首先要有足夠多的優(yōu)秀教學(xué)視頻,通常這些教學(xué)視頻是由任課教師錄制并后期制作,那么如果教學(xué)視頻不好看、不優(yōu)秀的話,學(xué)生是沒(méi)有興趣去看的,更別說(shuō)是提高教學(xué)效果了,基于這一點(diǎn)對(duì)教師的教學(xué)水平和視頻制作技術(shù)水平的要求是很高的,而這一條件就目前來(lái)看是不太成熟的。

事例:2014年徐師一附小通過(guò)考察購(gòu)買了基于云端存儲(chǔ)的移動(dòng)教學(xué)互動(dòng)平臺(tái),學(xué)校統(tǒng)一對(duì)學(xué)生的ipad進(jìn)行訪問(wèn)限制,以屏蔽學(xué)生安裝游戲和誤刪軟件,過(guò)濾不良信息,保障教學(xué)的有序進(jìn)行,教師可以通過(guò)集中管理對(duì)教學(xué)軟件(包括應(yīng)用、電子圖書、音頻、視頻、圖片素材等)進(jìn)行選擇與安裝,再同步到所有師生的ipad。因?yàn)樵诮處焛pad終端下不能切出教學(xué)畫面,就從根本上杜絕了學(xué)生上課玩游戲、上網(wǎng)等現(xiàn)象。所以ipad分散注意力這一問(wèn)題是完全可以解決的。
同時(shí),相反的,Ipad利用于課堂教學(xué)還有提高學(xué)生注意力,提高學(xué)生參與度的作用。
首先,ipad作為新型的電子產(chǎn)品,對(duì)于中小學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),本身就有強(qiáng)大的吸引力。很多孩子平時(shí)只把它當(dāng)作游戲機(jī),當(dāng)他們眼中的游戲機(jī)走上課堂時(shí),無(wú)疑讓孩子感到新奇,躍躍欲試。同時(shí)也能讓他們知道ipad不止可以玩游戲,還可以用于學(xué)習(xí),讓他們了解如何利用ipad學(xué)習(xí)。
(事例:2012年,嘉定區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)大膽嘗試,在一年級(jí)開設(shè)兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)班,用iPad進(jìn)行常態(tài)化教學(xué)學(xué)期剛開始時(shí),李袁霏的媽媽還有些擔(dān)憂,直到她看到孩子拿著iPad聽英文歌曲,玩英文單詞小游戲;在啪啪軟件平臺(tái)上看到了自己孩子發(fā)布的學(xué)習(xí)情況,以及其他孩子、家長(zhǎng)、教師的積極參與,她才真正認(rèn)識(shí)到iPad的作用。她說(shuō),“數(shù)字化學(xué)習(xí)無(wú)論對(duì)于孩子還是家長(zhǎng),都是一項(xiàng)全新的嘗試。獲益的不光是孩子,作為家長(zhǎng),我對(duì)信息技術(shù)也有了全新的認(rèn)識(shí)。”)
其次,ipad豐富的表現(xiàn)形式,清晰的視頻、音頻、圖片等等,顯然比干巴巴的文字更吸引學(xué)生的注意。
(事例1:這節(jié)課是學(xué)習(xí)詩(shī)歌《我們愛(ài)你啊,中國(guó)》。
“當(dāng)燦爛的太陽(yáng)跳出東海的碧波,帕米爾高原依然是群星閃爍……” 課文的變換間,可以欣賞到祖國(guó)大地的一個(gè)個(gè)美麗畫面,它們?cè)诘貓D上的位置,地形也可一一觸摸。
事例2.認(rèn)識(shí)時(shí)間是小學(xué)一年級(jí)數(shù)學(xué)課必須要掌握的知識(shí)點(diǎn),在《時(shí)間的初步認(rèn)識(shí)》這節(jié)課上,數(shù)學(xué)教師李慧婷一聲令下,學(xué)生們立刻在自己的iPad上,選擇了自己心儀的鐘面,玩起了“時(shí)鐘拼圖”。由于課前預(yù)習(xí)過(guò),孩子們幾秒鐘就進(jìn)入了學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài),發(fā)現(xiàn)了許多關(guān)于時(shí)間的小秘密。當(dāng)講臺(tái)上方的電子白板上出現(xiàn)一個(gè)大大的卡通鐘表時(shí),孩子們爭(zhēng)先恐后的回答聲此起彼伏:“鐘面上有時(shí)針和分針、刻度,還有數(shù)字!”“時(shí)鐘的數(shù)字是順時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)的!”“當(dāng)分針指向12,時(shí)針指向6,就是6時(shí)!”接下來(lái),李老師讓孩子們繼續(xù)闖關(guān)尋寶,進(jìn)行下一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)“調(diào)整時(shí)鐘”。在iPad上的鐘面上,動(dòng)手轉(zhuǎn)一轉(zhuǎn),就能調(diào)到正確的時(shí)間,每做對(duì)一題,“真不錯(cuò),你得到一顆星星”的鼓勵(lì)聲讓孩子們興致勃勃。
