This week I took a course given by a Canadian teacher, Ms Grug.She told us that she wanted to improve our English skills through this course.In my view, this course is quite useful and meaningful.Firstly, Ms Grug broadened our view on western culture.Before every lecture, she had done lots of the parathion work such as pictures and cards.From her lectures, we have a better understanding of Canadian customs, values and education system.Secondly, Ms Grug gave some suggestions on solving problems during our teaching.Every morning, we were given several minutes to ask her some questions.Most of us asked her about how to deal with the naughty children and how to teach them efficiently.We really benefited a lot form her answers.Maybe I will try some of her ways next semester.Besides, Ms Grug tried her best to make us immersed in English, which helped to improve our speaking skills.Generally speaking, I love this course.I believe to be a good student now is to be an excellent teacher in the future!

The First Day of the Training Course

Our new teacher Ms Grug is very kind and patient.She guided us to play two games, which were “ Interview circle” and “ Introducing your group members”.These two activities served as a warming up, which also helped us to know more about each other.In terms of the lessons during the day, Ms Grug asked us to say as much as English as we can.We talked about the topic of “ What is a friend?” We worked in pairs and gave our own definition of “a friend”.Besides, we’ve learned other names for friend, such as buddy, spouse, partner and so on.The opposite of the word friend is the enemy or the nemesis.At last, Ms Grug told us the characters of some animal zodiacs.My animal zodiac is the monkey.The monkey is competitive and hard-working, which is similar to me.In a word, the first day of this course is amazing!I am looking forward to the following lessons!

引智培訓(xùn)心得體會

“有朋自遠(yuǎn)方來不亦樂乎！”今年暑假我有幸參加了為期兩周的引智英語教師暑期培訓(xùn)，教師是一個來自加拿大的Darlene教師。在這短短兩周時間里，我見識了她風(fēng)趣幽默，別具一格的教學(xué)方法，提高了自身的英語綜合能力，接受了國外先進(jìn)的教育理念。新穎生動的教學(xué)模式，帶給了我們很多歡聲笑語，她的教學(xué)理念對我們來說更具借鑒意義，她帶給我們的，遠(yuǎn)不是簡單的課，而是一種體驗，一種理念，一種境界，讓我覺得此次培訓(xùn)不虛此行。

第一天早上的開班典禮后,我們就接受了外教輕松自由的第一節(jié)課,極富感染力的英語牢牢地吸引了我的眼球；豐富的肢體語言總是惹得我們捧腹大笑。就這樣，我很快地融入了課堂，回歸了久違的英語學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，并在其中感受到了前所未有的輕松愉悅。

Darlene，她身上有著西方人與生俱來的幽默，但同時也是一位很嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)睦蠋?。她的課經(jīng)過了大量的精心準(zhǔn)備，有多種多樣的趣味活動，生動活潑、富有情趣，是大家最愛的。同時她設(shè)計每堂課時，每一個活動又都是從我們學(xué)生出發(fā)，她所考慮的是如何能讓我們主動參與到學(xué)習(xí)中來，讓我們親身體驗學(xué)習(xí)的樂趣。所以每個課時她總會抓”住一個話題，教育﹑家庭﹑寓言或是諺語俚語等。然后開始演奏四步曲：第一步，她先作介紹，以教育為例，給我們介紹加拿大國教育以及課程特點。第二步，她會問你：“What do you learn from me?”第三步，小組活動，圍繞當(dāng)課的話題給每一組布置一項不同的任務(wù)，我們進(jìn)行小組討論，準(zhǔn)備完畢后一一上臺分享交流。這種不斷的討論交流，讓我們的英語口語水平悄然提高。第四步，也就是最后一步，游戲。她設(shè)計了許多我們聞所未聞的游戲例如，小組寫故事,小組畫畫,講寓言,大家圍成圈丟球練習(xí)口語，這些活動讓我們老師自己都感覺耳目一新，完全陶醉其中。并且我們還完全可以將這些活動加以變化，借鑒運用于我們自己的課堂教學(xué)中。游戲教學(xué)對于低年級的孩子而言是一種非常有效的教學(xué)在課堂中設(shè)計一個游戲能更好的激發(fā)學(xué)生們學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣讓他們在快樂中學(xué)習(xí)也有助于掌握所學(xué)知識。

除此之外，Darlene的教學(xué)理念更是令我們心生感慨。在課堂上，你不會聽到哪怕是只言片語的批評，相反“Excellent!Good!Wonderful”這類激勵的話語不絕于耳，肯定的眼神如影隨形。這樣，不論學(xué)生的英語水平多低，也不會怕說英語，同學(xué)也不會嘲笑他，因為有老師的鼓勵和贊賞?；仡櫸覀冏约旱慕虒W(xué)，卻少有這樣的意識。一味的指正批評，逼得孩子從興致盎然，到興致缺缺，最后沒了感覺，不敢開口，就學(xué)成了“啞巴英語”。其實我們的孩子更需要我們的肯定與鼓舞。外教常常用討論、交流等方式進(jìn)行教學(xué)，是課堂上的導(dǎo)演，我們（學(xué)生）成為真正的主角。課堂氣氛活躍、寬松。我覺得這樣有利于發(fā)展個性，思維創(chuàng)新。如，外教常常布置任務(wù)后，讓我們分組完成任務(wù)，幾個人分工合作，整節(jié)課教師講得很少，我們思考、動手的時間很多。

