      4月18---19日泰州市教研室和泰州海陵實小精心籌備了“星光大舞臺”活動。本次活動采取全封閉形式,通過三個環(huán)節(jié):誦讀、微型課和板書設計展現(xiàn)了英語教師的風采,也真實地顯露了老師們身上存在的不同程度的問題。而再遇名師沈峰,更使我收獲良多。結合這次小學英語教師技能大賽,就沈老師的點評,我提煉心得如下:

      一、教學要講究邏輯性。

      這點在我們不少老師身上做得很欠缺。課堂上的每句話,每一個環(huán)節(jié)都應該是有邏輯性的。引導教學要自然,符合情理,不能生硬突兀,令學生費解。我想這是作為老師必備的基本素質,而恰恰為許多老師忽視。

      二、教學環(huán)節(jié)要簡潔明了,忌貪多冗長,拐彎抹角。

      老師們在備課時,有時為了追求形式的多樣,刻意設計教學環(huán)節(jié),導致與課堂主題偏離,課堂效率降低,教學流程不清晰。沈老師強調要充分利用教學資源,順著一根線走下去,而不是堆砌教學資源,走過堂。

      三、關注學生,以生為本。

      沈老師強調要關注學生已有知識和經驗。這點我們從理論上都知道,備學生嘛!可是經沈老師結合具體的課例點評后,空洞的理論就變得明朗起來。在教學設計中,我們要了解學生已有經驗,并想法激活學生已有的經驗。在現(xiàn)實教學中,經常會聽到老師在講課時對著學生已熟知的知識在贅述。這樣就不能激起學生的求知欲和對學習的深層興趣。在教師提問方面,也要注意關注學生已有經驗。學生能夠做到的,要讓他們主動去表達,而不是老師問一句,學生答一句。談話的內容要以學生的生活為中心,這樣學生才會感興趣,才能拉近師生之間的距離。

      沈老師還在板書設計方面做了具體細致的點評,讓我們第一次對板書設計有了具體明確的目標。板書要簡明扼要,忌面面俱到;要抓做重點;要有動態(tài)生成。

      沈峰老師自1985年走上工作崗位以來,一直在小學中高年級擔任英語教學工作。20年的英語教學經歷,成就了她精湛的教學技藝。她是全國首屆小學英語優(yōu)質課比賽第一名獲得者,是南京市唯一的小學英語特級教師,是全省小學英語特級教師中唯一的青年同志。多年來,她還相繼被評為“南京市名教師”、“南京市十佳青年教師”、“南京市英語學科帶頭人”、“南京市優(yōu)秀教育工作者”,連續(xù)三次獲得區(qū)“中青年拔尖人才”稱號。跟通常頭上戴著許多光環(huán)的人不同,沈老師一出場,就引起了小學英語界幾乎所有老師的欽羨和喜愛。如此廣泛地被老師們推崇和學習,這種情景實在是非常罕見。沈老師是小學英語教學的實踐家。大師身上有著這樣一些可貴的品質值得我們學習:

      一.樸實、純真。

      沈峰老師樸實無華,親切自然,言行之中不摻雜一點矯揉造作。她的每句話都那么實在。聽她的講座和點評,你就像在和一個知心朋友在談心。她絲毫不會為自己涂抹色彩,不會擺弄大師的譜兒。在點評時,沈老師事先并無準備,她也是邊聽邊想,而基于時間原因,根本來不及整理。她沒有把自己裝成大師的模樣,而是很實在地向我們說明。她的每一句話語都是那么樸實,她的為人注定她和下面的聽眾,和她的學生靠得很近很近。提到板書,她笑說自己是畫什么不像什么的人,毫不掩飾自己的缺點。

      二.睿智、幽默。

      沈老師課堂上應答學生和處理課堂生成非常巧妙、得體、機智。沈老師還很注重學生創(chuàng)新意識的培養(yǎng)。在她的課堂上經常會看到學生不是那么中規(guī)中矩地回答和提問。學生都很有自己的思想和創(chuàng)新。這一切都是由于老師自己富有創(chuàng)新,富于啟發(fā),才能激發(fā)學生的創(chuàng)新思維。沈老師還很幽默,幽默的老師很受學生的歡迎,讓我們聽課者忍不住發(fā)出會心的一笑。

      沈峰老師不是能歌善舞,鮮艷漂亮的美女型教師。但她的內在才能洋溢出無比的魅力,吸引學生們沉浸在知識的殿堂。這也為廣大普通教師樹立了成功的榜樣。并非只有多才多藝的老師才可以成為名師,好教師。只要我們刻苦鉆研,揚長避短,我們都可以做得很好!

