外貿(mào)越來(lái)越火,在這種經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)下,很多做外貿(mào)的并不一定是英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè),也有很多人英語(yǔ)不好。但是學(xué)外貿(mào)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)是必然的工作需要。大家都知道,做外貿(mào),英語(yǔ)就一定要好。不然肯定要被淘汰。想當(dāng)年,我一開(kāi)始給老外打電話,緊張得要命,憋好久才能憋出幾句話,還吞吞吐吐,打完電話,渾身是汗。當(dāng)然,單也跑了,工資也低了。
要學(xué)外貿(mào)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ),首先克服緊張心理,其實(shí)有些老外也不太擅長(zhǎng)口語(yǔ),聽(tīng)他們說(shuō)話也是結(jié)結(jié)巴巴的,呵呵;其次,言簡(jiǎn)意賅,口語(yǔ)不同于書(shū)面語(yǔ)。再一個(gè)就是得多鍛煉,尋找機(jī)會(huì)多和老外交流。

我最近在看有關(guān)克服人際交往的心理障礙和心理保健的書(shū)籍,了解了好多相關(guān)知識(shí),針對(duì)我校有關(guān)社會(huì)適應(yīng)性的專(zhuān)題,特對(duì)我的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容作一下歸納總結(jié),與大家共勉。
一,人際交往的心理障礙
人際交往的心理障礙一般有以下幾種:
1.自負(fù)
只關(guān)心個(gè)人的需要,強(qiáng)調(diào)自己的感受,在人際交往中表現(xiàn)為目中無(wú)人。與同伴相聚,不高興時(shí)會(huì)不分場(chǎng)合地亂發(fā)脾氣,高興時(shí)則海闊天空、手舞足蹈講個(gè)痛快,全然不考慮別人的情緒和別人的態(tài)度。另外,在對(duì)自己與別人的關(guān)系上,過(guò)高地估計(jì)了彼此的親密度,講一些不該講的話。這種過(guò)于親昵的行為,反而會(huì)使人出于心理防范而與之疏遠(yuǎn)。
2.忌妒
忌妒者總是用望遠(yuǎn)鏡觀察一切,在望遠(yuǎn)鏡中,小物體變大,矮個(gè)子變成巨人,疑點(diǎn)變成事實(shí)。忌妒是對(duì)與自己有聯(lián)系的、而強(qiáng)過(guò)自己的人的一種不服、不悅、失落、仇視、甚至帶有某種破壞性的危險(xiǎn)情感,是通過(guò)把自己與他人進(jìn)行對(duì)比,而產(chǎn)生的一種消極心態(tài)。當(dāng)看到與自己有某種聯(lián)系的人取得了比自己優(yōu)越的地位或成績(jī),便產(chǎn)生一種忌恨心理;當(dāng)對(duì)方面臨或陷入災(zāi)難時(shí),就隔岸觀火,幸災(zāi)樂(lè)禍;甚至借助造謠、中傷、刁難、穿小鞋等手段貶低他人,安慰自己。正如黑格爾所說(shuō):“有忌妒心的人自己不能完成偉大事業(yè),便盡量去低估他人的偉大,貶低他人的偉大性使之與他本人相齊。
3.多疑
這是人際交往中的一種不好的心理品質(zhì),可以說(shuō)是友誼之樹(shù)的蝕蟲(chóng)。這種心情是迷陷人的,又是亂人心智的。它能使你陷入迷惘,混淆敵友,從而破壞人的事業(yè)。具有多疑心理的人,往往先在主觀上設(shè)定他人對(duì)自己不滿(mǎn),然后在生活中尋找證據(jù)。帶著以鄰為壑的心理,必然把無(wú)中生有的事實(shí)強(qiáng)加于人,甚至把別人的善意曲解為惡意。這是一種狹隘的、片面的、缺乏根據(jù)的一種盲目想象。