在平時的教學(xué)工作中，這一點非常值得我們學(xué)習(xí)，以學(xué)生為中心的教學(xué)模式，也是新課標(biāo)所要求的，它能大大激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，提高學(xué)生的操作技能，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生獨立思考和解決問題的能力。而且在這個模式中，老師充分尊重學(xué)生，不擺架子，師生關(guān)系極為和諧、平等。老師上課很隨意，可站著，也可坐著，也可在學(xué)生中間上課。孩子扎實的基礎(chǔ)知識，卻同時也奪走了不少的東西，諸如傾聽，諸如探索，諸如合作。如何彌補(bǔ)是我們需要做的工作。

總的說來，這次的培訓(xùn)讓我收獲很大，通過這次培訓(xùn)活動增強(qiáng)了自己的語言能力，還學(xué)到了許多教學(xué)方法，了解了教學(xué)設(shè)計和優(yōu)秀教師的課堂設(shè)計等。培訓(xùn)引發(fā)反思。在這一段時間的培訓(xùn)中，除去知識的學(xué)習(xí)和吸收，更多的是自我的反思。反思自己的教學(xué)，反思自己的課堂，反思自己的專業(yè)成長。愿這次培訓(xùn)引發(fā)的反思能成為我不斷前進(jìn)的動力，能成為成功的敲門石，能成為我堅定航向的指路標(biāo)。在培訓(xùn)即將結(jié)束的時候，想說的話真是很多很多，但我明白，只有把培訓(xùn)中學(xué)到的知識技能轉(zhuǎn)化成自我前進(jìn)的內(nèi)驅(qū)力，我才會在教學(xué)中有所成。我也相信在傾聽、記錄、反思、沉淀、實踐中，我的教學(xué)之路會愈趨于成熟。

第四篇：引智培訓(xùn)感想心得體會英文稿

When I was informed to attend this program, to be honest, I was reluctant to come here.Because i have to put off my travel plan due to this two-week training.And since I graduated from my university three years ago , I scarcely practiced my oral English.I lack confidence in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.But now , having been here for about ten days, I feel so lucky.If I had given up this opportunity, I wouldn’t met so many friendly colleagues as well as our beautiful and elegant Mrs White.And the most important is that I have learned a lot during this period, not only about the English language itself ,but also some advanced concepts and methods to teach English.I also get to know well about the culture, the food and drink, the family life, the important festivals, the currency as well as education in Australia.Australia is a country with a large territory but less population than China.Its capital is Canberra.It has several world-famous cities like Sydney and Melbourne.I know many famous tourist attractions.For example, the beautiful Mission Beach in north Queen land.If possible, I want to go there for a sightseeing someday in the future.I also know the Sydney Opera House, where the Chinese famous singer Song Zuying once made a performance in 2002.The system of education in Australia is different from that in China.The atmosphere of class is quite different.In Australia ,the class is more relaxed, lively and more games.However, in China, class is more serious and knowledge-focused.Besides, I get many teaching tips from the course.Mrs White has shown us many useful ways to attract students’ attention and increase their interest.We can toss an object to do an introduction activity.It is also suitable to teach new words like the days of the week, the months of the year, numbers, English letters and so on.We can give orders and sak students to do actions to get the majority of the class to get involved in our class.We can play some simple English songs and assign students to fill in some lyrics, which is an effective way to practice their listening.We can choose some topics for students to discuss in groups and to make a short speech in front of other members, which is a good way to practice their spoken English and develop their spirit of cooperation.We can change our texts into dialogues sometimes and organize students to do role-playing activities, which will give students chances to show themselves and allow teachers to check whether his or her students master the knowledge.How time flies!The program will finish tomorrow.And Friday is the time for us to say goodbye to Christine.Time is short, but I believe,the memory of the training will last long.At last, please allow me to thank Christine.Thanks for your efforts!Thanks for your tolerance！Thanks for your kindness！

引智培訓(xùn)心得

時間飛逝，轉(zhuǎn)眼間，暑期浦口區(qū)英語教師引智培訓(xùn)已經(jīng)進(jìn)行到了第四天，很感謝浦口區(qū)教師進(jìn)修學(xué)校以及本校給我這一次珍貴的學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會，讓我領(lǐng)略到更多的英語文化知識，學(xué)習(xí)到更先進(jìn)的英語教學(xué)方法。我想，這些收獲對于我以后的英語教學(xué)也會有很大的幫助。

今天上課的是美籍外教老師Becky，主要話題是FABLES(故事)，圍繞著這個話題Becky帶領(lǐng)大家進(jìn)行了聽說讀寫表演各方面的學(xué)習(xí)。通過學(xué)習(xí)我們知道了怎樣利用故事展開英語教學(xué)，Becky展示了多種學(xué)習(xí)方法比如表格法學(xué)習(xí)單詞、如何學(xué)習(xí)形容詞、在游戲中學(xué)習(xí)；在交流環(huán)節(jié)中學(xué)員們分組表演故事，編寫故事課堂；氣氛非?；钴S輕松、笑聲不斷，大家收獲頗多。

短短幾天的培訓(xùn)，收獲了朋友，收獲了知識，更重要的是，收獲了全新的教育理念。當(dāng)然它亦給我留下了深深的思考：我們的教育，給了孩子扎實的基礎(chǔ)知識，卻同時也奪走了不少的東西，諸如笑聲、諸如傾聽，諸如探索，諸如合作。如何彌補(bǔ)是我們需要做的工作。