      生:“哭吧,痛痛快快地哭吧,可憐的孩子!但你要堅強!你母親已不在這個世界上了,但她能看見你,她依然愛著你,她還生活在你身邊。孩子,你要堅強喲!”我從這句話感受出老師其實是想讓卡羅納哭出來傾訴出來自己的悲傷,把他的痛苦發(fā)泄出來。師:是的,通過這一哭,老師是想讓卡羅納哭走——傷心,哭走——悲痛,哭走——不幸。還有沒有同學對這句話有不同的感受,也可以說說?

      師:(當看到自己的學生突然放聲大哭起來,老師為什么也讓他哭,而且還讓他痛痛快快地哭呢?指名說。)若學生沒有說出這個感受,老師自己提出來

      生:這位老師就像母親那樣的慈愛。

      師:說的老師也想跟這位老師學習了,所以老師也讀讀這句話,你們也可以跟我一起讀一讀這段話。

      (播放音樂)師生一起讀 老師的話充滿了愛,老師用溫暖的話語表達了對卡羅納的愛。(板書:溫暖的話語)

      在這里,你們還感受到了誰的愛呢? 2.同學母親對卡羅納的愛

      生:母親把我推開了,她目不轉睛地望著卡羅納。(課件)

      師:媽媽對卡羅納的理解也是一種愛,還有么? 生:第八段,就是最后一個自然段。

      師:一開始,我并沒有明白母親的用意,后來我明白了嗎?

      生:明白了。

      師:從哪個詞可以看出?(恍然大悟)讓我們一起來讀讀最后一自然段。(課件 出示)齊讀最后一段。

      師:恍然大悟,這個“我”到底悟到了什么?

      (師:母親為什么把我推開呢?指名說。如果答不出來,就提醒這個問題)

      生可能會說:母親想如果我去拉她的手,卡羅納會更加的傷心??

      這是媽媽和我對卡羅納的一種理解和體諒,同時也是對卡羅納的關愛?(師 板書:理解和體諒)還有嗎?還有哪些句子,讓你感受到了濃濃的關愛。3.我對卡羅納的愛

      生:我本想跟他說幾句話,但不知說什么才好,就把一只手放在他的肩膀上,臉 貼在他的耳朵上,對他說:“卡羅納,別哭了?!?/p>

      師:同學們,如果一個人,把手放在你的肩膀上,把臉貼在你的耳朵上,在你的耳邊說悄悄話?哪些人會跟你做這些親密的動作? 生:母親、父親 生:最好的朋友

      師:是的,最愛你的人,愛過你的人,會跟你做這樣親密的動作。生:老師、同學

      師:是的,在這文章的這個“我”是他的同桌,我就是用這些親密的動作送去了對卡羅納的愛,在這兒,愛,就是一個親密的——動作。(師板書:親密的動作)原來一個親密的動作也可以表達愛。咱們誰愿意學學這個“我”,來讀讀這個句子。(指名讀)

      師:還有誰愿意再來讀一讀。哇,那么多人要讀呀,那么就請我們全班的女同學一起來讀一讀吧?。ㄉR讀)

      說說看,其他的同學又是用什么給予了他關愛呢?誰來把你找到的句子讀給大家聽?

      4.其他同學對卡羅納的愛

      生:放學的時候,大家圍在他身邊,誰都沒有說話,只用關切的目光默默地看著他。(課件)

      1、此時此刻,雖然誰都沒有說話,但遠遠勝過說千言道萬語,這真是此時無聲勝有聲哪!如果你就是卡羅納的同學,你想把哪些話通過目光傳遞給他呢?

      生匯報(3 人說)生可能會說:卡羅納,雖然你的母親去世了,但大家對你的愛會永遠在你的身 邊??

      師: 在這里同學們對卡羅納的關切的目光也是一種愛。(邊板書:關切的目光)同學們在課文中感受到了那么的愛。第一次讀課文的時候你們感受到了卡羅納的悲傷、可憐,現(xiàn)在你對這篇課文又有什么感受呢?

      (1)能聽懂、會說How do we go there?Shall we go …?Is this bus for …?及其應答。(2)能聽懂,會說theatre , taxi 等單詞。

      2.技能目標:

      (1)學會表達去某處,以及如何對別人的建議進行回答。

      (2)培養(yǎng)學生的觀察、記憶、想象能力。

      3.情感目標:激發(fā)學生的學習興趣,發(fā)展自主學習的能力,滲透責任教育,對世界文化感興趣。

      二、教學策略

      語言的實質是交際,交際的環(huán)境是生活。課開始,沈峰老師利用借班上課這一情境,通過和孩子們互致問候,為本課教學創(chuàng)設了輕松和諧的學習氛圍;接著通過:This is the first time for me to come to Nanjing.After class where shall I go?適時地引導孩子們充當我的導游,從而引出新課的內容。隨后,沈峰老師創(chuàng)設情境,激發(fā)孩子們學習的興趣,引導他們在活動中自主學習,從而加深了對知識的理解和掌握。

      (一)在輕松的氛圍中導入