4.自卑
美國(guó)心理學(xué)家的研究表明,兒童時(shí)期如果各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)取得成績(jī)而得到老師、家長(zhǎng)及同伴的認(rèn)可、支持和贊許,便會(huì)增強(qiáng)他們的自信心、求知欲,內(nèi)心獲得一種快樂(lè)和滿(mǎn)足,就會(huì)養(yǎng)成一種勤奮好學(xué)的良好習(xí)慣。相反,他們會(huì)產(chǎn)生一種受挫感和自卑感。個(gè)體自卑感的形成主要是社會(huì)環(huán)境長(zhǎng)期影響的結(jié)果。
自卑的淺層感受是別人看不起自己,而深層的理解是自己看不起自己,即缺乏自信。
5.干涉
心理學(xué)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),人人需要一個(gè)不受侵犯的生活空間;同樣,人人也需要有一個(gè)自我的心理空間。再親密的朋友,也有個(gè)人的內(nèi)心隱秘,有一個(gè)不愿向他人坦露的內(nèi)心世界。有的人在相處中,偏偏喜歡詢(xún)問(wèn)、打聽(tīng),傳播他人的私事,這種人熱衷于探聽(tīng)別人的情況,并不一定有什么實(shí)際目的,僅僅是以刺探別人隱私而沾沾自喜的低層次的心理滿(mǎn)足而已。
6.羞怯
羞怯心理是絕大多數(shù)人都會(huì)有的一種心理。具有這種心理的人,往往在交際場(chǎng)所或大庭廣眾之下,羞于啟齒或害怕見(jiàn)人。由于過(guò)分的焦慮和不必要的擔(dān)心,使得人們?cè)谘哉Z(yǔ)上吱吱唔唔,行動(dòng)上手足失措。長(zhǎng)此下來(lái),會(huì)不利于同他人正常交往。
7.?dāng)骋?/p>
這是交際中比較嚴(yán)重的一種心理障礙。這種人總是以仇視的目光對(duì)待別人。這種心理或許來(lái)自童年時(shí)期被家庭環(huán)境使人受到的虐待從而使他產(chǎn)生別人仇視我,我仇視一切人的心理。對(duì)不如自己的人以不寬容表示敵視;對(duì)比自己厲害的人用敢怒不敢言的方式表示敵視;對(duì)處境與己類(lèi)似的人則用攻擊、中傷的方式表示敵視。使周?chē)娜穗S時(shí)有遭受其傷害的危險(xiǎn),而不愿與之往來(lái)。
二,克服人際交往的心理障礙―――揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短
克服人際交往的心理障礙的最有效的方法是“揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短”?!皳P(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短”是自然法則,是順應(yīng)自然。某些生物僅依靠某一種“長(zhǎng)處”能在億萬(wàn)年的自然殘酷競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中得以生存,就在于它不斷進(jìn)化和完善自己的“長(zhǎng)處”。比如蚯蚓割斷身體、海參拋棄內(nèi)臟,都能夠再生,這就是它們賴(lài)以生存的“長(zhǎng)處”。如果它們?cè)谶M(jìn)化中不充分利用自己的“長(zhǎng)處”,自然的力量早就將它們淘汰了。人類(lèi)的“長(zhǎng)處”是大腦和思維,靠發(fā)達(dá)的大腦成為萬(wàn)物之王。如果我們的祖先天天只為了打不過(guò)獅子、跑不過(guò)獵豹、游不過(guò)魚(yú)類(lèi)等“缺陷”,而天天苦惱,現(xiàn)在還有我們?nèi)祟?lèi)嗎?
