一、課程的性質(zhì)、目的和任務(wù)

二、課程教學(xué)的基本要求
通過學(xué)習(xí)該課程,要求學(xué)生達(dá)到下列基本要求:
1.學(xué)習(xí)撰寫建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系、咨詢、詢盤及答復(fù)、發(fā)盤及還盤、電子郵件、促銷、訂單及其執(zhí)行、付款條件、信用證的修改和展期、包裝、保險、裝運(yùn)、代理、索賠與理賠等函電。2.掌握外貿(mào)函電的重要寫作原則、體例、常用詞匯、習(xí)慣表達(dá)法及規(guī)范的外貿(mào)英語函電格式。
3.掌握撰寫合同及協(xié)議。
4.理解國際貿(mào)易各不同環(huán)節(jié)中的外貿(mào)函電英語及主要業(yè)務(wù)知識,熟悉并掌握國際貿(mào)易中的英語術(shù)語和表達(dá)方法。初步做到能在一般情況下讀懂、翻譯并能寫出內(nèi)容確切、表達(dá)得體、符合規(guī)范、語句通順、沒有語法錯誤的信函。
三、同其它課程的關(guān)系
本課程在學(xué)生學(xué)完大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)英語或商務(wù)英語之后開設(shè)的專業(yè)選修課,因此學(xué)生對基礎(chǔ)英語和專業(yè)英語已經(jīng)有了一定的掌握,這為本課程的學(xué)習(xí)打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。另外,其它專業(yè)課程,如:國際金融、國際貿(mào)易原理與實務(wù)、合同撰寫等與本課程也存在相關(guān)聯(lián)系,互為補(bǔ)充,相輔相成。
四、課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容
本課程共涵蓋外貿(mào)英文函電中的四大板塊,十五個話題,其重點內(nèi)容概括如下:
(一)商務(wù)信函的撰寫
1.撰寫商務(wù)信函時應(yīng)注意的要點:完整、具體、清楚、簡潔、禮貌、體諒、正確。2.掌握商務(wù)信函的組成部分及格式與布局。3.掌握不同格式下商務(wù)信函各組成部分的位置。
4.掌握商務(wù)信函中日期、地址、稱呼、結(jié)尾敬語的寫法。5.熟悉商務(wù)信函的撰寫與普通信函的異同。6.如何寫好英文商務(wù)信函。
(二)建立貿(mào)易關(guān)系
