretty good job of selling my skills, outlining my experience, and I need to know what's missing on my resume?

Ok, that's a great question, Jannell.First of all, you know I did review your resume and congratulations on your upcoming degree;it looks like you are graduating in June of this year.So that's, that's a big feat in itself but I took a look at your resume and the good news about your resume is that you do have a lot of important key words and information that should be at the top for recruiters to see.The unfortunate piece about your resume is that you are not doing a great job of marketing yourself, and what I mean is I'll just give a couple of cosmetic information.First of all, the top of your resume.You have your contact information and it really takes up the first five to ten percent of that first page.It's basically wasted space.You wanna try to condense that and make it a little bit more appealing.The other thing is there is really no attention grabber, why you? Why would a company select you? The other thing that you do is you highlight some of your

awards and recognition, but you could probably do a better job of really showcasing those, letting companies know who you are, the accolades that you’ve had throughout your career and really again highlighting those different points.And then the final thing from a cosmetic standpoint is you’re all paragraphs in your resume and to a recruiter, time is money, and when they are sifting through resumes, you've gotta grab their attention.You should put bullet points with different things that you’ve accomplished but don't expect them to read through paragraph after