急切想克服人際交往恐懼的人,往往只看到別人的長(zhǎng)處和自己的短處。他們羨慕那些口齒伶俐、在社交場(chǎng)合口若懸河、風(fēng)度翩翩的人,并把注意力集中在自己“笨手笨腳笨嘴”的毛病上,而往往忽視了自己的筆頭表達(dá)能力和邏輯思維能力。如果一位人際交往恐怖癥患者,經(jīng)常逼著自己去“談笑風(fēng)生”,結(jié)果可能是越來(lái)越結(jié)結(jié)巴巴、面紅耳赤。
每個(gè)人都有自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn),只有發(fā)現(xiàn)和利用這些優(yōu)點(diǎn)去與別人競(jìng)爭(zhēng),才能取得事半功倍的實(shí)效。如果你只是致力于克服短處而不注意發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì),不僅毫無(wú)勝機(jī),最后連長(zhǎng)處也可能因得不到充分的發(fā)揮而變成短處。缺陷的形成非一日之寒,融化它就非一日之功,一定要有持久戰(zhàn)的心理準(zhǔn)備。就拿人際交往恐怖癥來(lái)說(shuō),它往往有性格內(nèi)向和自卑的內(nèi)在心理基礎(chǔ),或有容貌和語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力方面的外在缺陷。要想克服由此而形成的心理障礙切莫忘記“揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短”的方法,在戰(zhàn)略上要打持久戰(zhàn)。
三,心理保健
想克服人際交往的心理障礙,必須做好以下幾方面的心理保?。?/p>
1,悅納自我俗話說(shuō):人貴有自知之明。能否正確認(rèn)識(shí)、評(píng)價(jià)和接受自己,是保持自身心理健康的前提。但當(dāng)局者迷。并非人人都能真正做到自知,自我認(rèn)知失調(diào)是導(dǎo)致心理失衡的一個(gè)重要的原因。應(yīng)全面認(rèn)識(shí)自己的心理特點(diǎn),了解長(zhǎng)處和短處,并對(duì)自己作出客觀的,恰如其分的評(píng)價(jià),防止因評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)高而變得自負(fù),或因評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)低而陷入自卑。要努力讓自己樹(shù)立“ 我是這世上獨(dú)一無(wú)二的”這一觀念,悅納自我,能以積極的狀態(tài)面對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)與生活。
2,主動(dòng)交往
人際關(guān)系是否和諧,自己能否為他人所接受,也直接影響到自己的心理健康。人際交往是個(gè)休適應(yīng)環(huán)境與社會(huì)生活、擔(dān)當(dāng)一定的社會(huì)角色、形成豐富人格的基本途徑,具有溝通信息、相互激勵(lì)、產(chǎn)生合力、形成互補(bǔ)、調(diào)節(jié)情感、保障身心健康等多種功能。所以,要鼓勵(lì)自己主動(dòng)與他人交往,不逃避、不孤守,積極把自我融入群體,在生活中學(xué)會(huì)處理人際沖突,學(xué)會(huì)寬容、體諒、尊重、以誠(chéng)待人。如果能在廣泛交往的基礎(chǔ)上擁有幾位良知益友,無(wú)疑對(duì)自己的心理健康是胸有成竹有裨益的。
3,挫折歷練
適量的挫折可以鍛煉人的意志,增強(qiáng)心理承受能力,心理承受能力強(qiáng)的人,即使遭受較大的挫折(如痛失親人、高考失利等),也能避免自身行為失常經(jīng)受得住打擊并更好的適應(yīng)環(huán)境。而耐挫能力差的人一遇到刺激和打擊,就很容易形成心理困擾,覺(jué)得無(wú)法接受和擺脫,出現(xiàn)逃避(逃學(xué))、抗拒等行為。所以,現(xiàn)代人應(yīng)有意識(shí)的去經(jīng)歷風(fēng)雨、見(jiàn)世面,主動(dòng)向自我挑戰(zhàn),有意給自已出些難題(如內(nèi)向的人應(yīng)多參加社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),脾氣急躁的人去參加美術(shù)班的學(xué)習(xí)等),在設(shè)法解決問(wèn)題的過(guò)程中,積累經(jīng)驗(yàn),增強(qiáng)心理承受能力,維護(hù)心理健康。4,理智控制
