挫折和壓力即人在追求自己人生目標(biāo)過程中所受到的困難阻力。挫折和壓力的產(chǎn)生既是必然的,又是偶然的。在人生旅途中,人們總是或多或少的遇到各種不同的挫折和壓力,每個人可能遇到什么樣的挫折壓力、什么時候挫折壓力來臨是很難預(yù)料的。
生活中的挫折和壓力是一把雙刃劍。既可使人走向成熟、取得成就,也可能破壞個人的前途,關(guān)鍵在于你怎樣面對挫折和壓力。人在遇到挫折和壓力時,往往會感到缺乏安全感,使人難以安下心來,工作和生活都會受到影響。對我們而言,一般會遇到以下這幾方面的挫折和壓力:
第一,學(xué)習(xí)上。因各人的接受能力不同,在學(xué)習(xí)上,特別是大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí),與以前的有很大的區(qū)別,以前基本在上課就能鞏固,并且老師講的又都非常的細(xì)致,而現(xiàn)在更多的是我們自己的課后的學(xué)習(xí),假若在學(xué)習(xí)上沒有抓緊,而在期末考試中不理想,甚至掛科,降級,更嚴(yán)重的到退學(xué)。
第二,生活上。同學(xué)們在一起學(xué)習(xí),但是大家的家庭條件不同,與之相隨的就是生活方式、生活條件的不同,特別是家庭貧困的學(xué)生,在經(jīng)濟(jì)條件方面就是自己要面對的一大難題。還有如身體方面,身體素質(zhì)不好或是在校期間生了大毛病,這都是我們要堅強(qiáng)面對的難題。
第三,情感上?,F(xiàn)在的大學(xué)生,大都談戀愛,那么情感上的不順利,失戀已不是什么稀奇的事,這也是大學(xué)生要面對的問題
在挫折面前,我們需要的是進(jìn)取的精神和百折不撓的毅力,同時需要理智。具體來說,我個人覺得可以從以下方面著手:
第一,遇到挫折和壓力時,應(yīng)冷靜分析,從客觀、主觀、環(huán)境、條件等方面找出受挫原因,采取有效的補(bǔ)救措施。
第二,要有一個辨證的挫折觀。經(jīng)常保持自信和樂觀的態(tài)度,要認(rèn)識到正是挫折和教訓(xùn)才使我們變得聰明和成熟,正是因為失敗才最終造就了成功。
第三,向他人(朋友們)傾訴遭受的挫折壓力、心中不快以及今后的打算,改變內(nèi)心的壓抑狀態(tài),以求身心輕松,從而讓目光面向未來。第四,學(xué)會自我安慰,能容忍挫折,心懷坦蕩,情緒樂觀,發(fā)奮圖強(qiáng),滿懷信心的去取得成功。
第五,要善于正確認(rèn)識前進(jìn)的目標(biāo)。大學(xué)生要注意自己的優(yōu)勢,并確立適合于自己的奮斗目標(biāo),全身心地投入其中。
第六,要善于化壓力為動力。遇到挫折和壓力或者即將遇到挫折、壓力會面臨很大的心理壓力。在這個時候,你是氣餒,當(dāng)逃兵,還是奮起,繼續(xù)而勇敢的追尋?我們對此要理智的選擇。
人的一生,會經(jīng)歷很多風(fēng)雨。對我們大學(xué)生來說,所謂“風(fēng)雨”可能意味著競選的失敗、戀人的分手、經(jīng)濟(jì)上的困難、考試的掛科、違紀(jì)的處分等等。人生在世,誰都會遇到挫折和壓力。挫折和壓力使我們痛苦,但同時又是一種挑戰(zhàn)和考驗,激勵我們成長,這是生活的辯證法。問題的關(guān)鍵不在于挫折壓力的有無和強(qiáng)弱,而在于我們對待挫折壓力的態(tài)度。面對挫折和壓力,不同的人有不同的態(tài)度。與其閃避、畏懼、排斥,不如迎面而上。記得有這樣一則故事:一只蝴蝶沒有經(jīng)過破蛹前必須經(jīng)過的痛苦掙扎,以致出殼后身軀臃腫,翅膀干癟,根本飛不起來,不久就死了。這個小故事鮮明地說明:痛苦是成長的必經(jīng)之路,先苦后甜,要得到歡樂,就必須能夠承受痛苦和挫折壓力。
人是需要壓力的,有了壓力我們才不敢松懈,才會努力拼搏,才會不斷進(jìn)步。其實,在生活中讓自己忙起來,是一種自我加壓的方法。面對挫折,適度轉(zhuǎn)移注意力,自我增加良性壓力,可以有效改善自己的心境。比如可以通過從事寫作、書法、美術(shù)、音樂等活動來調(diào)試自己的心情,緩解苦惱帶來的種種壓抑,隨著時間的推移,沮喪也就漸漸淡忘了。
總之,人生在世難免會遇到挫折,沒有經(jīng)歷過失敗的人生不是完整的人生。沒有經(jīng)過風(fēng)雨的洗禮,哪能見彩虹;沒有挫折的考驗,也便沒有不屈的人格。正因為有挫折,才有勇士與懦夫之分。讓我們永遠(yuǎn)銘記“天降大任于斯人也,必先苦其心志,勞其筋骨,餓其體膚,空乏其身,行拂亂其所為,增益其所不能?!?/p>