“太有意思了,老師您看,我還發(fā)現(xiàn)了原來(lái)有兩個(gè)4時(shí)半,上午一個(gè)下午一個(gè),上午的4時(shí)半加上12,就是下午的4時(shí)半?!闭n后,一(5)班的沈知涵興奮地告訴李慧婷,他的發(fā)現(xiàn)源于隨著時(shí)鐘指針的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),iPad屏幕的右下角會(huì)顯示白天黑夜,以及小朋友一天的生活作息的圖片。)
(最后一點(diǎn),我們先看一個(gè)事例:
說(shuō)起這節(jié)課的體驗(yàn),王靈珠表示,和在普通教室上課不一樣,每個(gè)人都必須專心,不能開小差,否則就跟不上老師的節(jié)奏;課堂提問(wèn),不是誰(shuí)舉手誰(shuí)答,而是人人都得答,沒(méi)法當(dāng)“逃兵”,因?yàn)槔蠋熌抢镉薪y(tǒng)計(jì)。
而對(duì)那些家里有IPAD的同學(xué)來(lái)說(shuō),學(xué)校里的I-PAD不一樣,沒(méi)法隨意上網(wǎng),鏈接的是中小學(xué)教學(xué)系統(tǒng),上什么課,只能打開這節(jié)課的軟件,在線答題限定時(shí)間,不能蒙混過(guò)關(guān))。
在傳統(tǒng)課堂中,因?yàn)闀r(shí)間限制,課堂上的提問(wèn)僅限于幾個(gè)同學(xué)作答。我想同學(xué)們應(yīng)該都有過(guò)這樣的體驗(yàn),老師提出一個(gè)問(wèn)題,如果沒(méi)叫到自己,就松了一口氣,只等著本人回答而自己懶得去思考;應(yīng)該只有極少的學(xué)生會(huì)自覺(jué)到不管老師叫不叫自己都積極思考作答吧。而在ipad課堂中,每個(gè)人都必須提交自己的答案,沒(méi)有人能開小差混過(guò)去,這樣就會(huì)逼著學(xué)生去開動(dòng)腦筋思考。
(奇妙的是,學(xué)生們的答案一提交,老師手里的I-PAD很快就完成了批改,并給出了答題正確率柱形圖。全做對(duì)的,錯(cuò)得極少的,錯(cuò)得較多的,沒(méi)答的,老師心里立刻就有數(shù)了,并且還會(huì)為每個(gè)學(xué)生自動(dòng)生成錯(cuò)題庫(kù),課后重點(diǎn)復(fù)習(xí),在作業(yè)本完成。)從老師教學(xué)的角度來(lái)說(shuō),老師也能及時(shí)得到一節(jié)課現(xiàn)階段教學(xué)效果的反饋,從而對(duì)接下來(lái)的教學(xué)行為作出調(diào)整。(師生互動(dòng))
2.視力—控制時(shí)間
首先請(qǐng)問(wèn),這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)(調(diào)查)有控制變量,設(shè)置對(duì)照實(shí)驗(yàn)嗎?你確定孩子的視力損傷是因?yàn)椤驹谡n堂使用ipad學(xué)習(xí)】而不是平時(shí)【沉迷于玩ipad游戲】?抑或只是玩電腦,甚至看書姿勢(shì)不正確?受多因素影響得出的結(jié)果如何只歸咎到了ipad進(jìn)課堂這一因素上? 不可否認(rèn),使用電子產(chǎn)品會(huì)給視力帶來(lái)一定的傷害,但是我們開篇立論就提到了,老師會(huì)通過(guò)控制使用ipad的時(shí)間,提醒學(xué)生保持正確的使用姿勢(shì),可以將這個(gè)傷害降到最小;再比起ipad在課堂使用帶來(lái)的教育成效,利遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于弊。另外,喬愛(ài)玲老師在接受相關(guān)采訪的時(shí)候也說(shuō)過(guò),先進(jìn)的設(shè)備為教育教學(xué)服務(wù)是大勢(shì)所趨,積極的探索重于無(wú)意的爭(zhēng)議。請(qǐng)問(wèn)對(duì)方辯友,你知道使用電腦會(huì)損害視力,但你因此就停止使用嗎?沒(méi)有,也不可能。沒(méi)有電腦、ipad這些設(shè)備輔助,現(xiàn)代教育背景下的學(xué)生簡(jiǎn)直寸步難行。我們與其禁止孩子使用這些遲早要用到的設(shè)備,不如從小就培養(yǎng)他們的使用習(xí)慣,引導(dǎo)調(diào)整使用時(shí)間,適當(dāng)休息,減少娛樂(lè)的時(shí)間,但絕不是否定進(jìn)而拒絕使用它的教育功能。