生活不能萬(wàn)事如意,挫折在所難免。一旦遇到挫折,很多人都會(huì)產(chǎn)手憤怒、焦慮、苦惱、悲傷、痛苦等消極的情緒,影響其正常工作、學(xué)習(xí)與生活。這時(shí),應(yīng)善于用理智控制強(qiáng)烈的感情,不要沖動(dòng),一方面要多側(cè)面、多角度地思考問(wèn)題,不鉆牛角尖;另一方面要進(jìn)行心理?yè)Q位,想想:我是對(duì)方會(huì)怎么辦?或某某遇到這種情況會(huì)怎么辦?在思考的過(guò)程中令自己冷靜下來(lái),并按理智的判斷去采取行動(dòng),避免一時(shí)沖動(dòng)后又產(chǎn)生后悔、自責(zé)等消極情緒。5,注意轉(zhuǎn)移
這是一種常見(jiàn)的且有效的方法。即通過(guò)注意力的轉(zhuǎn)移,暫時(shí)忘卻煩惱,淡化不良情緒,選擇自己比較喜歡的事去做。具體的做法有:聽(tīng)輕松的音樂(lè);散步以領(lǐng)略大自然的風(fēng)光;閱讀報(bào)刊雜志,發(fā)現(xiàn)奇聞?shì)W事;看電影、電視并投入其中;回憶最愉快、最成功的時(shí)刻等。6,合理宣泄
情緒是需要發(fā)泄的,否則情郁于中,很容易引發(fā)心理問(wèn)題。所以當(dāng)人有了不愉快的情緒時(shí),不要將積壓在心里,而應(yīng)通過(guò)合理、恰當(dāng)?shù)姆绞桨l(fā)泄出來(lái)。如向朋友、老師、家長(zhǎng)或日記本傾訴得以安慰與指導(dǎo);在無(wú)人處大叫大喊,高聲唱歌;摔布娃娃,砸枕頭;將自己關(guān)在房間里聽(tīng)震天的搖滾樂(lè);參加 劇烈的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)令自己疲憊不堪等。
7,自我升華
每個(gè)人都有自己的長(zhǎng)處,也都會(huì)遇到失意、挫折,在這種情況下,宜采用自我激勵(lì)法,調(diào)節(jié)自己的情緒,激起的能量調(diào)節(jié)、引導(dǎo)到對(duì)人、對(duì)已、對(duì)社會(huì)都有利的方向上去。8,靈活幽默
許多看來(lái)令人煩惱、厭惡的事物,如果用幽默的辦法對(duì)付,往往使人的不快情緒蕩然無(wú)存,立即變得輕松起來(lái),正所謂“一個(gè)小丑進(jìn)城,勝過(guò)一打良醫(yī)”。平常不妨多開(kāi)開(kāi)玩笑,說(shuō)說(shuō)俏皮話,多看漫畫(huà)、小品。培養(yǎng)自己的幽默感,這樣既能消除不良情緒,又能增進(jìn)與他人的友誼,可謂一舉兩得。
9,活動(dòng)充實(shí)
緊張、有序、充實(shí)的生活能幫助人克服空虛、寂寞和孤獨(dú)感,培養(yǎng)良好的生活習(xí)慣,并能鍛煉人的意志,使人擁有積極、樂(lè)觀的心境。所以,應(yīng)多參加群體活動(dòng),在活動(dòng)中培養(yǎng)能力增進(jìn)與他人的了解,體驗(yàn)合作與成功的喜悅。
10,巧妙安慰
在實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的過(guò)程中受挫時(shí),為了消除心理的痛苦與不安,降價(jià)心理的不平衡,可以巧妙的尋找理由或借口來(lái)為自己辯解,進(jìn)行心理調(diào)適。如“酸葡萄心理”,就像狐貍為吃不到葡萄就說(shuō)葡萄是酸的,可以對(duì)自己說(shuō)“勝敗及兵家常事”!又如“甜檸檬心理”,即把本來(lái)是酸的檸檬硬說(shuō)成是甜的,把自己擁有的都看成是最好的。當(dāng)與好朋友發(fā)生爭(zhēng)執(zhí)后,在激動(dòng)之余可以這樣想:“幸虧今天把話說(shuō)清楚了,要不然他不知要騙我到什么時(shí)候呢!”但是自我安慰法不可濫用,否則會(huì)助長(zhǎng)惰性帶來(lái)消極作用。
上面只是我的片面總結(jié),希望大家批評(píng)指正。
