打排球作文

（一）體育課沒什么新鮮的。大家一起跑步熱身后就可以自由活動了。除非是體育考試，不然體育課永遠都是這樣。

可沒想到，今天的體育課與以往不同。

一上課，老師 便從操場的另一頭捧著一個橘黃色的排球走過來。他讓男生去跑步，然后對女生說：“今天女生練排球?！蔽液孟竦玫搅艘环菪膬x已久的>禮物，既驚訝又開心。

老師開始給大家講解最基本的動作——墊球。早已躍躍欲試的我們都有些等不急了，恨不得馬上開始練習??

我把排球拋起來，馬上擺好姿勢去接，可看起來那么可愛 的排球偏偏那么不聽話，竟把我的大拇指當做跳板，剛落下，又跳起來飛到很遠的地方去了。我不明白，在老師手中那么聽話的排球，到了我手中怎么就讀不懂我的意思呢？難不成老師給球施了魔法？于是，我決定向老師請教一番。

老師讓我墊了幾下就挑出一大堆毛病：“你看，你的胳膊沒伸直而且沒放平；再有，得讓球落在你的小臂上才對；然后注意身體是往上伸展的。”

我認真 地按老師說的去做。接球的時候我把胳膊擺得直直的，球瞄準我的小臂落下來，我很默契地踮起腳尖接著它，它便有力地一躍而起，我連忙準備用胳膊做它的另一個起跳點??

經(jīng)過老師的一番調(diào)教，我的球技果然進步了不少。那只橘黃色的排球暖暖的，很貼心，與我里應外合、忙而不亂地配合著?！安毁嚶铮　蔽野底再潎@。

墊了幾百下，我有些暈頭轉向了，加上太陽 光不斷地撫摸，我早已大汗淋漓，但我依舊津津有味地墊著，因為這是一種享受。真正喜歡 做一件事時，汗水也是一種開心滿足的表現(xiàn)。

玩得正開心，一串討厭的下課鈴聲響了。我十分不情愿地走向球筐，慢吞吞地把球放進去。抬手抹一把額頭上的汗，心想是不是有一種瀟灑的感覺？想著，我意猶未盡地走向教學樓。

嗯，下節(jié)體育課我要學會傳球！

（二）由于學校要進行打排球比賽，為了在比賽中可以取得一個較好的成績，紅老師讓我們不僅在學校里練習，還要在家里和爸爸媽媽一起練習，晚上我做完了老師布置的作業(yè)，看看手表，還不到八點，就拿出了排球和爸爸媽媽練習。但是和誰練習呢？要不先和媽媽練習吧！聽媽媽說，她以前排球打得可好了?？删毩暳艘粫海揖桶l(fā)現(xiàn)媽媽不是打得太重，可能是因為長時間不練習的原因吧！于是，我又決定用我打過去，媽媽接住，再扔過來的辦法，又練了一會兒，我們想看看三分鐘到底可以打幾下?！叭?！二！一！準備！開始！”隨著爸爸的一聲令下，我倆就立刻打了起來?？墒谴蛑蛑?，新的問題就暴露出來了：媽媽的接球速度太慢了，結果三分鐘下來，居然才打了四十五下，這也太少了一點兒吧！我們又試了一次，雖然媽媽這次速度加快了，可到頭來也只有五十九下，還是太少了。不行，要換人。我就決定跟爸爸打。爸爸身手敏捷，相信我跟他一定會創(chuàng)造出一個好成績。在練習中，我發(fā)現(xiàn)爸爸不僅投得準，而且對于我一些沒打好的球，他也可以牢牢得接住，看來爸爸可真是一個不錯的人選。于是，我們又試了一次，果然，進步很大，打了七十六下。比以前整整進步了十七下?。∥覀兌几吲d極了。

（三）今天，體育課我們班全班一窩蜂的涌出教師“咚、咚、咚”地你推我搡的奔下樓。

來到操場，整隊后，老師宣布今天學打排球，排球我只是在電視上看到過中國女排的輝煌，而我連摸都沒摸過心想。每人各拿一個球，老師一聲令下，我們圍到筐那邊撿起一個拿在手上，老師用手示范給我們看雙手交叉合起來，兩個大拇指并攏，球過來時輕輕一拱，球點起來了?！熬瓦@么簡單”我低聲說。

開始自由活動了，我把球往上一拋，雙手一合球被我墊出老遠，我只好追著球跑了好遠。我不服氣重新來了一次，可球好像和我作對，不是墊高，就是從我手上“逃脫”直落地下。我灰心了，球往地上一放，屁股往上一坐休息了。老師走過來對我講解說：“站起來，我重行教你，球往上墊，而不是往旁邊墊！”我看了老師的姿勢，大拇指一定要伸直，掌握要領后，我繼續(xù)練，一個、兩個、三個??在我不懈努力下，我終于學會墊球了。

我學會墊球后，邊墊眼睛還往旁邊一看，一看嚇我一跳，王彥東把排球正當足球踢呢，正在和馮憶文，你來我往的玩得熱火朝天呢！只見馮憶文一腳飛傳，弄得王彥東束手無策，可他不甘示弱，但面對馮憶文的強烈攻擊，他只能勉強招架，我沖進去幫王彥東，就和馮憶文玩了。

玩得痛快的時候“叮鈴鈴”下課了，我意猶未盡地走向球筐，摸一把額頭的汗想：玩得真痛快啊。