3.經(jīng)費(fèi)—政府補(bǔ)貼,從有條件的學(xué)校開始實(shí)行,逐漸普及。
上網(wǎng)搜一搜新聞就會(huì)看到從前幾年開始,已經(jīng)有一二線城市的部分學(xué)校陸續(xù)開始讓ipad進(jìn)入課堂教學(xué),他們的方式可能是讓學(xué)生自帶ipad(比如嘉定實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué),早在一年級(jí)新生開學(xué)之前,花潔就著手做了一項(xiàng)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)有90多位孩子家里都有iPad.)當(dāng)然更多的是學(xué)校出資、政府補(bǔ)貼,(比如江蘇云龍區(qū)文教體局裝備站站長(zhǎng)蔣斌表示,“E學(xué)校微機(jī)室”其實(shí)就是對(duì)學(xué)校原電教室的升級(jí),由文教體局統(tǒng)一負(fù)責(zé)安裝,學(xué)校不需花一分錢,也不會(huì)增加家長(zhǎng)的負(fù)擔(dān)。)加上《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期。?!?,我們可以看出來(lái),經(jīng)費(fèi)問(wèn)題是一個(gè)可以解決并且國(guó)家強(qiáng)烈支持去解決的。而且,教育裝備普及本就不是一個(gè)一蹴而就的事,而是一個(gè)逐漸普及的過(guò)程,當(dāng)年的幻燈片投影儀進(jìn)入課堂也不是瞬間落戶到各校各班。不能因?yàn)楝F(xiàn)在不是每個(gè)學(xué)校都有裝備ipad的資費(fèi)水平,我們就否定ipad進(jìn)入課堂的作用,就原地踏步,拒絕前進(jìn),拒絕ipad進(jìn)入課堂。
4.攀比—班級(jí)統(tǒng)一使用,不存在你有我沒(méi)有的情況。(不同班級(jí),學(xué)校,之所以會(huì)出現(xiàn)ipad使用,是因?yàn)檫@學(xué)校、班級(jí)本身的教學(xué)水平定位、經(jīng)濟(jì)條件就不同,沒(méi)有ipad,多的是其他攀比的途徑,ipad不是根源。)
5.教育不公平—間接承認(rèn)它有助于教育。扶助落后不等于不發(fā)展更好的。共同富裕不等于同時(shí)富裕。培養(yǎng)人—?jiǎng)?chuàng)造社會(huì)財(cái)富。6.寫字能力下降,深度思考減少
首先需要再次強(qiáng)調(diào)的是,ipad進(jìn)入課堂不代表完全代替課堂,有數(shù)字化作業(yè),也會(huì)有紙上的作業(yè)。(值得一提的是,人們常常以為數(shù)字化學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)用班的孩子們由于寫字的機(jī)會(huì)少了,字會(huì)寫得差些。但是一年的實(shí)驗(yàn)下來(lái),教師們驚奇地發(fā)現(xiàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)班孩子的字寫得反而比其他班級(jí)好。對(duì)此,語(yǔ)文教師張琛暉說(shuō),“每個(gè)孩子都有表現(xiàn)的欲望,寫得好的作業(yè)可以在班級(jí)的軟件平臺(tái)上展示給大家看。這一激勵(lì)使得孩子每天的作業(yè)都寫得格外認(rèn)真和仔細(xì)。)
深度思考方面,大概是忽略了老師在教學(xué)中的主導(dǎo)作用。網(wǎng)上資源多種多樣,老師當(dāng)然會(huì)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生篩選資源,整合總結(jié)成自己需要的東西。而這個(gè)篩選、整合資源的能力也是現(xiàn)代信息社會(huì)人才必備的。

書面表達(dá)一直是高考英語(yǔ)試題的重要組成部分。學(xué)生如果想取得理想的分?jǐn)?shù)需要有扎實(shí)的語(yǔ)言基本功,包括詞匯、語(yǔ)法,還要具備一定的審題能力、想象能力、表達(dá)能力、評(píng)價(jià)能力等,因此英語(yǔ)寫作也是對(duì)中學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)提出的最高要求,是英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中的一項(xiàng)艱巨的任務(wù)。我認(rèn)為,高中英語(yǔ)的寫作教學(xué)可以從下面幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練和引導(dǎo)。
一、敦實(shí)基礎(chǔ)
“冰凍三尺,非一日之寒”。英語(yǔ)寫作能力并非是一蹴而就的。它必須由淺入深、由簡(jiǎn)到繁、由易到難、循序漸進(jìn)、一環(huán)緊扣一環(huán)地進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練。教師應(yīng)注重抓基本功訓(xùn)練,嚴(yán)格要求學(xué)生正確、端正、熟練地書寫字母、單詞和句子,注意大小寫和標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)。進(jìn)行組詞造句、組句成段練習(xí)時(shí),要求學(xué)生寫出最簡(jiǎn)單的短句,為以后英語(yǔ)作文打好扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
二、范例引導(dǎo)
學(xué)生在進(jìn)行短文寫作訓(xùn)練時(shí),教師應(yīng)提供各種文體的范文,講明各種文體的要求,如日記、便條、書信、通知的格式等,并給予必要的提示。每次發(fā)完材料,教師可與學(xué)生同時(shí)撰寫短文。規(guī)定時(shí)間一到,學(xué)生立即停筆,聽教師讀范文。教師的范文不僅要在格式、內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)、語(yǔ)法修辭與語(yǔ)言習(xí)慣上給學(xué)生樹立樣板,而且要考慮到英語(yǔ)的多種表達(dá)方法。學(xué)生在經(jīng)過(guò)一陣緊張的思維與寫作之后,及時(shí)聽到一篇比較規(guī)范的答卷,比較一下自己的作業(yè),可初步衡量出自己的答題的準(zhǔn)確度,找出差距,及時(shí)查出作業(yè)中的毛病。
三、結(jié)構(gòu)訓(xùn)練
引導(dǎo)學(xué)生把握作文的各段的要領(lǐng)寫出結(jié)構(gòu)完整、主題鮮明的英文作品。
中學(xué)英語(yǔ)寫作一般分三段,即引導(dǎo)段、支撐段、結(jié)束段。
引導(dǎo)段的主題句(theme Statement)不能只陳述事實(shí),而是說(shuō)明自己的觀點(diǎn)。支撐段
是圍繞引導(dǎo)段中的觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行闡述,教導(dǎo)學(xué)生運(yùn)用有力事實(shí)和例子對(duì)中心句進(jìn)行充分的論證。同時(shí)分清主次,把與主題關(guān)系最密切,最能體現(xiàn)主題的信息提煉出來(lái)進(jìn)行詳寫,對(duì)次要的進(jìn)行略寫。結(jié)束段簡(jiǎn)要重述觀點(diǎn),即是篇尾點(diǎn)睛。
四、步驟訓(xùn)練
1、備寫階段。根據(jù)所提供的寫作材料,手中所占有的材料和了解的事實(shí),及時(shí)獲得有關(guān)主題的信息。同時(shí)分析材料、審題,擬好寫作提綱。
2、起草作文。根據(jù)審題,確立寫作文體,主體(使用的人稱)和基本時(shí)態(tài)。
3、根據(jù)材料提供的整體情節(jié)或主題思想,寫出關(guān)鍵詞和中心句。
4、拓展思路,圍繞主題不斷地豐富文章內(nèi)容。
五、限時(shí)訓(xùn)練
訓(xùn)練時(shí)當(dāng)場(chǎng)發(fā)題,限時(shí)交卷,促使學(xué)生瞬間接受信息,快速理解信息,迅速表達(dá)信息,提高實(shí)際應(yīng)用和應(yīng)試能力。這一步是關(guān)鍵,也是學(xué)生的難關(guān)。首先必須使學(xué)生明白高考書面表達(dá)題既不是漢譯英,也不是作文,不可任意發(fā)揮,要求的是將所規(guī)定的材料內(nèi)容經(jīng)整理后,展開思維,目的在于考查學(xué)生運(yùn)用所學(xué)英語(yǔ)知識(shí)準(zhǔn)確地表達(dá)意思的能力。必須要求學(xué)生在寫作過(guò)程中牢牢記住以下口訣:“先讀提示,弄清要點(diǎn)與格式;時(shí)態(tài)語(yǔ)態(tài)要當(dāng)心,前后呼應(yīng)要一致;句子結(jié)構(gòu)和搭配,語(yǔ)言習(xí)慣莫違背;文章寫好細(xì)檢查,點(diǎn)滴小錯(cuò)別忽視。”學(xué)生明確目的并掌握要領(lǐng)后,要嚴(yán)格在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)完成作業(yè)。訓(xùn)練的初級(jí)階段,每次時(shí)間可放寬一點(diǎn)。隨著學(xué)生寫作能力增強(qiáng),時(shí)間相應(yīng)縮短,逐步做到30分鐘內(nèi)完成任務(wù),決不能養(yǎng)成拖拉的壞習(xí)慣。
六、自改互改
對(duì)照范文,學(xué)生先對(duì)已查出的表達(dá)有誤的地方進(jìn)行初改??紤]到范文不可能把各種表達(dá)方式都包括進(jìn)去,況且學(xué)生作業(yè)中的錯(cuò)誤也不盡相同,因此,還可安排學(xué)生互改作業(yè)。互改以同桌的兩人為宜。批改者對(duì)有疑問(wèn)的地方作上記號(hào),待互相討論取得一致意見后再更正。若有爭(zhēng)議的問(wèn)題,可當(dāng)場(chǎng)請(qǐng)教老師。學(xué)生得到了滿意的答案,心里總是挺高興的。他們的寫作興趣自然就會(huì)提高。最后,要求學(xué)生再對(duì)全文通讀幾遍,琢磨一下是否符合要求,盡量做到準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤。如發(fā)現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤,可作最后修改,謄寫工整,交老師查閱。
七、及時(shí)講評(píng)
抓好習(xí)作講評(píng)課,及時(shí)反饋信息,是提高學(xué)生書面表達(dá)能力不可缺少的一項(xiàng)工作。為此我對(duì)自己提出了以下要求:
1、如在時(shí)間緊的情況下,可抽查部分學(xué)生的作文評(píng)閱,重點(diǎn)抽查中下水平的學(xué)生的作文,采用當(dāng)面批改的形式,從而大面積提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
2、批閱過(guò)程中,認(rèn)真記錄習(xí)作中存在的帶有普遍性和典型性的錯(cuò)誤,為講評(píng)課作材料準(zhǔn)備。
3、將一些寫得較好的錯(cuò)誤較少的習(xí)作張貼出來(lái),或講評(píng)時(shí)讀給全班學(xué)生聽,給予鼓勵(lì)。
4、備好、上好講評(píng)課,使不同層次的學(xué)生在每次習(xí)作中能有所獲。
總之,英語(yǔ)書面表達(dá)的訓(xùn)練是綜合能力的訓(xùn)練之一,單靠以上做法是不夠的。大量的多種訓(xùn)練要貫穿于英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的始終,因?yàn)橛⒄Z(yǔ)的聽說(shuō)讀寫是相互影響、相互作用的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一體。記得一位前輩說(shuō)過(guò) “You ought to read very carefully.Not only very carefully,but also aloud,and that again and again till you know the passage by heart and write it as if it were your own.”清楚地說(shuō)明了熟讀成誦對(duì)寫作是多么重要。因此,平時(shí)要鼓勵(lì)和指導(dǎo)學(xué)生多讀多練,堅(jiān)持不懈,熟能生巧,以至達(dá)到“下筆如有神”的境界。
